You're not alone here but not much going on considering that the proposed 7/25 closing date with MobiClear appears to be going by. Of course we knew that because the RS did not take place 10 days prior. I haven't heard anything to the contrary like what happened with Vegas Wireless so I'll keep thinking that this deal with MobiClear will close one of these days.

BICO Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Vegas Wireless Entertainment
1/12/2006 12:26:31 PM
DOVE CANYON, Calif., Jan 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- BICO, Inc. (BIKO) is pleased to announce the signing of a letter of intent to acquire Vegas Wireless Entertainment (see www.vegaswirelessent.com). Vegas Wireless Entertainment specializes in the creation and distribution of mobile entertainment software products. "This business combination represents an opportunity to improve BICO shareholder value and represents the type of solution BICO's management and board of directors were seeking to identify," observed Richard Greenwood, President and CEO of BICO. With this acquisition BICO will be poised to take advantage of the rapidly emerging market of mobile online gaming products which will allow a global audience, regardless of service provider or handset manufacturer, to download and play a wide variety of popular casino style games, as well as participate in mobile lotteries and sports betting. These games currently include Poker, Blackjack, Roulette and Slots. Vegas Wireless Entertainment has created a gaming solution which seamlessly embeds a payment processing solution to facilitate real time game play and wagering.
In addition, Vegas Wireless Entertainment is planning on launching a "white label" B2B product which will allow over 1800 worldwide online casinos a cost effective software solution to offer play on wireless handsets, without the need for their own development and IT staff. Chris Feges, President of Vegas Wireless Entertainment stated, "We are extremely excited by this opportunity. According to a recent General Accounting Office Report (GAO), online gaming is generating over $5 billion in revenues. With the growth of the wireless gaming market, we feel that Vegas Wireless Entertainment is poised to become a market leader". Under the terms of this transaction, Vegas Wireless shareholders will be issued shares representing 80% of the outstanding shares of BICO calculated on a fully diluted basis.
The acquisition is expected to close shortly.

There has been a lot of volume for BIKO lately and the price has been fluctuating between .0001 and .0003 - Has there been any news out from/about BIKO recently? I don't have many resources so I am thinking I could have easily missed it.
Thanks,
Russ
Does anyone know how I can buy one of the phones shown on the cXc services website? I would really like to have one for my personal use.
Thanks,
Koko
I have been holding BIKO shares ever since 9/21/2001 and have picked up more along the way since then. I currently hold 443,000 shares. I am starting to see the price rise, finally, and am wondering just how long to hold. I am at a beginners level when it comes to trading and I tend to hold on forever -- too long.
Anyone have any DD information on BIKO?
Thanks in advance!
BICO just emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. As part of the deal they merged with a company in California, cXc Services. cXc is in the Webphone business. Aparently got some good reaction to webphones in the apartment industry. A cheap way to connect apartments to the Internet and to the landlord for rent pay and stuff. There is more on their website www.cxcservices.com. At least BICO is starting fresh with a clean slate ... it's a whole new ball game.
This is definately not the same biko that was a medical device company. Does any one know what these prospects are??
I'm new to BIKO and very curious about the recent extreme volume - 400 million plus. Is there something in the works. Hopefully news soon. RTB
Tips,
I can't believe anyone is out there responding on this board!!!You've been on one of the GMED boards, right?
I was a stockbroker for several years just out of college and I used to trade BIKO back in the early and mid 90's primarily for it's diabetic glucometer technology they were developing. It would trade in the 3-6 dollar range. That technology didn't go too far although they have a unit developed it never got the FDA approval.
They had some problems with their CEO and financial difficulties in the past several years.
Apparently they are focusing on some petrol cleanup type products now.
Yes, I'm in this one...just a flyer really to see what may happen if the company turns it around someday. Being in here at the bottom there's not so much risk.
Apparantly BIKO got a patent recently, info is difficult to find and the company doesn't have it's website
Someone on Raging Bull got this excerpt from the new Patent...
"To summarize, the product described herein can be simply used by spraying the product as a loose powder (the beeswax spheres) on a hydrocarbon spill. In this mode the powder floats on top of the water and bonds with oil immediately to prevent the pollution from sinking. When the powder becomes saturated with oil, it is left in place and the oil is degraded by indigenous microorganisms contained in the water. Following this, the beeswax then degrades itself through the actions of the microorganisms.
For bilge cleaning, a porous cylindrically shaped sock about three inches in diameter and ten inches long is used to keep the bilge of a boat free of oil, odor and fumes so that only oil free water is pumped overboard. The sock is made of a non oil absorbing material such as a porous weave polyethylene and contains about 8 ounces of the beeswax spheres (powder). When this sock comes in contact with oil, it immediately absorbs up to one pound of contaminant, and degrades much more oil over time, and can last the entire boating season. The mechanism of operation is the same as that described above for the loose powder. FIG. 2 of the drawing illustrates the sock 20 having an outer porous fabric 22 and a tether cord 24 attached at one end. A sample of the loose beeswax spheres (powder) 26 is also shown.
In another use of the product, hollow elongated booms 21/2 inches in diameter and 10 feet long can be jointed together to confine and treat small oil spills. The booms are made of a porous plastic which is non absorbing to oil and which are filled with the beeswax spheres (powder)..."
Good luck to you!

Pioneer, Can't believe there is no talk about this stock. I heard about it back in 2001 when it was trading at 5, 6 cents.
Did they do a R/S? Do you nown any and have you done any research on them?
Thanks.
is there anyone out there for an opinion on this biko stock.
the company wants another 2millon shares out there?????
what do you think??
O.K., since no one else is posting here, i guess i'll just throw what i know and my opinions out there.
BIKO
the good:
lots of news releases on many different projects and contracts, some of which are already showing profits.
the bad:
an enormous float, which isn't uncommon for penny stocks, but they do have quite a bit even for a penny.
what needs to happen:
BIKO needs to continue with the good PR work and producing income. their expenses need to be kept in check so that income will make the company profitable. a buy back of some of the enormous float wouldn't be a bad idea, either.
p.s.: If BIKO decides to do a reverse split, kiss this stock goodbye for a very long time.
oh, LOL. my fault, different stock. sorry your correct.
Signed,
Joemoney =D
THIS IS A GREAT IN/OUT STOCK. GOT IN @ 0.013, GOT OUT @ 0.065. IN AGAIN @ 0.035. I'M NOT SURE ABOUT ALL THIS SPECULATION OF 0.10 THIS WEEK OR IN THE NEAR FUTURE, BUT I'LL TAKE MY PROFITS AS OFTEN AS I CAN ON THIS ONE.
