10.1 million now unrestricted. I think we are close to the majority moving to unrestricted , then we will have the launch.

The management must offer greater transparency regarding the business action plan. Their failure to launch the business and address the issue, or outline their strategy moving forward, is a major concern. This lack of transparency is not helpful in increasing value for the stakeholders.

Whoever he is pissed at and gave up shares for payment of services it would appear he doesn’t want them to profit off of their shares. So silence until those shares are moved to unrestricted and sold off into the market would be my guess.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully, he decides to share details. I always thought that there would be one more good buying opportunity and it appears as if this is it.
The weakness caused by several factors, obviously no company updates has worn several investors down and they are selling/have sold. The business with the payroll dispute splattered all over the internet, X and Linkeden in particular have not been helpful, nor the companies lack of response in addressing it. It’s as if they don’t care. Recently shares have become unrestricted and there has been several larger volume days, each with OTCN leading the charge lower, which tells me a consultant or contractor who got paid in shares is selling them off. Worst case, imo, is that there is about 3m that are coming in. OTCN has been reluctant to move below .05 so this stock being dumped down here is retail. I scooped up 43750 shares so far today, that is my 50k bid. I think when the company does release news or an update those 3m shares will go very quickly. If OTCN gets more aggressive and wants to dump, even better for me as I will try to add as much as I can and average down. I hold over 1.2m shares now and will likely press it up to 2m if this weakness continues. Good Luck and thanks for in advance for your efforts. Just wanted you to know what I was thinking.

I have seven unanswered emails to the company... In addition, the idea that he won't talk to anyone who is not an investor is ridiculous.
any individual or investment group should be able to reach out to "Investor Relations" to discuss any information that is already public. Calling to request an update on already published information is best practice.

Don't know about you guys, but I am starting to get a little worried here. This silence is very concerning. I have been with this company since the early ENGA days and did very well during the first run up. I also left many shares on the table thinking that the SP was going to go back up after the dip. It didn't, so yes I've been holding the bag ever since. BBUZ used to post on the old Twitter often about the Bebuzee super app. I did have a few convos with Joe a while back through Linkedin, but he is not reachable any more. The only recent positive I see is they are still updating the SS. About 350,000 have been added to the unrestricted. I really hope THV gets through and maybe can provide an update. Not content to be treated as I was, I called back Mr. Onyero three times , reaching him in person at about 1:05 pm EDT , driven by my need to understand what was being required of me..especially in light of the fact that no such requirement was expressed at the time of my January call.

In his way he made it clear that they have had to deal with too many people whose motives were not to be trusted. I believe it is possible he has been burned by some people making inquiries. He requested a copy of my passport or driver's license plus any proof that i have any account presently bearing BBUZ stock.
I VERY rarely have ever been asked to do anything like this by a publicly held company, thoygh I have signed numerous NDAs.
I think Mr. Onyero was about to waive his requirements for these proofs as we spoke, but I told him...and this quite true....I want for him to feel comfortable with our relationship, that I am willing to make this effort for him, and that I would now be the one ending our call so I could get my documentation to him. HE needs to feel reasonably certain that I am who I say I am and that I have no interest in his disclosure of sensitive proprietary information.

This call ended on a far more pleasant and friendly tone. I will report back after I have had my follow-up conversation with him.

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing. As I have stated several times this company is in no hurry whatsoever. There is no rushing this one. I wish they were more transparent but it is what it is. Hopefully the CEO knows what he has and that when he realeases the news he knows it wont matter as he only seems to be interested in the long term. It is definitely taking longer than I had anticipated. I will continue to hold tho as nobody here knows exactly the reason for the delay or when it might happen. In the past I learned that it normally happens the same day or the next day after I sell so I am holding tight. I could see this one geting over a buck easily with the right news. Unfortunately since it is such a low floater it also goes down very quickly with any sells which I dont blame anyone if that is what they choose to do. Good luck to you. I am just gonna park this one on the back burner for awhile.

I contacted the company today at 12 :32 EDT
I identified myself by name and that I am a shareholder.
I was informed that unless I could prove I was a shareholder there would be no further information and the call was terminated on the grounds that any caller could claim to be a shareholder.

When I called back to learn what they would accept as proof, my call went to voicemail . I believe the person who anwered the phone was Mr. Onyero. He was rude, dismissive and I would say somewhat hostile.

Yes I have seen a chart. It looks like 90% of all the other charts out there. They all have a slow time. Then they have a spike. Then they come back down. Most come all the way back down. Thats why most take profits on the way up on any stock. At least this one is still up double from where it was 3 or 4 months ago. When the CEO is ready to release news it will have another spike like most of the other ones. Most here are not watching the day by day trading. They are waiting by their own choice for what they feel will be worth waiting for and several still accumalating. Traders accumalating this one was the main reason for the spike as it only has 5M float and it goes up easily with any buys. Yes we all know the App is overdue and the CEO is not in any hurry to release it. Its their company so its their choice when they decide to release it. Thus the reason the stock is down. The CEO knows that most traders are only interestied in making a quick buck on the stock. He is more interested in the long term. You may have went 5 months without posting but your last 5 posts here are nothing but bashing.. Not really sure what your goal is here. Maybe you are just hoping to get cheaper shares. That also happens on every board. This is a very low volume, low float stock so it is definitly not that abnormal to see this type of action. Average volume here is only 64K. I choose to wait and let them do their thing whatever that is. I dont mind waiting. If I lose it wont be the first or the last time.

Bought at the top - quite the contrary. I have made a lot of money on BBUZ because I trade it. I did get long when it got hit and stayed long and sold those shares on the last run up fortunately.

Yes - I got out on the bounce and made good money doing so. But those that didn't, well that's another story.

You might want to check historical data as I don't see it still up over double from where it was at the end of the year just a few months ago. I see it around a low of 0.10 cents then..........

I don't own nor do I believe I've owned IGPK - that's why you never see me over there.

I am not a long willing to wait (forever) for it to make its move. I am a trader who traded it and made money. I was a long who made money when it spike to almost .40 cents. I do own a few shares just in case it ever does again. Who knows, maybe lightning can strike twice.

I too have many stocks. Many stocks I also never just sit around and count on just one stock to move. I usually trade them in between to make even more money. Usually one or another one is moving.

Some of the trades these past two days have been going into my account. I doubled up on my position here. I see a tremendous opportunity with the super app along with the vacation resort they own. I really like what I am seeing here.

This is definitely a long-term hold for me. Eventually I don't believe they will be trading on the OTC, but on a higher exchange once they get the ball rolling here.
If they drop the price more and if I am liquid, I will add additional shares to my account.
I really like this one a lot!

Thank You ProfitChaser for bringing this to my attention last year even though I missed it completely.
I am Thankful I got a second chance to get some shares under .10 cents this time around.

There are a lot of people losing a lot of money on a lot of stocks but it isnt on this stock. This one is pretty much a sleeper at the moment until company chooses for it not to be. This stock does not look any worse than 90% of all the stocks out there but for some reason you choose to target this one. You must have bought at the top. Happens on every stock. Always some who buy at the top and get bitter. Right now even after bouncing from .0196 to .38 recently it is still up over double from where it was at the end of the year just a few months ago. There was plenty of opportunity for anyone in it for any length of time to easily get out if they wanted too. I watched IGPK go down 90% in one day 2 days ago. There were plenty of people who lost money there but I dont see you over there on that board telling them all they are losing money. Most of us here are longs and willing to wait for it to make its move. Myself I have many stocks. I never just sit around and count on just one stock to move. Always one or another one moving.
