As of April 4th, per the TA:
O/S is 39.7 mil
Float is 15.1 mil
Pardon me, the thread dated April 4th. I admit I was a bit discouraged to see over 2M in dilution in just four months.
My question would be do they intend on any more dilution, now that we have a significant purchase order. Knowing that the company holds little (if any) inventory on hand, I fear they'll need more funding to manufacture/acquire the units.

Does anyone DEFINITIVELY know what the share count is right now?
I have a friend who is LONG this stock and he couldn't get any information yet from the transfer agent.
I am LONG as well and want to add, but would like to know the share structure.
OS anyone?
Float anyone?
Thanks in advance for any known info.
To be candid I'm not quite sure. I know there's support at a certain level, but to sell above the ask...
FYI- I'm long in BMTL and plan on holding for a year or two.
What causes it to sell so far above bid, granted its very low shares.
I see. Wait I will. Thanks for the heads up.
patience... level 2 has had multiple problems today.
There is something funky going on here. I have an order in to buy at. 04, but quote still showing. 035 as highest bid??? Any thoughts?
VERT may be knocked out now. 0.047 printed about 1 min before the bell, and that was NITE.
exactly, many traders were watching and waiting for that gap to be filled....volume commensurate with the wait.
time to go up.
L2's are paper thin. .047 up next...gotta love the low floaters! BMTL
thats where it needed to go. These levels look much more enticing.

Gap just close. It is time go up again!
GO BMTL!

it sucks that the "pull back" went all the way back down to where it was before the huge pop up.
VERT is the most active MM on this one since Oct last year! It is not a big deal. I see a turn around point on a corner.
GO BMTL!
PennyFans
well we are down from .075 , I would say they are out
the S.S looks alright. I am waiting patiently on this one to get the weak folks out.
I did speak to a rep at computershare. I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes. The rep was very accommodating & friendly. I got the impression that the share structure information wasn't readily available; she had to do some digging & calculations. It's my experience that it's hit or miss when calling TA's, I often get the "I can't divulge that info"...that's BS, they can, just dont want to.
The structure as of April 4th:
O/S = 39.7 MIL
Float = 15.1 MIL
Thanks Ilhabela, enjoy your Easter holiday as well.
Good way to look at it. I'll be buying more next week as I get out of some other positions. Money is tight for me right now, but I agree with you, this could very well take off pretty fast with additional news releases.
Have a wonderful Easter Weekend - Enjoy
Low floaters are inherently low volume traders, were probably talking less than 100 shareholders here. If the rest of the market world learns of this little guy, it can move fast. When volume spikes, price moves big.Their last PR stated that they anticipate more announcements soon, due to their success overseas. Hence, I'm predicting a volume spike in the near future. Could be just what the Dr ordered ....IMO.
Ya, the company somehow needs to generate some awareness here. I think once the next financial statement is submitted, some eyebrows will raise.
Nice job, but then it appears as though you and I were the total volume of the day. That is the only bad thing I saw today....very low volume for a stock with what appears to be a low float and is very underpriced if the 13.1MM deal is indeed a fact.
I'll add more once I see some more news.
GLTU !!
I picked up another 25,450 today myself. Now holding 62,700. I'll be accumulating every chance I can. I do believe this is a real hidden gem at this price. GLTY.
I am in....not worth waiting for the gap...buy, hold, and wait.
I always buy with 7777 within my purchases.
Low volume for sure today though.
1 MILLION SHARES at the BID at .025
Someone likes what they see after a gap fill.
Thanks for your DD and response. I have been to Brazil several times and in fact am hopefully going to move there some day. I would like to live on Ilhabela.
The country has been going through a major recovery phase and since early 2000 has been growing by leaps and bounds. Unlike the USA, the college courses are still relatively inexpensive, the military offers excellent career fields, and people have REAL jobs, with real manufacturing.
I was wondering what the company is that was the distributor just to do more DD about them, their customer's etc...so we would have a better understanding of their reach.
I thought it would also put a "face" to the mystery which is still in the market.....maybe if there was a "face", there would be more buying interest. Right now, we are just taking a News Release at "no-face" value.
Anyhow, I will be watching for a point to jump in, and it could very likely be today. THANKS AGAIN !!!
GLTA
wow , you really need to calm down. ahhahaah its only money
My apologies for repeating the second paragraph. It's late and I'm exhausted. Upon completion of the second paragraph simply skip to the final paragraph.
Not an answer to your question, however I found this very insightful. (courtesy Wikipedia)
Recife is one of Brazil's prime business centers, largely because it has one International Airport and two International ports. One is located in the town itself, and the other, the port of Suape, is located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) away. Just south of Recife is the region's mainindustrial area, where the following industries can be found: brewing and canning, automotive electronics, tube manufacturing, chocolate manufacturing, textiles, etc.
The Metropolitan Region of Recife has the 2nd largest medical pool in Brazil, after São Paulo. Together they make up 417 hospitals and clinics with 72,000 employees in the Metro Area and more than 120,000 in the State of Pernambuco. The medical pool offers a total of 8,990 beds and, according to the Union of the Hospitals of Pernambuco, recorded in the year 2000 an invoicing of R$220 million (Brazilian Reals). It is thanks to the pool that Pernambuco has access to more computed tomography devices than more developed countries such as Canada or France.[39]

A large portion of the modern hospitals included in the pool are located between the neighbourhoods of Derby and of the Ilha do Leite. The Hospital Real Português de Beneficência Portuguesa em Pernambuco, or "Hospital Português" (Portuguese Hospital) for short, is one of the most renowned hospitals in the country.[40] Many people from neighbouring states go to Recife for treatment, as it has the largest and best medical facilities in the North–Northeast of Brazil.[41] Recife has three universities for medicine, 2 public, Federal University of Pernambuco and University of Pernambuco; and 1 private, Escola Pernambucana de Medicina FBV/IMIP (Medical School of Pernambuco).
Excellent question!!!
I'll start digging tomorrow morning.
"Isn't 15 days within 90 days". Are you serious?
Let us assume that they had units ready to go, and shipped them the same day as the press release.... They would be arriving in Brazil late this week. Obviously you're not familiar with customs, among other things.
There's one in every crowd.
I did read it, isn't 15 days "within 90 days". I wasn't trying to be negative in any way.
Does anyone even know the name of the distribution company out of Recife, Brazil who placed this 13.1MM dollar order? I have not been able to find it. I have been waiting to buy in at the gap fill at .027
Almost pulled the trigger yesterday....maybe tomorrow...and I know, I shouldn't be so darned greedy !!!
GLTA here.

Our Mission Statement
BMTS is dedicated to providing optimal economic and environmentally sound solutions to biomedical waste management. We are deeply committed to continual improvement and refinement of our patented technologies in support of customer needs and compliance issues. Moreover, BMTS is actively engaged in educational efforts and devoted to developing a novel waste reclamation program in support of a safer, healthier environment.
Overview
BioMedical Technology Solutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BioMedical Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., provides innovative solutions for environmentally friendly disposal of biomedical waste. Located in Englewood, Colorado, the Company sells and leases the patented Demolizer® II System, the GREEN alternative to biomedical waste disposal. BMTS offers safer, more environmentally sound, biomedical waste treatment solutions for medical, dental and veterinary offices, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other health care facilities.
History
The original patented Demolizer® biomedical waste processing system was developed in 1993 by Thermal Waste Technologies, Inc. (TWT) and has successfully completed over 300,000 processes. In 2005, the Demolizer® patented technology was acquired by BioMedical Technology Solutions, Inc., and the Demolizer® system was enhanced with advanced quality control, hardware and remote diagnostics. BMTS introduced the Demolizer® II in late 2006, a reconfigured, improved version, which uses the patented Demolizer® technology.
Intellectual Property
Our technology is protected by our existing patent and patents pending worldwide on the system and the collectors. We are constantly researching and developing improvements to our technology and continue to protect our intellectual property enhancements with additional filings.
![]() | The Market There are more than one million low to medium volume generators of medical waste in the United States, and millions more worldwide. The Demolizer® II system is well-positioned to capture significant biomedical waste management market share in nursing homes, clinics, veterinary, public venues and military health care facilities. |
---|
Future Plans The home health care (self-injector) market, although not rigorously regulated currently, is the source of billions of injections in the United States alone. Increasing pressure for regulatory oversight of the home health market will set the stage for market entry of the home Demolizer® unit currently in the initial design phase. BMTS is also actively engaged in finding environmentally friendlier ways to process biomedical waste. We are currently researching and working to develop recycling programs for our technology, including a 100% recyclable filter and an effectively and thoroughly recycled Demolizer® technology processed end-product. | ![]() | |

Veterinary Medicine | ||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
There are approximately 55,000 veterinarians in private practice in the United States alone. An additional 8,000 treat animals as part of their role in academic and government positions. In veterinary medicine, potentially infectious wastes are produced as a result of routine examination, immunizations and treatment. In light of growing concern regarding the danger of zoonotic disease, proper handling and disposal of such wastes are necessary for the safety of both veterinary staff and waste management personnel. The Demolizer® technology is the ideal on-site veterinary biomedical waste disposal solution for:

---|---|
There are approximately 1.5 million active duty military personnel in the United States armed forces and another 1.2 million on the reserve rolls. Healthcare in support of military missions is frequently dispensed by means of mobile services (air evacuation, naval ships, ambulance) and field care (temporary treatment facilities). The U.S. Air Force employed Demolizer® technology in theatre, to effectively process waste on site.

Public Venues | |
---|---|
There are virtually hundreds of thousands of public settings where biomedical waste is generated in the form of both sharps (e.g. syringes, razors) and red bag biomedical waste:
Additionally, restrooms located in public settings often serve as a makeshift facility for self-treatment, producing potentially infectious waste that should be properly processed for safe disposal. |

Environmental Responsibility
Before Demolizer® technology, there were only two disposal choices for low - medium biomedical waste generators.

Incineration

The Demolizer® II is a safer choice for our environment. Landfills also create public health risks. Unprocessed red bag waste could emit potentially hazardous disease and toxins. Recognizable sharps present the greatest risks through their potential for accidental needle sticks. Unlike incineration, the dry heat technology used by the Demolizer® II does not emit harmful fumes into our atmosphere. Because processed waste is sterile, and sharps are rendered unrecognizable, dangers from toxic exposure or needle sticks are eliminated. BMTS actively promotes environmental responsibility. Restoring a healthy environment is critical. BMTS values greener solutions.
