On May 7, 2020, Eyecarrot Innovations Corp. (TSXV: EYC, OTC:EYCCF) (the “Company or Eyecarrot”) misrepresented its involvement in promotional activity in a corresponding news release. The company was notified by the OTC Markets about certain promotional activities in relation to the Company's common shares, including certain promotional newsletter e-mails dated May 6, 2020 which were distributed by Penny Stock Titans (“PST”). Following the OTC Market’s statement, the Company then disseminated a press release on May 14, 2020, stating “It was not aware of the promotional materials prior to receiving copies from OTC Markets and is unaware of the full nature of the promotional activity or the responsible parties.” – Adam Cegielski on behalf of Eyecarrot Innovations Corp.
However, the disclosure on the newsletter Issued by PST, PST indicates that “PennyStockTitans.com was paid up to $100,000.00 in cash compensation from Eyecarrot for this profile of Eyecarrot Innovations (OTC:EYCCF) which services include the issuance of this release and other opinions that we release concerning of Eyecarrot Innovations.” The wording above originates directly from the PST website and clearly states the funds were provided directly from the Company, therefore would make it more than unlikely they were an unaware party, as they claim.
“I would like to caution others of this management team and past directors, including Mr. David Schmidt, who facilitated the original financing. The Company has continued to fail to provide disclosure and provide misrepresentation instead. The continuous brazen behavior of Mr. Cegelski is alarming to say the least, and I hope new members of the Company will rectify past actions and behaviors of the Company.” – Detona Capital Corp.

Dammit I thought same thing. I thought it was mostly a pipe dream as they talked so big. At one point I had quite a bit here but flipped it out last spike and was just starting to reaccumulate as .14 was my loading zone to start. Just needed the rest of the week lol. See what they get if that’s the news. I suspect it is good if we wait this long to avoid it leaking and making it to the market.

This company, has life changing technology, non surgical, non drug, for so many people. One out of four people would greatly benefit from using it.

The other 3/4, would benefit a lot as well.

The scale on this business plan is enormous.

I think the price on this stock has no upper target, its literally, all management now, getting it into the stratosphere.

One of those rare companies you buy some, doesn't have to be a lot. And forget about it, give it to your children.
