10K-0.0006 x 10K-0.0008 now. 0.0006 has been proved an unbreakable support!
10K-0.0006 x 16K-0.0007 now. The buyer is hiding its biding size...
Beware of trading in garbage like BMODQ.
It is true for the mostly bankruptcy cases the common shareholders get nothing from either the liquidation or re-organization! But I was talking about the common stock's trading lifetime...
That's not what it says when you google research corporate bankruptcy...
Common is last in line... I read only Texeco came out of one in the 90's
And they had to pay everyone 100 cents on the dollar to do it...
Pretty bleak
That is not true! Only the partial cases to do that and the majority cases become the shell stocks or make a RM or BO deal...
In almost every case common stock will be wiped out!!
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, November 20, 2013 -- Biomoda, Inc. The Company entered into certain financing facilities, subject to court approval, that will provide the Company with new liquidity permitting it to maintain normal operations and allow the Company and its creditors to jointly plan for the future.
About Biomoda:
Biomoda is focused on the development of in vitro tests for the early detection of cancer. In addition to its first product for lung cancer, diagnostic assays for cervical, breast, colorectal, bladder, and oral cancers are targeted for development.
That is the only public information from the company and did not mention the shareholder's interests nor the common stock at all!
Won't this bankruptcy wipe out shareholder value?
Or is this a bankruptcy light?
15K-0.0007 x 10K-0.0008 now. The next ask is 20K-0.0012!
Up 40% so far! 10K-0.0006 x 20K-0.0007 now.
True! Millions of shares dumped at 0.0003 ~ 0.0005 so far! 10K-0.0005 x 10K-0.0007 now.
10K-0.0005 x 20K-0.0008 now. The price has bounced 66.67% so far...
It is still too early to know anything for sure! Extremely oversold!
Any thoughts on the future here?

You said BMOD was a long term hold....all or nothing.... Why pull out?
Dumped my shares at major loss, but at least I got something for them.
If someone here has a sell order in at .004, pull it if you want the stock to go up. You're standing in the way of the Ask going up, and no doubt the Bid would follow.

Nope. Only one trade. Something is funny. I have to call them tomorrow. Anyway, I'm encouraged by the action in BMOD. Seems that someone is trying to manipulate it up.
If you actually sold shares on two separate days you will get charged two commissions, even if against the same GTC order. That is standard practice for every brokerage I know of.
I had an ALL or None order in to sell 40K at .0074, and it executed today at .01. Something is going on here. Anyone with Etrade, I have a question. They charged me a fee on 3/8 when I entered it. They charged me another one today when it executed. Anyone know why?
0075 now!lol
.0002 to 0014 ? did that really happen? oct-nov
Just in from investor relations.
Hello Russ,
I hope you and yours enjoyed a wonderful holiday. We continue to aggressively pursue additional funding sources. No news to report but we will do so when it's appropriate. We continue to plan the optimization research with the superlative team at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. If and when we secure financing, we will be prepared to launch the next stage of research. Thanks, as always, for your interest and support.
Best regards,
Julie Anne
Volume Huge. Great sign. What do they know that we don't??
BMOD breaking out. Great spread. Great opportunity, IMO. Buy now before the stock is at .02. An easy double at this point! Tripled from the low!
NEWS FROM BIOMODA IN RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Russ:
As you know, the primary focus for some time now has been finding funding to continue the optimization research and launch the pivotal trial. The management team is committed to seeing this effort through, in spite of the fact that no one has been paid in quite some time. As you can imagine, this is a difficult and stressful time. However, we believe so strongly in the promise of the technology that we continue to work toward our goals.
We have ongoing conversations with potential sources of funding and we are diligently pursuing every opportunity. In the meantime, we have strengthened our ties to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and have begun planning next steps with their extraordinary research team. As soon as we secure financing, we will begin optimization studies immediately.
If we do not receive the funding we need, then I think you and I both know what that means for the long-term future of the company. But for now, we are working hard on making sure that is not the case.
In the meantime, I will refer you to the latest SEC filing for the realistic appraisal you have asked for. Here is the link: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1058767/000118518512001873/biomoda10q063012.htm
In the latest 10-Q we state quite explicitly that the company is currently insolvent and will remain so until we secure new funding. To my mind, that statement alone negates any charges of "smoke and mirrors."
As always, thank you for your continued support and interest in the CyPath technology. We will let all shareholders know when we have news to share.
Best regards,
Julie Anne Overton

There has been no meaningful communication with the stockholders in some time. The President's Column was basically a non event.
I feel we are owed a comprehensive update and overview of what is going on now, and what is planned for the short, medium, and long term future.
We need a realistic and truthful appraisal. Not smoke and mirrors. Perhaps a conference call could be scheduled that we could all listen to
as well as ask questions.
Sincerely,
Russ Martin
Doesn't seem to be a lot for sale at .0033zzzzzzz
Does anyone know when new president column will be out?
IMO this stock is comming back... Great to time to buy.
I bought at the ask today...missed out on .004's yesterday...
At under a penny a share this is a reasonable shot in the dark. Any positive news will light it up....
im just a little player...i'll do what i can, but we need bmod to announce funding to make anything happen. i'm buying with hopes of there finding funding... it cancer for gods sake, someone will step-up!
Buy at the ASK. Make it go up for us!
Call me crazy.... But I'm buying...been looking at this since I missed last run..it s calling me.
They haven't answered my e-mails recently. Read the last 10-Q for an overview of the situation. But hey, you never know. When thing are the darkest, things sometimes happen. That's what I'm hoping for. For me,at this point it doesn't make sense to try to sell.
Does anyone know the possibility for future funding?
Got a little starter position...chances better than mega millions, IMO
Jumping back in here after a few years... Always have kept an eye on it...lot of potential but lots of buts...

The CyPath labeling solution binds to cancerous and pre-cancerous cells in tissue samples and causes them to fluoresce red under ultraviolet light. In internal validation testing, the CyPath® assay showed near 100% accuracy and 100% specificity with no false positives or false negatives.
The ongoing Phase II clinical trial is the first large-scale study of Biomoda’s CyPath® investigational-use-only (not yet FDA-approved) diagnostic. Biomoda recruited at-risk military veterans for the clinical trial, and results are expected in the first quarter of 2010. Funded by the New Mexico State Legislature from the state’s tobacco settlement funds, the veterans screening program is administered by the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services (NMDVS) and the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (NM Tech).
Study volunteers undergo CT scans which are read by independent radiologists and provide deep-lung sputum samples to be screened for cancer with Pap stain analysis performed by independent cytopathologists. The sputum samples are also analyzed in the Biomoda lab with the CyPath® labeling solution. Under the study protocol reviewed by the FDA, those results are compared to the CT scans and Pap analyses. (Until it has received FDA approval, the CyPath® assay may not be used for diagnostic purposes.)
Pivotal Phase III clinical trials are expected to begin in 2010 at multiple locations throughout the United States. Phase III studies will follow the International Early Lung Cancer Action Program (I-ELCAP) enrollment and screening protocol, and all sites will be I-ELCAP approved. Upon completion of the Phase III trials, results and the associated statistical work will be submitted to the FDA for Pre-Market Approval (PMA) as a Class III medical device.
