Mr. Chamdia should be ashamed of himself, a person who has enjoyed such a prolific profile and who comes from a very honorable family, with extremely high values has stooped so low. He has made things impossible for himself to regain his reputation back. I am sure not even his own family are aware aware . misconduct.

He's a Coward and a snake hiding in the sleeves of HH. This is no other than the officer of Bergamo subsidiary Salim Chamdia, Ex employee of Mr. Arif Habib, CEO of Fatima Fertilizer and Member of the Karachi Stock Exchange, Mr. Arif Habib.

Robert Fowler and US Capital Funding Trust Series whatever, good friend to BGMO and a supplier of finance totally lost his case to the SEC. I wonder, if as he has run to Hong Kong to keep the US Capital Fraud alive and well, if he paid the money and fine. My guess is that he couldn't afford it from all his trillions of dollars. Why should I care about Chamdia?.....

I'm not into all this he said, she said BS. All I have been is a shareholder looking for a profit on my investment. The facts remain the same. Shareholders have been lied to. The SEC stepped in and basically shut BGMO down. The CEO Herzog has abandoned the ship. Shareholders are left holding the bag.

This pretty well sums it up. Nothing to look forward to here!

Going after Chamdia won't solve any shareholders problem.

Autilion AG Securities Purchase Agreement


On April 8, 2013, we entered into the Securities Purchase Agreement with Autilion, a company organized and existing under the laws of Switzerland. Under the terms of the Securities Purchase Agreement, Autilion remains contractually obligated to consummate the Autilion Financing and purchase an aggregate of 72.0 million restricted shares of our common stock at a purchase price of $0.50 per share for aggregate cash consideration of $36.0 million. Through our fiscal year ended March 31, 2014, Autilion had completed only a nominal initial closing under the Securities Purchase Agreement, in the amount of $25,000, and we had issued 50,000 restricted shares of our common stock. Therefore, Autilion remains in default under the Securities Purchase Agreement. Slowly but surely the posting here will fade to nothing. I used to check this board everyday, then it went to every 2 or 3 days. Now its maybe once a week and soon will be much longer than that. Its a shame it ended so badly for shareholders.

Shouldn't have been a drop of sweat with billions / hundreds of millions 'in tha' bank' but unfortunately the legal documents ( I think Vista's 8-K ) show otherwise...

This has traded ( I think ) around ( 0,00007(<- probably not possible ( but I remember 1 / a few trades were carried out BELOW my buy order offer that didn't trigger ) )/0,0001 - ) 0,0003 some months ago.
Don't know the quantity ( anymore ) though.

So I entered a 'what-if/just-in-case' buy order as it's chump change compared to what I've already invested in this thing.
I was actually surprised when my order for 3.818.535 shares @ 0,0001 actually triggered a sell of 24.500 pcs last week.
( The costs for the trade were about 4/5 times higher than the 'value' of the shares itself, so I would have preferred either nothing or much more... )
