Part of the simple formula for finding stocks like RAYS is where the OBV must be positive, stock must be under .0009, the outstanding shares have to be under 2,000,000,000, stock has to be near 52 week low, some sort of reporting activity. What you really look at is the volume. Pay attention to the volume needed to move the stock upward. If a generally small amount of shares purchased moves the stock upward with little to no resistence, then buy when it bottoms out again. This is how I find movers, and not by listening to scammers on ihub...

I've been out of the penny world ever since the start of the bull market. I've been looking at other penny stocks in the past few days and noticed PCFG and BLVT. I like trading sub penny stocks for the rush. I've moved from playing blackjack at the casino to trying out penny stocks again as a hobby. I don't ever see PCFG ever moving past .0002 with all the sell orders on the ask. With the daily volume from PCFG going into BLVT, BLVT would be way past .0003. Not many people know about this stock. It's a small reporting company with the possibility of many new contracts to be announced in the future. I'll take a risk down here at .0001-.0002. Keep an eye on it, all the big runners have to start somewhere...
