that is great news! What is really interesting are the shares "held at DTC" which i believe is the actual tradeable shares, was at 4,203,857 on march 17 and now it is at 2,820,607. So it is down almost 1.4 million shares which is almost 25%. Very interesting

Yes nice buy indeed. Someone spent close to $19k to buy those shares. Convinced those are not diluted shares. I think it must be a transfer of sort as those shares are coming from the unrestricted pot. Float remains the same. Can't wait for an update. Let's go!!

I am guessing the preparations for the launch of the app would probably depend on how successful the private placement offering they posted last April is progressing. If, they are close to completing the offering, then we should start to hear some news pretty soon. They amended their last quarterly report and we are back to pink status. They just updated their S/S and 500 mill shares were added to the O/S. The float is still less than 5 mill. shares. Any positive news and this will be back in the dollars in no time. GLTA.
