Hot area, in a hot sector bodes well for Blink.

Blink expanding their office space which will help adding more employees to handle more business and expansion. Companies don't expand if they are not making money. Looking forward to money coming from Green funding. Great time to add shares.

Their balance sheet wouldn't show how many shares any other company owned - JNSH used to have their BLNK shares correctly reported under assets but they aren't now and there was big cash from investment activities in the cash flow.

JNSH sold most if not all their BLNK shares in Q3 2020.

with no information at all though there is speculation around how much business they do with Blink (installing etc).

Last night, President Joe Biden signed a "Buy America" executive order, and highlighted his support for renewable energy at the same time. Biden said, "The federal government also owns an enormous fleet of vehicles, which we're going to replace with clean electric vehicles made right here in America, by American workers." The fleet of government-owned vehicles numbered 645,000 as of 2019, according to U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) data cited by Reuters.

The U.S. government's fleet included only 3,215 electric vehicles as of July 2020, according to the GSA data. Biden also said he planned to build 550,000 EV charging stations to aid the growing use of battery electric vehicles (BEVs). For perspective, Blink Charging currently has less than 16,000 public charging stations deployed in the U.S.


Looks like I will keep on buying BLNK and enjoy the next couple years of profit making.

Great for Blink and for shareholders. That is a very high valuation and impressive financing. Was in this from the offering a couple years ago, and even converted warrants. Been out for a while and thought about getting put when stock was in the mid 50’s but don’t like betting on people losing money by stocks going down.

Good for Farkas, the value here always seemed to be the real estate and leases. I bet Farkas could have done many financings earlier, he certainly delivered the goods for shareholders

Hopefully they do an acquisition and really succeed.

Nice to see a former penny stock succeed even if I sold way to early.

Blink Charging Co. said Friday it priced a previously announced underwritten registered public offering of 5.4 million shares of common stock at $41 each.

The company, which makes chargers for electric vehicles, said it expects to see proceeds of about $211.4 million.

All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be sold by the company, except that certain selling stockholders, together with Blink, will grant the underwriter for the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to 15% of the shares in the offering.

The offering is expected to close on or about Jan. 12.

Blink said it intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to supplement its operating cash flows to fund EV charging station deployment and finance the costs of acquiring competitive and complementary businesses, products and technologies as a part of its growth strategy, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Blink shares were up 2% to $44.88 in premarket trading, after closing Thursday's session up 7%.
