I don’t know what’s happening here because the SEC litigation against Galvin was on March 29. Why was the SP going up today?

It’s not really negative news considering Galvin has been out of the picture for a long while now.

But I’m not understanding the positive side of it either….obviously they don’t provide much insight outside the filings.

Yep, but remember MJ will never be an over the counter drug....DEA and banking dictates that (period dot dot). Compliance is key, and thus why I have stated many times that does NOT matter if rescheduled. I believe Galvan's adventure down this SEC path was a misstep, but has no direct impact - he will have to pay back, but he has a sizable interest that the end state happens.

If private company we and many others will be bought out - and currently, that looks like a sizable amount - just like CERE. If not, will be huge. Lot of work went into this one...now wait and see.

We always new Hypur was not the end state - read my past posts. We new BLPG, to Hypur to Other. Other as a private company. Look at the new articles(last year). BLPG I think is going to house an organization of companies that align with MJ. That is what I see. If I am right, then this is going to be a real interesting entanglement.

I guess this sheds some light on the hypur lawsuit and his swift exits from hypur and blue line.... wonder how this plays into hyper ventures involvement/interest in blueline??!? other than the obvious outstanding debt and preferred shares.

They left out Xanax and Valium..lol(schedule III). It's definitely better and will lighten sentences were applicable:
