That is a question for the FBI. They were involved in more than 100 tickers. Lots of indictments around them but they weren't charged. Even Guy Jean Pierre who forged 100 opinions wasn't charged criminally.
What is your opinion as to whey they weren't charged.
I thought that case concluded as I haven't heard anything in a couple of years. I know sec is in collection phase currently.
It is ongoing. From what I understand Laura Anthony's hijacked shells are a big part of the case.
That was a civil. Why didn't they go after him for criminal charges?
Take a look at the SEC case against Marc Jablon and the adjudication of that case.
What crime to mark jablon do to make him a criminal?
Cam Can et. Al.
I wonder if it went to trial, if applicable.
Cem Can. Everyone around this crew was charged but not the real criminals like Marc Jablon and his lawyers other than the ones who were disbarred. The Florida Bar is a little concerned about the public than the SEC and FBI.
https://www.fbi.gov/newyork/press-releases/2014/six-corporate-executives-and-six-corporate-entities-indicted-for-orchestrating-a-500-million-offshore-asset-protection-securities-fraud-and-money-laundering-scheme
Never heard of him.
He was one of their attorneys. They had many. Grocock disassociated from them after they were sued by the SEC. Interestingly enough he was also Jim Can's lawyer.
Ben "the case of the missing escrow" Grocock was big apples attorney.
SOME of Laura Anthony's "mistakes". Check where they are now. Stay FAR away from this crap.
More than 200 public companies and/or usurped tickers put into the market by securities lawyer Laura Anthony and banned ex broker Michael Anthony Pollaccia.

He was a shell machine. Apple used a lawyer in Orlando. Forget name.
Or maybe 330 Clematis Street. Very revealing connection between Big Apple Consulting and Laura Anthony and Michael Anthony aka Michael Pollaccia. It appears Laura Anthony's law firm was the supplier of shells for Big Apple.

Anyone up to speed on Eddy Vaskar's tickers
Anyone know status of Marc Jablon bankruptcy?
Edward Vakser was indicted by the Dallas County grand jury for "felony theft" on 2/12/2014. Accordingly, he was required to disclose that he was facing a felony charge in Dallas in Shareholder Disclosures. Despite claims he had "resigned" from any managerial position with SUTI earlier in the year, it is believed by many that he remains fully in charge. He has recently officially returned to manager/ director/ control person status by declaring himself a "consultant" on OTC. He and his family (which includes the CFO) are accused by some investors of dumping tens of millions of shares.
ON MAY 4, 2015 VAKSER ANNOUNCED THAT "ALL CHARGES AGAINST HIM HAVE BEEN DROPPED" ...THAT THE CASE WAS "DISMISSED" AND PROCLAIMED HIS COMPLETE "INNOCENCE" IN MULTIPLE PUBLIC POSTS.
CONFIRMED (May 5, 2015)-- THE CASE AGAINST VAKSER WAS "DISMISSED" ONLY BECAUSE...
HE PAID "FULL RESTITUTION OF $27,500" TO THE PLAINTIFF IN EXCHANGE FOR HAVING THE CHARGES DROPPED.
did fast eddie go to trial yet?

The Eleventh Circuit’s ruling is important for the SEC and for stock promoters and investor relations firms. In recent years, the agency has stepped up enforcement actions against penny touts, and the Department of Justice has lent a hand with some critical criminal prosecutions. The appellate panel’s thoughtful analysis and conclusions reached in the Big Apple case makes clear that promoters cannot, among other things, hope to escape liability for clients’ blatant fraud by claiming they were unaware of it.

On April 9, 2015, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit upheld a lower court’s ruling in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission v. Big Apple Consulting USA Inc., MJMM Investments, LLC, Marc Jablon and Mark Kaley, case number 13-11976.
The appellate panel affirmed the district court’s ruling in its entirety.

Cassandra, Vakser's hand picked SUTI ceo robbed the Dollar Tree. lol
http://www.timesunion.com/news/article/Deputies-9-years-later-Fort-Edward-store-6177085.php
Cassandra--IJJP + Vakser's SUTI (aka PRPM)=????
Check out SUTI. BAC's Eddie Vakser set it up last spring when his PRPM was globally locked. He installed patsy Luther Jeffries as CEO of both. Jeffries was just arrested (4-2-15.. thanks to the hard work of IHubbers) for a 9 year old warrant for grand larceny (stealing $20k from the Family Dollar Store he managed and fleeing the state).
http://poststar.com/news/local/former-family-dollar-store-manager-arrested-on-theft-charge/article_8d60cfce-6230-5076-8f4b-dd2ca809920a.html
SUTI has nothing! No assets, no money, no management, nothing. HOWEVER-- Eddie recently registered a bunch of "HEMPSTER" domain names all on the same day ...paid to have two of them be "private" and sold them to SUTI for 150 million shares! I also discovered his old crony Phillip Verges also owns a HEMPSTER domain. My guess is they plan to barter these $10 domains for chunks of stock. OH...and Steven Rash of ALGA (American Seed Oil) used to work for Eddie and sued him for $800k (was awarded $500k).
Just before his arrest Luther announced he would resign on 4-2-15 and that a new CEO was to be announced the next day. It wasn't. Some IJJP pumpers are showing up on SUTI. What sort of JV scam possibilities might be in the works?
(Eddie Vakser goes on trial for felony theft on 4-20-15. He will have to plead guilty or be found so by jury. As a felon he can't run any of his public companies).

Eddie Vakser criminal update-->>JURY TRIAL<< set for April 20, 2015
One year after allegedly committing felony theft it seems the Dallas D.A. yanked his offer of a plea bargain and the court has set the case for trial on 4/20/15. This seems a mighty big gamble by Vakser as a felony conviction will bar him from running any public company. Then again, he might abscond to the Ukraine since he enjoys citizenship there. For now, he has 5 more months to manipulate his 5 active shells [PRPM, PBHG, TDEY, AURI and TSRR].

Jablon has a lifetime ban in the securities industry imposed by the SEC I believe?
Protek Capital [PRPM] is a former client of BAC/ Marc Jablon. PRPM's former management --Robert Zysblat and Owen Dukes-- have partnered with management of other BAC scams in the past 18 months. Most notably TDEY which Jablon and his longtime crony Michael Gibilisco ran for years. Imo these guys constitute an elaborate network of pump-and-dumpers who trade ownership in various scams like playing cards.
what does big apple have to do with this?
PRPM is globally locked--
They announced in February they were becoming yet another marijuana company. They switched names (not symbols) to "Luxuriant Holdings," set up a Facebook page by that name and began PR pumps. Shares increased to 12 billion. Stock cratered and was chilled/ globally lockedApril 3rd/4th. Partners have seen the light and bailed. Mystery man CEO Luther Jeffries is AWOL. Shareholders are irate.
Eddie Vakser --whom it was insisted had resigned and had nothing whatsoever to do with PRPM-- is still in charge. In February he was indicted by the Dallas grand jury for criminal felony theft over $20,000. He was arrested, arraigned and jailed. He is being prosecuted by the D.A. who has a 99.4% conviction rate. Eddie has been granted two delays already goes back to court this month.

What are they wasting their time for? Slow down the SEC collection process? Government is stupid. Found guilty and nothing collected. DOJ waste.
It seems so, there's usually an appeal in such cases.
they are appealing after all of that?

Jablon must have run out of money, he has a dozen Florida corporations out of business...
PRPM and PBHG active again listed on OTC
Both run by Eddie Vakser and relative newcomer Clark Ortiz.
Vakser also ran BAC clients ARTS (Revoked) and TSRR (Grey). He is current Chairman of TDEY (Note: Marc Jablon/Big Apple and MG Studios identified by name in recent filings as being major "beneficial shareholders" of TDEY). Vakser also has ties to management of SWRF (Clark Ortiz).
PRPM claims to have recently acquired the assets of the revoked ARTS. Vakser and Ortiz have announced plans to start a direct sales/ multi level marketing company to sell art prints by Thomas Kinkade (something Vakser tried and failed with ARTS).
Is this a criminal trial coming up? Will Big Apple be involved in that one?
Thank you for the clarification. It's odd that sometimes he uses the first name of Scott.
James Tassan and Scott Tassan are one in the same. His name is James Scott Tassan. He is the new CFO of TDEY and is married to Edward Vaksers sister Anjelika/Angie.
FINRA Complaint against Delaney Equity Group LLC and David C Delaney
Make no mistake the same SCUMBAGS are still in the background.
The very detailed Complaint basically explains how David C Delaney knowing helped Big Apple Consulting illegal dump billions of shares into the open market.
http://disciplinaryactions.finra.org/viewDocument.aspx?DocNb=32755
During the period from December 2008 through July 2010, Delaney Equity Group, LLC (DEG), acting through David Delaney (Delaney), its President, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO), allowed customer B.A. [Big Apple] and its numerous affiliated accounts to sell almost a billion newly issued, unregistered equity shares of five issuers: Connectyx (CTYX), ProPalms USA, Inc. (PRPM), Shot Spirits (SSPT), Solos Endoscopy (SNDY) and Green Bridge (GRBG). As a result, DEG and Delaney participated in the distribution of almost a billion shares of unregistered and non-exempt securities, in contravention of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act), and in violation of FINRA Rule 2010.
Moreover, DEG, acting through Delaney, failed to establish, maintain and enforce a supervisory system, including written supervisory procedures (WSPs), reasonably designed to ensure compliance with Section 5 of the Securities Act and the applicable rules and regulations with respect to the distribution of unregistered and non-exempt securities, in violation of NASD Conduct Rule 3010(a) and (b) and FINRA Rule 2010.
Additionally, DEG, acting through Delaney, failed to abide by the terms of its membership agreement by failing to enforce its WSPs for supervising individuals with prior disciplinary disclosures at a heightened level, in violation of NASD Membership and Registration Rule 1017, NASD Conduct Rules 3010(a), 3010(b), 2110 and FINRA Rule 2010.
Finally, DEG, acting through Delaney, failed to adequately implement anti-money laundering (AML) policies, procedures, and internal controls and enforce its AML compliance program (AMLCP) by failing to identify a customer who had a regulatory history, failed to detect highly suspicious activity, properly investigate the suspicious activity and report suspicious activity as required. This suspicious activity included, but was but not limited to, deposits of almost a billion shares of low-priced equity securities into multiple related accounts, the liquidation of those shares soon after they were deposited, and the wiring of the sales proceeds out to the accounts soon after their liquidation. Additionally, the suspicious activity included the deposit, journaling, sale and wiring of the sales proceeds involving low-priced biotech stocks in accounts related to or referred by a customer with a regulatory history. As a result of such conduct, DEG and Delaney violated NASD Conduct Rule 3011(a) and FINRA Rules 3310(a) and 2010.
The Complaint goes on for several pages getting into great detail about how David Delaney assisted in this illegal stock dilution scheme in such tickers as:
Artfest International, Inc. (ARTS)
Connectyx (CTYX)
ProPalms USA, Inc. (PRPM)
Shot Spirits (SSPT)
Solos Endoscopy (SNDY)
Green Bridge (GRBG)
The Complaint further goes on to giving great details about David Delaney's involvement in another illegal share selling scheme with two individuals by the initials A.P. and J.R. in such tickers as:
RX for Africa (RXAF)
Medasorb Technologies (MSBT)
Collexis Holdings (CLXS)
Stem Cell Innovations (SCLL)
Intellect Neurosciences, Inc. (ILNS)
