What a crock of crap. I can't believe they are attempting to pull the RS card. The share structure is fine just how it is. They should leave it alone. I'm very surprised. Well we won't know until we see it on the FINRA daily list. Thanks for updating me. I haven't seen the negative BMXC today due to watching too many other stocks. Never expected this. Thanks Kitty. Need to keep a keen watch here now to see what will happen. They did have a public announcement of no RS just a short while back.

Hey Lime, what’s the status on $BMXC? I’m reading about an RS on IHub and Twitter as well. Didn’t the company spokesperson stated that the company will not do RS??? I also think they’ve made a mistake at the filing because they will have 1 million common shares and 200 million of preferred shares. I mean OS will be around 230.000,- after RS. =)

Sad day here. Guess they got filings caught up to squeeze the last drop out of this pos. Really had high hopes for this but in all honesty guess I should have dug deeper instead of blindly trusting there would be no rs and getting current meant they were back on track. My bad my loss and yet another stinky pinky lesson. Should have flipped and ran instead of holding. At least this lesson only cost me a grand. Glta elsewhere looks like it's time to stick a fork in this one.
