Okay, took me some time to find out the truth. But based on what I do have, it is not exactly as they posted to you, neither is it clear with whom you talked. KNDR has 2 agreements with Sun,s Free Solar. Under the agreement there is a box to tick, which says, that Sun,s Free Solar can accept or refuse to be mentioned in a press release. As they didn,t tick the box on both agreements, which had been signed by Sheldon Norberg means, KNDR had the right, to announce the business agreement. This just for the sake of good order.
Despite recession:
http://www.meyerburger.ch/en/home/
Their books are full with orders out from China and other countries for their solar-technology. Markets are forward looking means, despite the fact that solar-technology is not competitive versus the traditional coil/oil/gas based electricity production, the industry is investing in those kind of technology. Like any other industry that emerged in the 20st century had to fight versus the old industry, but better technology, mass-production and recognition of new standarts gave them the breakthrough. Will happen here as well. So again: It is on KNDR to show, that their technology works and if it does here we go. If not, they will go.
I would agree with you on all points, no objectin at all.
With the average cost/kw of current Photocoltaic and ThinFilm technolgies at $ 0.20$-$.30 without subsidies, solar power cannot compete with traditional coil/oil/gas based electricity production, whole global avg.cost/kw remains between $ 0.10 and $ 0.15.
And here is the challenge for KNDR. If their technology works and I said "If", their cost of production would be $ 0.06 - $ 0.07. At this level, their technology would therefore possess a signifanct competitive advantage both to other Solar systems and the global Grid. And here comes the speculation in. The next milestone to watch will be: Who is the new Ceo, what industrial experience does he/or she have, how is he linked with the leading R/D industry and so on. The right name/person could point into the direction of a possible positive, commerical outcome. Potential investors - and here I talk the big money - will need this kind of trigger to put their money at work. So, let,s wait for this kind of announcment I would suggest. The present CEO, as a former financial analyst and experienced to work with Private Banks in Geneva/Switzerland would/should know, what it needs to attract risk-capital.
Any company interested in Solar, but not now actively engaged in it, is too late to the party. The residential solar industry exists for only three reasons;
1) Utility company rebates (soon to diminish greatly)
2) Federal Tax credits (May die out this year, but surely by end of 2011
3) Government mandates and Cap & Trade.
To stand on its own, Solar energy needs to be at least 250% more efficient than it is today ... unless utility rates instantly increase by 250%.
Just that you understand me right, Kdnders technology, means their panes absorb more thermal energy rather than solar energy and therefore are more dependant on air temperature than direct sunlight. So this limits clearly the country selection. However, if one takes the cost of production for their technology and compares it versus the existing solar systems then they could have a huge market - if their technology works. This is the trigger, nothing more and nothing less. But the question of course is, will it work? My guess is as good as yours.
The prototyp they have been working on functions similarly to a Heat Engine. Rather than converting photons into electricity, Kender,s solar panel absorbs the suns, thermal energy and uses it to spin helium gas in a pressurized closed circuit which propels an electric generator and generates electricity. As I said, prototyp, means you test it in the Labs - Computer - but they are in the process of developing this kind of type. If the industry goes for it, it will be a huge success this is clear. I haven,t seen a statement from them saying, that they are selling on the contrary. However, as it is common in the industry, if you develop something you have to test the waters. Testing the waters means: Is there any interest in the world for such a products if and when it should be confirmed that it works perfectly and do I have companies who will go out and promote my product to other interested parties? Under normal circumstances such companies are financed through private equity and once sucessful are brought public. KNDR chose the other way: Go public before the sucess is guaranteed. A strategy I can understand if I see some of the CV,s of these people. But now, they need another CEO so as those people who started stage 1, can delegate to the new Ceo and concentrate their energy on financing, presentations and so on. As always with such companies: the risk is 100 % the reward ........ So, any buyer should consider an investment as an perpetual option on a positive outcome, risk-averse investors should stay away.
Well thought, but it could mean as well, a new CEO who knows how to run the business and the present CEO will concentrate on raising funds and talking to institutional clients. Based on his CV, this is at least where I would see his strength. But as always, let,s wait until the "potential" news are out and then we should know more.
KNDR is not, in any way, producing, supplying or selling anything to do with Solar Energy. The top suppliers of quality PV panels are; Evergreen, KiaSerra, Sanyo and Sharp.
The only problem with that logic is, if you read the email that "pennytradetoday" received it says "a new and well connected CEO"...that would leave Sean out of the picture, IMO.
Then let,s wait and see what comes out. Sometimes the unexpected happens and if so, it will catch everybody by surprise. Personal note: I would not underestimate Mr.S.Kelly as his network with International Banks - specially those based in Geneva - is rather impressive. With their connections they can knock at doors, which for normal people would remain closed. Maybe I am wrong, but I would keep it in mind as well.
Hot news from kender NOT!!
HERE IS A EMAIL I GOT JUST TODAY. THE FUNNY THING IS I ASKED THIS QUESTION BACK IN JAN. 28 MSG #4783 AND BACK THEN SEAN KELLY ANSWERED THE QUESTION. NOW IT SEEMS LIKE Arthur Secret, Chief Information Officer HAS TO ANSWER MY QUESTION AGAIN, LOL. CHECK MY ANSWER TO THIS AT THE END OF THIS EMAIL AND SEE IF YOU AGREE?
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your interest in Kender Solar.
In the past few months we have been busy simulating more efficient and
robust prototypes with specialized software, as well as securing additional
financing and planning additional marketing efforts.
We now have some good news to announce. Among others: a new and
well-connected CEO and a prestigious conference that we will participate in
this late spring. However, the timing of the official announcement is not
clear yet, as we aim for maximum impact.
Best Regards,
Arthur

Message: Is this company going to make it. No press releases? No
newsletters?
MY RESPONSE:
I wanted to thank you for your emails letting me now what is happening with the company. The problem is that no one believes you. The company can't even keep up with the pink sheet filings, which is so hard to do, lol. We all know we won't see a working prototype this year. As far as your so call financing goes I don't know of any company that will give you money based on computer simulations. But best of luck to you, your going to need it.
Well, agree, sound strange. Thanks for it.

Kender Energy Signs Major Distribution Agreement Aimed at the State of California's $2.2 Billion Solar Initiative Budget
Kender Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNDR) today announced that it has signed a multi-year distribution agreement with Sun's Free Solar, a California-based corporation specializing in the deployment of Clean Energy Production.
Now, here is the exact quote I received from Suns Free Solar...
"The technology has not yet been verified, as far as I can tell.
I'm hoping that they really have what they say, but no one knows yet.
We were rather surprised at our inclusion in their stock announcement.
Hopefully it's not just a stock swindle".
I dont see this company on an announcment for distributor. Can you find it? I have a research report in front of me from Dec.16, 2009, and in there I cannot see this name as well.
Don't mind at all....Suns Free Solar.
Would you mind to give the name of the distributor you talked to?
Glad I sold. The past is a memory the future a mystery the present opportunity.
Bye KNDR... I won't miss you!
GLTA!
"The reality is that kndr is awful. And the pr's are very poor ,dd on kndr is a comedy. They are all waiting in germany to trade it overthere. What a pos"
Couldn't agree with you more! Had to finally clear the bag of the little bit left in it for better
plays and thank god it's already moving. I really liked KNDR but I agree with everything you said re PR etc. Very likely a serious POS. Time will tell.
GL!
Agreed "happymario"...i had posted earlier that when i called 1 of the companies associated with a PR release that listed them as a distributor, they never even heard of kender. they didn't know they were even part of their release until somebody notified them that saw it...what a joke.
nice trading of kndr ,only 8% down today ,sure it's waiting for an explosion after all this accumulation. The high of 0.41 is not far away ,lol ,this will be the comment of hgs ;IMO.
The reality is that kndr is awful. And the pr's are very poor ,dd on kndr is a comedy. They are all waiting in germany to trade it overthere. What a pos .
It is rather a funny spread of the tradingsrange 0.04 0.049 this is 22.5%. No wonder, some buyers stay away. Any idea out there, because I am still of the opinion, this company has more going for it than presently is visible. But what?
If I look at the bollinger, the range is well defined. Under normal circumstances such narrow bands preclude a breakout - one way or another - At this level I would rather speculate on the upside, but I agree with you, this low volume keeps a lot of people on the sidelines. The way I read some posts here, looks like some are expecting some news. If so, at least you could say, buy the rumour sell the facts doesn,t fit here, so may be the new slogan is: buy the facts.
KNDR continues to trade in its new range but it is suffering from low volume. On Monday the stock opened at $0.047 but fell under significant selling pressure, hitting a low of $0.045. I was expecting this price to act as initial support. From this price investors were able to drive the stock to a high of $0.049. Only 20,000 shares were traded during the day and the low volume makes it difficult to predict any short-term price action.
KNDR could be finding a new trading range in the near term. KNDR opened on Friday at $0.047 and hit a high of $0.049 before falling back and closing at its opening price. I would expect that the stock will find strong support at $0.045 and trade in a new range, with resistance at $0.055.
We'll be on the watch.
I to have heard from the company and suspect there will be news shorly. I believe this news will send KNDR to .14 for a days high and then down to .07 - .08 at the close.
hgs is a character no doubt. However i heard from the company and there are lots of changes to be announced soon that could send the stock price soaring which is the only reason I'm holding still. hgs posts are ridiculous tho I agree!
hgs no need to comment on kndr anymore .You were wrong saying it's going above 0.4 it's 8 times lower. You are a paid pump and dumper that's the reality and you get hundreds of thousands $ to promote maybe few millions ..Your last promoted picks are 40-50% down satm and luxe.I do hope that bonz shareholders can sell immediately on monday.Wherever you appear it's a sell signal.
KNDR continues to make some interesting moves, however I am not too concerned with Thursday’s selling pressure because of the low volume. More than 65,000 shares were traded during the day, which is below the recent average. The stock started the day at a high of $0.055 and fell to a low of $0.045, which was also its closing price.
KNDR continues to make surprising moves. The stock broke through support at $0.05 on Wednesday. It has been trading in a tight range, with support at $0.05 and resistance at $0.06 since mid-February. We see this as a buy opportunity. Because of the low volume, it is more likely the stock will move back into its established range. KNDR opened the day at $0.05 and hit a high of $0.06 before strong selling pressure drove it to a low of $0.049, where it closed. More than 90,000 shares were traded on Wednesday, which is strong but appears to be below the daily average.
HGS, it's comical that you call 100,000 shares ($5,000.00) as "strong volume". Spoke with 1 of the so-called distributors who does not even know why their name was included in Kenders press release last year. What does that tell you about this "company" ?
KNDR volume remains strong we are not seeing much movement in its price. The stock opened at $0.05 where it also closed. The stock traded more than 100,000 shares on Tuesday.
KNDR continues to trade in a tight range between $0.05 and $0.06. What I wanted to point out is the fact that volume was relatively high on Monday. Any sign of volume growth could be a bullish sign for this stock. More than 350,000 shares were traded on Monday, which is slightly above the daily average. On Monday the stock opened at $0.05 and hit a low of $0.049. Renewed buying interest helped to drive the stock to a high of $0.055. However this was not sustained and the stock dropped back to its opening price.
Very frustrating at the moment, HGS -- not sure whether to accumulate or not here but supposedly shareholders have the following to look forward to:
1. Major investor and proferssionals conference.
Kender Energy has been chosen to present at a major new energy conference. This anouncement will be made soon.
2. Money raising efforts.
This portion of our activity is the most time consuming, but also the most valuable. Back in October 2009, we have initiated a major money raising program, which is paying off, as we speak. Anouncements will also be made soon.
3. Highly qualified additions to management team.
A new top manager wil be hired and anounced soon. His history of achievements is second to none.
KNDR has tightened its trading range and continues to bounce between support at $0.05 and resistance at $0.06. I do like the fact that volume remains fairly decent on this stock.
If the news are of substance, they may attract small-cap followers. We should not forget, if they would be a reporting company, I am sure, they would deserve a premium, however, based on their present status, interested parties wan,t to see more facts on the table so as to understand, that this company is on a growth pad which of course would allow to put a forward looking value to it. Smart buyers are not looking for a pump and they do not care if they would have to pay a higher price, smart buyers want to be sure, that what they are buying will be rewarding in the months and years ahead. Time is on the side of those who can wait until all pieces fit. IMHO
Regardless whoever is pumping what two things are clear:
1. The company should be coming out with news really soon.
2. Chart shows STRONG support at 0.05 and resistance at 0.08.
With news volume will explode and the stock should reach .12 effortlessly.
JMO!
hi hgs
I know who you are .You keep telling nonsense bout kndr .Bought many shares around 0.3 when you kept talking bout explosion to 0.4 and higher .It's 8 times lower now.In the beginning I believed you and respected you .But now I found out You can manipulate every stock you want. And last friday I saw for the first time that YOu got paid over 35k$ just for one day promotion of luxe. You're the one that gets a lot of profits ,not the working people that are fooled.I can mention many stocks that were so good and that costed me a lot of money.Anyway it went all very bad to me and I lost over 80% of my investments.I don't blame you for my losses but I blame you for talking so positive when it feels like a trap.Remember pntv, bdgn etc ?I even can't pay your inner circle membership now ccoz of all the bad picks.
If the company would explain itself, the stock would fly. There are enough people waiting to load up.
KNDR continues to show signs of building momentum. $0.05 is proving to be a very strong support level. The stock has traded at this level for the last 10 sessions. On Tuesday the stock opened at $0.05 and closed at $0.06. If volume can increase this stock could move higher very rapidly.
KNDR volume has weakened slightly the last few days but continues to build a base at $0.05. On Wednesday the stock opened at $0.06 and dropped to its support level and bounced back to close at its opening price.
KNDR appears to be finding some support at $0.05, which is where it opened, and is trading in a fairly tight range. On Tuesday, the stock hit resistance at $0.065 and managed to hold on to most of its gains closing at $0.06.

KNDR is one of the most exciting stocks I have seen in a while. I am waiting for a break of resistance at $0.08 on strong volume. Last week the stock traded in a range with support at $0.05 and resistance at $0.067. On Friday the stock opened at its 20-day moving average at $0.056 and closed at the high of the day at $0.065. The activity we have seen in KNDR could help to create some buying interest and drive the stock higher. Initial resistance after $0.08 would be $0.12.
What is the other stock you are excited about??
Well would good to be to know.
Specifically it said a "major energy conference". There are a zillion energy conferences. Wish he would have said which one...or maybe he didn't get specific for a reason?
Does anybody know, when the major investor and professionals conference takes place. Kendar Energy has been chosen to present it. But would be good to know the date.
