It keeps going up. Something good must be leaking. Can't find any significant news though. One more day like this and back in profit with them. If the numbers turn out good, we'll have a good chance to slowly hit the 3's again.

I've flipped this a couple times back when they still had dividends, this was always a good earner for me. I'm thinking about getting back in with a larger position and a longer hold but all the REIT's are taking beatings right now so I'm still waiting to see who survives.
