I don't think a highly persuasive shareholder letter at this point would satisfy.

This company became very fishy for me when they made that deal with Diagonal (seriously the worst toxic lender out there). Why was Troy so desperate to make a deal with Kramer? Now they have to find a new auditor because their old one was a scam. This management needs to get their act together. JMO.

I think its really funny how people are labeled as "negative" when they ask questions about stuff that doesn't seem to make sense. It's the same with every stock. The deals are all financing deals that will be part of BOPO news direction as per website and pr. They moved away from the crypto cause
gov. regulations are difficult to navigate....so they decide either license it out or sell the HYFI platform.

I think they are just divesting from the HYFI platform not BOPO stock, since BOPO is now a finance stock as
per the business model change they announced. WIN WIN cause if they sell the platform or
license it, that equals instant revenue.

Hyfi just announced that they have been in discussions with two entities that are interested in licensing, joint venturing, or acquiring the whole business. I for one am not sure how I feel about it not that I trust what they fully say anyway. Hyfi did aquire bopo right? They never were able to get the symbol changed for some reason but still

Why is anyone worrying about news before we can even trade? They keep coming out with meaningless news because they don't have anything of substance yet. I doubt they ever will. If they were taking it seriously, they wouldn't still be interviewing Auditors. They would have one by now. It's been months lol I feel like it doesn't take a lot to find an auditor that isn't crooked. It's not a hard task. He's full of sh!t just like about everything else. Him and troy are crooks. I feel bad for all the other guys who got wrapped up in this scam stock

If they are only interviewing auditors, and haven’t signed one yet, then this won’t trade again until 2025. It takes many months for the auditor to go through everything to file reports. Then it will take months for this stock to get approved for trading again. I am expecting spring 2025. JMO. No one to blame but Troy. Don’t forget you still have to worry about the dilution with toxic lender Diagonal.
