It’s all about the promise of the future. Right now at a $55m market cap the company has likely close to 100m current users pre launch. They have built out 5 data centers to handle the influx of users, to ensure that it does not crash on day one. They have hired a pr firm as of today’s news. They have spent YEARS in development, invested tens of millions of their own money and have NO DEBT. You have to ask yourself, “What is that worth?”
A heck of a lot more than a few pennies IMO.

Yes, those shares down below .05 were a gift. I can’t believe I got some at .026. Crazy. Buy ‘em when fundamentals are good and no one wants them. The valuation here could reach stunning heights . Probably close to 100M users ahead of launch..

The management must offer greater transparency regarding the business action plan. Their failure to launch the business and address the issue, or outline their strategy moving forward, is a major concern. This lack of transparency is not helpful in increasing value for the stakeholders.
Thanks for the info. Hopefully, he decides to share details. I always thought that there would be one more good buying opportunity and it appears as if this is it.
The weakness caused by several factors, obviously no company updates has worn several investors down and they are selling/have sold. The business with the payroll dispute splattered all over the internet, X and Linkeden in particular have not been helpful, nor the companies lack of response in addressing it. It’s as if they don’t care. Recently shares have become unrestricted and there has been several larger volume days, each with OTCN leading the charge lower, which tells me a consultant or contractor who got paid in shares is selling them off. Worst case, imo, is that there is about 3m that are coming in. OTCN has been reluctant to move below .05 so this stock being dumped down here is retail. I scooped up 43750 shares so far today, that is my 50k bid. I think when the company does release news or an update those 3m shares will go very quickly. If OTCN gets more aggressive and wants to dump, even better for me as I will try to add as much as I can and average down. I hold over 1.2m shares now and will likely press it up to 2m if this weakness continues. Good Luck and thanks for in advance for your efforts. Just wanted you to know what I was thinking.

Not content to be treated as I was, I called back Mr. Onyero three times , reaching him in person at about 1:05 pm EDT , driven by my need to understand what was being required of me..especially in light of the fact that no such requirement was expressed at the time of my January call.
In his way he made it clear that they have had to deal with too many people whose motives were not to be trusted. I believe it is possible he has been burned by some people making inquiries. He requested a copy of my passport or driver's license plus any proof that i have any account presently bearing BBUZ stock.
I VERY rarely have ever been asked to do anything like this by a publicly held company, thoygh I have signed numerous NDAs.
I think Mr. Onyero was about to waive his requirements for these proofs as we spoke, but I told him...and this quite true....I want for him to feel comfortable with our relationship, that I am willing to make this effort for him, and that I would now be the one ending our call so I could get my documentation to him. HE needs to feel reasonably certain that I am who I say I am and that I have no interest in his disclosure of sensitive proprietary information.
This call ended on a far more pleasant and friendly tone. I will report back after I have had my follow-up conversation with him.

I have tried a couple of times today to get something besides voicemail . THE phone seems to have been busy today and vmail is the only option this evening. I' ve been reasonably patient and I would like to get us an update if possible.
Of course, I will apprise the board here as soon as I speak with someone there.
