Very likely eh. No point on doing the filing unless your keeping the shell alive with new OTC rules this fall. And companies that keep shells alive, almost always do it, to have nice fat stock runs. especially on tiny, dead stocks :)

Wouldnt be surprised to see this 1,000% higher before oct 1. Very very few have that patience though or capital to hold like that in this risk pool of OTC market.

I just checked out their Facebook post from June 12 at which time they said July 24th would be the date on which we should be able to buy and sell nuggets through our individual BluBuzzard accounts. I tried to buy some today but when I got to the deposit money window it said it was still a DEMO. Will try again on July 24. I also noticed that the value of my freebie silver nugget has risen from $16 in June to $21 today.

A day trader who is a member of online investing groups falsely claimed SEC fraud.

What was the fake post about? I missed it.

I contacted the company today about this rumor as I have a sizeable investment and have been adding more shares. They got right back to me.

Their response was "Someone made a Twitter post which was absolutely false. We take this situation very seriously, and have reported this person to the SEC". We are on track with phase one of our company plan. Phase 2 and 3 are in the works as well. We will update the public further on our milestones via press releases in the near future."

To confirm this, I took a look at what time the false post was made. It was right before the heavy selling. So I believe them. If the stock stays at this price I will be adding more on Monday morning.

The CEO James Xilas seems to be a very well organized, methodical, and goal oriented type of guy who is getting his ducks (buzzards) lined up in preparation for blast off. This company is under the radar now, but I anticipate a rapid run to NASDAQ starting soon after the website is fully functional and the OPEN for business signals are broadcast. IMO now is an excellent opportunity to get a stake in this company.

According to a May 15th Business Wire article posted to the bluBuzzard twitter page, beta testing of the account management software ends on June 15th. I assume the company will want to begin promoting investments in their “nuggets” (formerly known as buzCoins) soon after that date.
