Companies do come from grey to pink all of the time. It requires that the company have audited financials and a broker dealer sponsor a 15-c-211 and submit it to SEC.
They are working on it.

I called the company. I was told they are getting the funds to complete an audit. Then they can then proceed with plans to get a 15-c-211 filed with the help of a B/D and get back to Pinksheets. that is the plan anyway.

I great the 15-c-211 has been submitted to a broker dealer who is on the process of getting it approve. Then BZRT can be quoted again by market makers and they will be current with financials. Then press releases , financing, deals etc can happen again.
Stay tuned they are close
Real easy to buy a nice block for dirt cheap and score out.
Can't go any lower. Not much risk
