This When will we get notice on how many shares of ELGL can be converted to BFNH?????This year is half gone and and our investment into ELGL which is supposedly bought out by BFNH is worthless unless it's converted. Totally Confused here. The only thing I see is Merle controls both companies in one way or another and his involvement has cost me 12 + years of nothing. I'm definitely not a happy camper. SM

we now have our answer, finally. google maps somehow got into Merle "sonny" ferguson's house and lo and behold, we now know why the merger is on indefinite delay. In "Sonny's" living room is a huge map of Ukraine. we must remember that "Sonny" spent 20 or more years in the marines. He is using flags, pins, and other markers to designate Russian movements. Then each morning he calls VP Harris to tell her his assessment and what he thinks the counter moves President Pelosi should tell Zelensky to do to save the country. Once this is done, he will jump back into cleaning up what appears to be the most difficult merger ever taken on by a one man show. Just as long as the next crisis is not a military one, we should be okay down the road-as they say, hide and wait

Merger Cancellation


On July 14, 2020, BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (BFNH) entered into Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Element Global, Inc., a Utah Corporation which publicly trades under the symbol ELGL. BFNH intended to acquire 100% of ELGL, its subsidiaries and its assets on or before October 13, 2020.



On October 09, 2020, the Board of Directors at BioForce NanoSciences Holdings, Inc. cancelled and voided the July 14, 2020 "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) with Element Global, Inc. As a result of this action, BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Element Acquisition Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation, accepted the resignation of Mr. Gagnon as its director, it dissolved the "Investment Committee "and removed its "Investment Committee members," Mr. LaViolette, Mr. Davis, Mr. Greenberg, Mr. Shapiro, Mr. Gagnon, and Mr. Scheffer.

June 02, 2021, Bioforce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. entered into another Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Element Global, Inc. (ELGL), a Utah Corporation. This MOU contemplates a proposed transaction between the entities that provides for BFNH to acquire all of the assets controlled by ELGL. The closing of the transaction is subject to due diligence and the execution of a definitive agreement.

No, you didn't miss anything. There was another agreement in 2020, which fell through. Then this agreement was made in June of 2021. It's all in the 10k.

I suspect we won't hear anything from Anthazar or the company until we hear something. Probably for the best. Let them work it through.

Sounds like the whole management team from ELGL moved over to BFNH. I guess the MOU from June is still alive.

Actually, the acquiring company, bfnh, already has a form ten. As I understand it, if the deal goes through, the audited information has to be filed with the sec within 75 days of closing, and 71 days of the announcement.

Not privy to inside info. But have seen it trade at .04 in 2014. Then it went quiet for a while til it was brought back and traded as high as 2.00. Since I felt comfortable picking up stock at 1.01 I suspect I am smelling a bit of action. Then old people can be wrong.haha. love crazy people like anthrax. My style is not poking at someone as that is just showing no class. Let's be more concerned about bringing be in to a higher degree of awareness. Not many are picking this stock up. I picked up 4,000 more shares of BFNH at the end of last week.

I would expect very soon as one cannot trade elgl. Caveat emptor as of today...no trades accepted. Plus it appears there will be a spokes person at convention tomorrow...possibly.
Just picked up 2k today and hope it does not crash to .10. Cents. With only currently 29 million shares of stock this company is sweet with up to date filings. Will see if it continues to hold once the merger is done.
Although big time vacations are going on everywhere.
Gas prices are up and people still ate driving to get out. Let's hope this merger helps and brings in a larger group of interest.
