We’re doing great.

Lots of hurdles to clear for something of this magnitude. I would imagine nothing is being rushed - or left to chance.

Now I know why there are so many individuals who hate regulatory oversight from government agencies, the SEC, etc.

I’ve always come from the perspective of protecting the little guy from crooks like Bernie Madoff, and company fiascos like Enron.

But I’ve learned enough to see the other side.

Rules and regulations really slow down start-ups trying to make things happen.

I’m not saying I’m against regulatory agencies, but they sure do slow down what we’re trying to accomplish here.

I'll tell you this much. I've learned a lot over the last several years about how the investing world works - including legal matters, barriers, red tape, saboteurs, etc.

There's a reason most of us (myself included) sit on the sidelines, and throw money at others who are actually in the trenches, doing the dirty work, problem solving, wading through the quagmire, all the while circumventing real and sometimes even invented problems, as well as shady characters.....in short, finding a way.

The hurdles are being jumped - one after another.

I checked the SEC too. No form anything filed. Also, the form S1 wouldn't be what they would file, I don' think. The S1 is for and IPO or raising funds as I understand it. Not what's going on here.

This When will we get notice on how many shares of ELGL can be converted to BFNH?????This year is half gone and and our investment into ELGL which is supposedly bought out by BFNH is worthless unless it's converted. Totally Confused here. The only thing I see is Merle controls both companies in one way or another and his involvement has cost me 12 + years of nothing. I'm definitely not a happy camper. SM

we now have our answer, finally. google maps somehow got into Merle "sonny" ferguson's house and lo and behold, we now know why the merger is on indefinite delay. In "Sonny's" living room is a huge map of Ukraine. we must remember that "Sonny" spent 20 or more years in the marines. He is using flags, pins, and other markers to designate Russian movements. Then each morning he calls VP Harris to tell her his assessment and what he thinks the counter moves President Pelosi should tell Zelensky to do to save the country. Once this is done, he will jump back into cleaning up what appears to be the most difficult merger ever taken on by a one man show. Just as long as the next crisis is not a military one, we should be okay down the road-as they say, hide and wait

Merger Cancellation


On July 14, 2020, BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (BFNH) entered into Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Element Global, Inc., a Utah Corporation which publicly trades under the symbol ELGL. BFNH intended to acquire 100% of ELGL, its subsidiaries and its assets on or before October 13, 2020.



On October 09, 2020, the Board of Directors at BioForce NanoSciences Holdings, Inc. cancelled and voided the July 14, 2020 "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) with Element Global, Inc. As a result of this action, BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Element Acquisition Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation, accepted the resignation of Mr. Gagnon as its director, it dissolved the "Investment Committee "and removed its "Investment Committee members," Mr. LaViolette, Mr. Davis, Mr. Greenberg, Mr. Shapiro, Mr. Gagnon, and Mr. Scheffer.

The closing of the transaction is subject to due diligence and the execution of a definitive agreement.

No, you didn't miss anything. There was another agreement in 2020, which fell through. Then this agreement was made in June of 2021. It's all in the 10k.

I suspect we won't hear anything from Anthazar or the company until we hear something. Probably for the best. Let them work it through.

man these butchers like snakess had no mercy i know several friends destroyed family by pred. I was very fortunate to read the t leaves correctly . my friends ignored my tactics. How many times was i ripped for selling every rip all the way down.
