GDDY Heading down now- 23.84 (LOD)
Doing what glassy taught me- sitting on my hands, lol.

Markets are starting off up, tentative. I'd not be surprised to see them run up...hard.
The headline story has died down, but everyone is wondering what Management was thinking when they made that decision. No one knows how this will effect Volkswagon sales in the future.
I know if I owned a Volkswagon Diesel I would be pissed off. All of these cars are so much better than what we drove in the 60s, but it just seems between airbags, GM ignition switches and now Volkswagon, that all car manufacturers are playing fast and loose with how they make that car.
I will let everyone know if I hear anything, but my Brother-in-law left Volkswagon about a month ago, so my source of information has dried up.
I just wish they would finish some of these roads.
If I may interject: I suspect the VW's will continue to roll off the line.
And teh VW effect on Tennessee?
What's the word from the plant?
FUTURES: Indices now up very slightly. Market may be up a bit today. Watch volume.
Heavy volume suggests a powerful rally..
FUTURES: Indices down very slightly.
GDDY I agree with you yb- a significant measure of today's down was the big market. That was very fortunate for us.
Probably some insider shares shares in there as vol was 3x's the 90DAV. But with 38M SH now able to be sold, its hardly begun to rain, imo.
What a night- strong, young inebriated guy tried to take my computer wire while it was connected to my computer, LOL. I was at a well known store eating, and on-line. Then he punched me when my back was to him. As a practicing Catholic I could not, unless absolutely necessary, deck him as we believe Christ resides in everyone, even POS's (pieces of salami, lol). So I put him in a bear hug for about what seemed like 12-15 minutes until the cops came. Police charged him with attempted theft and assault- I wonder if this is going to interfere with my trading time, lol. I'll testify.
90 people watching- not one helped me and I'm a getting old, white haired guy. Miami is very possibly the most narcissistic city in the country, imo.
Well, going horizontal- there's money to made in the morning.
MG
If the Donald slips and falls he could break his hair.
GDDY tumbled 14.45% today from Friday's pre-expiry squeeze high. LOD today was one penny from 1st support. Covered 53% of position. Then re-shorted 14% more.
So holding 2/3 short position with a ton of shares still to be sold by insiders, imo.
Nice when things go as planned.
MG
Oh my. Seems the market got clobbered today.
Hi zab. Is your governor gonna convert?
The market looks a lot lower. I'm loading up on put options 4-5 months out.
Cisco is my first.
You want a new invention? Balsa wood bats and bigger gloves. And of course breatherlyzers for the home plate ump after every pitch.
Buy a VW cabriolay.
Just checking in, seems like this 16,000 level is being violated, and with it the second move down has been confirmed. As for the rallies, they can come out of no where, be very extreme, and last longer than anyone wants. Worse than that if you short an individual stock it could just trend for awhile, or do its best to frustrate you in that trade.
Just like the upside, the downside is just as tricky. Good traders can play moves, while other get married to a position.
Still enjoying these low oil prices, but heard a news story that Saudi Arabia is been pressured with these low prices. That could signal that a hike is in the cards, but they might discover that it will last for awhile, and then give up the gain.
The economy is still good in America, but the world needs another big invention to move it forward, otherwise demand for anything will be at best tepid.
Received my health insurance bill for next year, the smallest increase, barely 2 %, these past five years are some of the smallest increase of the past 20 years.
Tennessee's Governor is in Israel, but our road projects have been put on hold for the for seeable future, have no reason except it isn't a priority. Meanwhile we have Orange barrels all over the place, three lane roads turning into two lane bottlenecks, and exit ramps that never seem to get done.
Bought CISCO puts, Jan 15 expiration, 25 strike. 27.73 last.
Not done and looking for more stuff to short or buy puts.
Quelle surprise. As ZAB said, "Short the rallies" and there will be some.

Beachside? How nice. It's chilly fall up here.
Thanks, Lee. Like you, the former newspaper editor, I love language.
Beachside today- was muggy but late day breeze is winning now...
The "Yellen Effect." You sure can turn a phrase GENT. The Yellen Effect. I like it.
GDDY I wonder if the market makers were supporting the PPS last week, looking at a lot of sell orders for Monday when lockup expires. But probably was just the broad market, as well as the Yellen effect.
Yes, we never can tell how these will go but with 17 individuals and four houses with 38M shares that can be sold (the whole IPO was 23M shares), I'm betting on weakness, esp. with huge debt, a low threshold business and $5.70 over the IPO price as of Friday close that can be grabbed.
With its tiny float, it could even tumble.
I'm targeting 21.00 as 2nd support.
GLTU, YB!

John Boehner stepping down. Mmmm. There's a story here, we may learn about it later. He probably wants to spend more time with his family. Sure.

GDDY 38 million shares become available for sale Monday- that's far more than the 23 million shares sold in the IPO.
Currently at + $5.61 over the IPO price of $20, profit taking likely to ensue- especially since Go Daddy's losses are widening and is deeply in debt in a low threshold business.
FUTURES: Indices down moderately. Things, despite the occasional bounce, continue to look lower to me.
