I don't know why anyone would be surprised by the Nigerian Diaper Scam - Bemax was setup as a share selling scheme from the beginning.

I have been warning people for years about the Bemax scam and that Taiwo Aimasiko doesn't exist.

What is the Real Identity of Taiwo Aimasiko the CEO of BMXC?

Is the CEO Male or Female - did Taiwo Aimasiko graduate with a degree in accounting? If so how could she make a high school accounting mistake by missing inventory as a asset for over two years.

Now this is very odd - Taiwo Aimasiko doesn't have Solomon Edward Group listed as a place of employment on Linkedin.

From the S-1 filed - we find: "While Ms. Aimasiko does
not have certified training in financial or accounting matters"

Now that is very odd for a accountant.

But later in the S-1 we find: "Ms. Aimasiko has acted as our sole Officer and Director since our incorporation on November 28, 2012. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Phoenix. After graduation until present time, Ms. Aimasiko has been working at Kemira Chemicals"

That RS took away retail’s shares. They already increased AS and OS as well. Waiting for the real dilution to begin so liquidity comes back. They can’t resist so it is just a waiting game. JMO =)

You are taking the post split price and dividing it by the reverse split number which is meaningless.

You won't be able to find an attorney or Law Firm to represent shareholders because there isn't any assets to be attached - class action lawsuits are filed in Federal Court and the Judge has to Certify the lawsuit and that isn't likely.

trying to figure why $BMXC did the r/s a few weeks ago. Could it be a because of this? Possible R/M? I am speculating by the way. Bemax will expand operations with the creation of a new marketing unit focusing on distribution of telecom products through strategic distribution alliances with telecom product manufacturer and suppliers.

What I learn about otc is take small risk only what you are willing to loose. I got caught up in R/S and suspension. With R/S you loose shares but not value unless the stock drop after R/S. It trading way below post R/S. with the small os it worth a small gamble with volume could go above 6.00+ in no time. I seen it many times. I learn to move on losing stocks.
