its not lanuching anytime soon with its idea super app,may work in other part of area but not west. too much political challenge here.

A few months ago, I joked that Musk should maybe look into buying out Bebuzee instead of Twitter. Things have not been going to well over at Twitter. If Bebuzee enters the social media world as advertised, as the super app, then yes, I think not only Twitter will fear losing users, but so will other social media sites. Bebuzee will be an all-in-one type of super app, according to the CEO Mr. Onyero. New servers have been installed in about 4 cities, offices have been leased. An offering is in the works to pay for these expenses at1$ a share. Preparation is on the way to launch this so called super app. Trading in the shares of the company has been more active recently with more buys than sells. The share price is at it's highest that it's been in the last few months. Looking good moving on forward. I think were close to getting good news that should bring in new investors.

Surprised to hear that coming from you. Last year the big run towards a high of $4.85 was just before Christmas. Maybe we get the same this year with many catalysts coming? I know I'm ready. Hopefully others are too.

I also added to my collection yesterday. Most volume we have had in a long time. Someone or some group is buying big time. There is lots of support in the .30's Wondering if dilution is going on, as OTCX is a known diluter. No matter, the company does need cash as revealed in their last financials. Hoping the offering is closing soon and if, we add 75 mill to the till, the company can move on forward. The O/S would grow, but so would our cash. Waiting for some update telling us how long before the launching of the super app. Still very confident we will be in the $$ very soon. GLTA.

This is quite an incentive to close the offering of 75 million shares at $1. We should be past $1 very soon. Yes, lots of shares added to the O/S, but also lots of cash added to the till.

On November 7, 2022, the Company entered into an amended employment agreement with its CEO. The agreement provides for a signing bonus of $4,000,000 payable upon the completion of funding to the Company via a public offering. The agreement also provides for a base salary of $3,900,000 per year. Upon signing of the agreement, the employee was granted 12,000,000 shares of common stock effective as of October 21, 2021. These shares were issued on September 14, 2022.

If you are talking about the 2 CEO's selling, I do not think the volume justifies selling their 800,000 presently. They are holding on to them for now. As we said previously, there is lots of support in the present price range. The float would not be able to handle a dump of 800,000 shares. We would be in the low pennies if that was to happen. Hopeful for the next round of news. Hopefully we get an update on the launch of the app, or maybe an update on the offering.

Although the top 2 Ceos of Enga filed last week to sell 440,000 shares each with the SEC, that got me worried a bit. I think there is a huge run coming and just like everyone else, they also want to profit. Yes, there is lots of support in the mid .30's range, but I also wonder if there is dilution taking place or is it someone straight out selling? Been quiet for a while, but once news starts up again, pretty sure we will be in the $$'s. Just an opinion and nothing else.

Looks like we have stalled again. Although there have been some nice slaps on the ask and the price has gone from the .20's to the .40's in recent weeks, it looks like the mm OTCX is diluting. I think as long as he is there selling shares, the SP will not be going up unless we get some blockbuster news. If there is dilution going on, I don't think there has been more than 150k shares diluted, judging from the volume traded in recent sessions. This stock is still considered a low floater and any good news can send it into the $$. GLTA.
