last winter everything ran. good and bad. people sitting at their home offices playing OTC markets with that stimulus money. people blindly bought everything without serious DD. many hit jackpot and became OTC $ millionaires in 2021…many got bagged in february with pumped up scam tickers.

denunzio has a reputation of a very professional custodian. they seem to value that a lot. reputation/professionalism are the only constants that mean anything in OTC. because 90% of the time OTC stock is a scam. so when you deal with professionals you stick with them in this business.

i don’t think they would risk what they built for a few bucks when there’s many millions to make in the long run. they run a tight and clean ship.

this will get a new ticker symbol soon. PR / acquisitions will follow. CEO and the board are NASDAQ NYSE quality. if anyone has a shot its them.

When Moody/Denunzio take over/assume custodianship, they usually get paid for their services in shares (restricted). they then sell these restricted shares to the purchasing company for a substantial fee.

Thanks 60ftcat. $4 per share sure does sound nice. But I've been guessing all along that DeNunzio and associates were the ones who originally drove the price up by buying SENY, starting last November, hoping to sell it later at a much higher price. Is that a reasonable guess? And if so, could the people at GOVH already have known that this SPAC was destined for them, so they also helped drive the price up by buying? Are these questions too speculative to even comment on? Or is it completely obvious that I'm right, at least about DeNunzio? I don't begin to understand how DeNunzio could make a profit on the deal, unless he did that. And if he did, that's fine with me, because he's already helped me a lot. SENY was 'dead in the water' prior to the end of November.

there is no significant selling going on. people took profits on a first run up - as expected. accumulation / distribution line is near 52week highs. there is also no dilution. Trading volume is low - its below 20 day moving average volume most of the time for last two months. It does not take much to move price both ways on a thinly traded stock. Ticker change / PR - will send this much higher. These folks are shooting for big boards - to do that they need $4 PPS.... just saying.

Question for 60ftcat: I understand that the company can't be selling restricted shares. But could people in the company and their friends be part of the group of 'insiders' that were buying up SENY at a very low price as early as late November, 2020? And now they are dumping some of it, at least enough to cover the money they invested? Or are DeNunzio and his friends the only ones who might have done that? I'm just trying to get educated, because I have had no previous experience with SPAC's.

Today i added 25 % more to my core position. i think this is terrific / early / one of a kind SPAC OTC opportunity.
Risky but not as risky as some other pumped up OTC crap.
