Yesterday, I confirmed that the TA share structure remains unchanged. Selling at this price level would be an action taken by someone desperate for money, and it's not a rational move for those in their right mind. I've consistently mentioned my exclusive interest in the spin-off, and if the company fails to execute its business plan effectively, life moves on. Despite this, I still hold a significant number of shares. I've been supporting this stock since it was at .0004, repeatedly advising people to take profits on the way up. Trading should be about making money; if people aren't making money, perhaps trading isn't suitable for them.

Make no mistake this stock isn't dead; it has an exceptionally low outstanding share count for a triple 0 stock. There will be moments when it will shine again.

They are dedicating excessive time to new product development without addressing long-term financial working capital issues is concerning. The spin-off presents a solution, but it appears that there is a lack of urgency in addressing this crucial matter.

This is a significant level up from their last phone message which disappointingly stated: "Due to Covid19 we our out of the office..." You can dial the number yourself and attempt to connect with your questions as investors.

It should be noted I've gotten 2 responses from email from Robert Ellis in the past, but my most recent email has gone unanswered.

I believe this is a positive step forward, albeit a simple step, as management has obviously listened to our concerns about the previous phone message issue and made the correct adjustment.

The sad part is all of the main culprits in the great BDPT pump, led by the person you mentioned and a couple others and we are all IN THE KNOW on who they are, along with all of their followers who defended them to the hilt, are long gone. Or embarrassed into silence. The entire thing was a giant scam run by unscrupulous people who wanted to do nothing more than take your money.

No dilution. False.

Big patents owned. False.

Spin off shares coming. False.

And all could be yours if you just bought and held. You, myself, and a few others all tried to talk truth here and were called bashers and scammers and we all saw everything else as well. But the bottom line is people in OTC stocks, and in any scam really, have a strong preponderance to want to only believe what fulfills their fantasy about what could happen. They only want to hear good things. So anything that puts a damper on that? They call bashing and false. That is why scams, any scams involving anything...like bank accounts in Nigeria for example....work. Because people really want to believe.

And the thing is? If they had just left well enough alone and run their scam? While not good.....we have all seen that here on these boards many times and people who fell for it are just as much to blame. Par for the course. The main issue I had was the constant berating and ridiculing of anyone who dared question what they were saying. It was too much. Far too much. Especially since they were lying through their teeth.

Perhaps next time people will see who is posting before they invest their good money into something involving those people again.

Perhaps take the time to read posts carefully before the personal shots. He was pointing out how PB and his crew of pumpers ran a scam on folks by lying about patents, spinoff shares, and great things to come. Buy and hold, buy more on dips, run the price up so they could dump while their blind followers got screwed. That was the scam.

The company is a small little supplement marketing company with zero success over 10 years. $8m in accumulated debt. Can't even achieve $50k in sales. 3 employees who are 80yo retired doctors in Vegas. The company isn't a scam, just a really crappy investment. They openly disclose their failures in public filings. They own nothing and pay licensing fees for everything they peddle. This stock shouldn't even have a market cap over $100k, so very overvalued at current prices based on real fundamentals.

Those are facts. No axe to grind. I absolutely have zero losses and have traded this up and down for great profits when I got word of the scam pumpers. Question is why are you so angry and aggressive?

5m shares cost less than $5k. Chump change and no sign of a whale or anything like that.
