let us hope you are correct.but as we have sais ad nauesum they need third party cred.
there are 301 million shares outstanding. At 1 dollar its a 7.7x from here or 300 million mkt cap .Should they partner and be able to produce and sell at scale ...a 300 million mkt cap could translate to a 5 dollar valuation ..just based on the fact that no one has been able to produce at super low cost at scale.. The market has faced multiple failures with untold hundred millions spent. One could assume an oil giant could swallow them up easily. paying several billion. all this silence and their low cash levels suggests we should find out something soon. ?
they are not an institution they are a privately owned hedge fund and for all we know they are the ones tha tcould have been selling, they can do what ever they want
ben runs this company like it is private, If you all started writing him and reminding him that he works for the shareholders . we might get some answers on what plans there are or what our options are so we can have a clue. because everytime any of us ask it is the same story. we should demand a share holder meeting
Great message. Most BIOF shareholders have been here for a long time and would just like a real update. That is all. After all we are owners in this company. No institution is investing in this without knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes. Why should we be treated differently ? I have said this in the past but if Ben has pulled this off then this is huge and I would be adding every extra penny I could only if I knew the plan. No plan and no knowledge keeps me away from further participation and i am not he only one as i talk to other shareholders often. Thanks for your post.
Fair enough and i hope this will be the case. However, a lot of time has passed where they should have showed something, or at least the 3rd party validarion part. But lets hope this will work out
You seemed to have missed the point. The picture that I posted from fintel showed the change in institutional ownership.
There has been a massive increase in institutional investment in this company, which our friend so aptly pointed out - institutions tend to not be able to invest in.
We all understand institutions aren't making typical sized investments at this stage. But some are dipping their toes in, in spite of where the company is.
I get that we all would feel better if we received more updates. However, other than the minuscule stock price bouncing around - what has changed? Nothing. Absolutely nothing has changed the thesis on where this company is headed. They have methodically executed (through bankruptcy, name change, rebrand, land leasing, govt funding, strategic relationships, scaling, patents). Through a pandemic BTW.
What do they get from shareholders except panicking over a few cents while they are working to put us in the range of dollars.
Maybe instead of sending scathing emails - we should try some encouragement.
Maybe instead of fear and dread - we should try having a little faith in the process.
From everything I can find, Ben hasn't failed yet in any of his endeavors. Everyone faces setbacks and delays but he has shown a track record of perseverance in his past successes. It seems like it's their job to move the company forward - it's our job to see the forest for the trees.
We should act like people who are actually invested.
A whole 450k investment at today's prices. Real institutional folks drive cars worth more than that. Lol I tell you what though, they come out and show that this actually works with a third party validation or a partner and institutional ownership would sky rocket. Keep up the silent game and people will continue to divest. Anthony was supposed to be connected to hedge funds but I haven't seen anything from him but selling stock at good prices. Hope this works out. I really do. With oil prices up now is the time.
Wow.
There are three small institutional investments. Then there is a 3.5 million share investment by Ancora. Look it up
I think it's possible, but we don't know anything yet.
Very strange indeed. Maybe something is coming up soon ( something finally?) wishing…
About 700k sold, followed by about 700k bought.
A non-event.
this could as easily be interpreted as somebody who knows something, (not an insider) running the stops. Nobody uses stops any more, but the effect would be the same, scaring some shareholders.
The question to ask is what is the risk reward now? It's better than it was a few days ago.
What is going on here… this in insane volume
It would be great ti get something out of them, news, video anything…
volume is huge and the sellers just keep marching it down
I just wrote to them, not a pleasant email
What is going on here?!!! Dropping hard
well maybe you should because by the looks of this we have some serious problems
I assume you mean :"in touch." And no, I haven't
really! institutions are not allowed to own a stock like this. that why there is no chart!
This is a chart showing the change in institutional ownership
have you been in tough with either one of them
but no matter what you say this is not normal
ok then I believe you are not joe. I am very happy to hear that.
Not Joe, for the umpteenth time. You're suffering from confirmation bias. There are any number of reasons to that may have caused the price drop. It is a relatively low volume event and could be someone selling for his or her own reasons. You believe there is some hidden agenda by someone or other so you make up the story. You always do that. Actually, it's within the normal range of variation for a stock. Relax.
Since when do they tell their shareholders anything in a timely manner .or tell us any thing at all. they for get they are a public company, cmon joe you know better than that
what do oyu see then when you look here. I see a seller who has no fear and keeps unrelenting pressure as if he knows he will have a safe out,
just my opinion man
Did they file a form D? I didn't see one. If they are doing another raise they have to file a form D..
looks like our boys are doing another raise and not telling their shareholders, AGAIN!!
I wonder why ben does not put back the money he has taken out. I am sure he has the funds now, it would be a great show of confidence!1
I wonder why ben does not put back the money he has taken out. I am sure he has the funds now
I can tell you this. As the stock price drops and it started at 1 dollar and now is 12 pennies people start to wonder if something is wrong. Ben has not said anything to refute that something is wrong. We were told that we would have third party test results. We have never seen them and that is why this is selling off. I hope this ends up working OK but shareholders have the right to know what is going on with their company.
so you would think as it drip into nothingness. that all of the videos telling us how well it works and how it is scaleable. that ben in all of his arrogance would be the first to say in one of his videos, that this is all a mistake and we will do everything we can to reassure our long suffering shareholders that we are for real.
and the offers keep moving down
Yep pretty sure this thing is done. Ben in all his glory will not let us know what is going on so people bail on him.
is it . trading like there is another none lower
That was from July. The private is closed.
has anyone seen this article.
https://ethanolproducer.com/articles/article-149
other wise looks like another lower raise.
any insights Joe
By now, Ben has been an even bigger disappointment than the previous ceo. I have no idea what they are doing or thinkg, but shareholders get destroyed
feels like hoppel and the gang are back, are we in the death sprial again
you know who to ask . we need money and a JV.
Are we slowly but surely dying here? Where is anthony what did he do for 5 years orher than collecting his far salary and selling the stock when was pumped?

Altitrade no longer contributes to Seeking Alpha and closed its public webpage. We have no idea what, if anything, they now do.
