What merger? What filing? What anything? What’s going on is the smart folks are done waiting.
Oops, I guess I spoke too soon.
It would be great to know if all the people involved in EL are still here hanging in there with us through this merger. That would be telling.
Well, whatever gripped the BFNH market for the last two days, seems to have passed.
Will we ever know what happened?
It's predictive biotech that is in las Vegas. That's the company that pred sold to HLTT if I remember correctly. Further down the list is Predictive Technology Group, which is still listed in Salt Lake.
Try this one with the number l mentioned.

I did not see that. Do you mind sharing that link please sir?
Did you see Brad moved his office to Vegas ? Scratching our heads at the significance. Any thoughts ?
I had a busy workday, so I’m just seeing the trading results for today now.
I have no idea what it means. I wish I did.
But truth be told, not that many shares were traded relatively. So as long as everything is OK with the game plan, it should just be a bump in the road I would think.
Very unusual trading today sir. Think we are closer to the promise land or no man’s land ?
Yeah so who’s bothering with a ten share trade. Joke if you ask me. Just sayin
Well, mazzone, forever is a long time, but we are on a wait. I'm always thinking it will be next week ... or the week after, or ...
the funny thing is that I am still confident it will happen. They still have a website up, ELGL, and I haven't heard of anyone leaving. So, maybe.
Seriously ????????????????????????

Anything going on with this Company or we on a forever wait again?
In my opinion, the more important variable at this point in time, is bottom feeding, and buying up as many shares as possible - essentially getting rid of the weak hands, and securing the float.
Remember the size of the float here.
There just can’t be that many loose shares left out there. I know I’m not selling any.
Doesn’t the price have to be kept over $3 for a sustained period of time in order to apply for a major exchange ?
Agreed, nothing nefarious going on. I truly think they want to right the ship. Mistakes happened. That’s history and nothing we can do about it. For my own insanity, I have to believe they are going to do the right thing for all involved. Here we wait.
True. Another theory could be they are setting up a cleaner, more manageable float. Then they merger at a later date.
otoh, if they were doing something nefarious, why call it Predictive? Besides, there is no way they could get away with stealing from the stockholders, especially since there are big guys, like Merle, involved.
The fact it’s not listed as a subsidiary and has had stock issued worries me.
I doubt that, but it is interesting. The word biologics means any treatment derived from living things, like stem cells or bacteria. Remember that PRED transferred to HLTT the previous division that did stem cells. Maybe they have a new stem cell or other biologic product and they need a vehicle.
It's not listed as a subsidiary, so that is strange.
Looks like the “value” remaining might have just be transferred to another shell leaving us remaining shareholders to wither away.

They made the mistake of getting rid of him, this time he will get rid of them. It will be his terms and conditions. Doing it right takes a lot longer than doing it wrong.
I am HEAVILY invested in PRED. The day PRED turns around is when I bring my best alcohol out and celebrate big. It will be very well deserved having to wait through all the terrible mistakes.
You are correct in your assumptions, the one common denominator in all 3 companies is the guy with the most invested. He puts together the boards and advisers and no matter what happened they are all still there. I believe he learned from the predictive mistakes. No longer in a hurry, doing everything slow and methodical. No press, no promo, just the proper filings. I think once the big merger is completed we will see a turn around of the other one.
I think you're right about PRED. I've got some of that too.
Sorry for the delay. I've just been busy.
Seems like most investors on this board went for the ELGL investment over the BFNH investment, or at least more heavily slanted in the ELGL direction. Based on the websites, as well as where the 'big guys' are (as you correctly put it), that seems logical. But there have been posters on these strands (who I believe have knowledge) that claim the real value is in BFNH, as the vehicle that will make this whole thing happen. And while I am invested in ELGL, as I mentioned, I'm more heavily weighted towards BFNH.
I'm not necessarily implying my strategy makes sense, or is fair, but it's what I've come to believe. I guess we'll see.
I definitely agree with your strategy of having safe long term investments, and taking a few long shots in life. My wife and I max out our 401K and Simple IRA retirement portfolios every year in safe mutual fund diversity. I've also saved a ton of money in my daughter's 529 college fund, which has grown exponentially throughout the years. Investors who only take long shots, and don't plan for the rainy day are playing a dangerous game.
But I definitely have a 'go for it' side to my personality as well, and I'm taking a few shots here, with BFNH/ELGL being one of them.
Like you, if my long shots all go to zero, I don't go under. Life will go on. And someday, I'll eventually retire. It would hurt for sure, but it would be survivable.
And I still haven't given up on another long shot, that some of us posters share, PRED. There's just too much value in terms of intellectual property alone. I'll be very curious to see how that eventually plays out. But my guess is that we'll have to wait for this BFNH/ELGL merger to come to fruition first, before that fiasco will be tackled.
Don't worry Bigboy36, everybody learns that lesson the same way. I know I did.
and PIW, you disappeared, what happened?
And what makes you think that????? SM
I think they are closer to wrapping this up..i hope
I’m mildly / moderately invested in ELGL. No BFNH. I went balls deep on PRED (still am) so praying l can get some type of return here.
Yes, yes, I’ve learnt my lesson now about portfolio management.
Moderately heavily in ELGL, none in BFNH. A portion of my money goes into high risk high reward stocks. So, I'm safe as far as a full disaster is concerned. If they all go to zero I'm okay.
I look at these as risk reward plays, like a poker bet. I don't play poker but I understand the principals. Then I apply a kind of Bayesian analysis to it. (How likely is this fact to be true if the stock is going to go down, how likely is it if the stock is going to go up.) The fact that the big guys are still there, LaVoilette, etc., makes it more likely that this will succeed.
So if you figure there is a 50% chance of success and a ten bagger or more if it succeeds, then it's a no brainer. One final thing, it's a good idea to have a few of these. If you have three noncorrelated 50% bets, your chance of all of them going down the tubes is about 12.5%. So, again, pretty good risk reward.
That's my take anyway.
Hey Brook, it's absolutely none of my business, so feel free to tell me to stick it if you wish, but how heavily are you invested in BFNH and/or ELGL?
Mildly, moderately, or mortgaged the house?! Lol.
I'm way more heavily weighted in BFNH (own very close to 10% of the float).
Just curious, since you strike me as more knowledgable than most on this board.
Again, it's none of my business, but you do seem as interested as me in these outcomes, so I'm curious.
Peace.
Well. One verification. All the heavy hitters are still there.
Nothing of note. Just more waiting
Giving predictions on this kind of thing is never a good idea, particularly when it’s coming from someone like me who has zero control over how this plays out.
That being said, I think there’s an excellent chance us longs will begin being happy before the end of this calendar year.
And I would expect next year would be even better.
Still confident we will be there by 1st Jan 2023 ?
Oh, you have no idea how many hours I’ve wasted on the Porsche car configurator.
If they had rehab for such an addiction, my wife would definitely send me there.

Oh, you have no idea how big my fantasies can be.
We need to trust management to do things in the correct order here. It definitely takes longer to do things the right way.
With regards to a different investment, many of us got to see what happens when that doesn't occur.
Nobody wants to see this company's cards on the table more than me - so we can see the full magnitude of what we're dealing with here.
My guess is none of us truly understand how large this could be.
Time will tell.....
I just wish they'd put something out to let us know what is going on, at least a little bit. But I guess they can't.
Not me, but I certainly understand not liking the timeline.
Hang in there, brother. And keep watching….
Losing hope, again.
Well, someone’s just bought another 100k. Does feel like something maybe about to happen.
Unfortunately even Canadians can’t buy, at least not with my broker, they changed the rule with Skull (caveat emptor) company
The only way i know is to be a Canadian. None of the domestic brokers will let you buy as far as I know. Other than that, rich people always seem to find a way.
