Thanks for the info seabee.
Here's to hoping for a brighter tomorrow.
:)
I can really pick 'em, huh?
Let's see. SVMI, BCYR, MVIV, GZFX, WWOG and dare I say BKMP. I'm batting 100% negativity on returns or good news.
Thank you seabeewife
There's more. One second.
Per the filings on BCYR, SG MARTIN is the broker for this, Emanuel Pantelakis signed the forms. Here's what I have found about Mr. Pantelakis. Hmmm, wonder what stocks they were recommending? This was February 2007, but still raises questions since before that, is when all the buying of this stock was being pushed. Wish I had found this earlier than I did.
Pantelakis, Emanuel
Flushing, New York
Complaint Filed
Pantelakis along with Paul Michael Giarmoleo and Keith Craig Baron were named as respondents in an NASD complaint alleging that Pantelakis, acting on his member firm's behalf, authorized the firm and Giarmoleo to recommend stocks to public customers without having a reasonable basis for doing so, and without having reviewed current financial statements and material business information for providing a reasonable basis for recommending the stocks. Giarmoleo, in recommending a stock, without a reasonable basis for doing so, made price predictions to customers, and Pantelakis and Giarmoleo omitted material information in the selling. The complaint alleges that the firm, Pantelakis, Giarmoleo and Baron, in connection with the purchase or sale of securities, and by the use of means or instrumentalities of interstate commerce or by the mails, directly or indirectly, knowingly or recklessly employed devices, schemes or artifices to defraud; made untrue statements of material facts or omissions to state material facts necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading; or engaged in acts, practices or courses of business that operated, or would operate, as a fraud or deceit upon any person. The complaint also alleges that Pantelakis, acting on the firm's behalf, recommended that Baron solicit customers to buy a stock in a private placement without having a reasonable basis for recommending the stock or for believing it was suitable for public customers. In recommending the private placement, Baron made price predictions. The complaint also alleges that the firm and Baron caused one customer's account to buy a stock without the customer's authorization. The complaint further alleges that Pantelakis and Baron recommended that customers buy the stock in the secondary market without a reasonable basis for the recommendations or for believing the stock was suitable, and omitted material information in their recommendations. In recommending the buy in the secondary market, Baron made price predictions to customers. In addition, the complaint alleges that Pantelakis, on the firm's behalf, falsified a new account form, causing his firm to make and keep a false record. Furthermore, the complaint alleges that the firm and Pantelakis failed to establish, maintain and enforce a system to supervise the activities of each representative and associated person that was reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable securities laws, regulations and NASD rules; failed to establish, maintain and enforce written procedures to supervise the types of businesses in which the firm engaged; and failed to supervise the sales practices of Pantelakis, Giarmoleo, Baron and others. The complaint alleges that Pantelakis testified falsely in an NASD on-the-record interview.

Yes I do and I would love to see it. Things are amiss these days.
Do you still own stock here? If so, I have found something you should see.
NEWS OUT!
http://www.wallst.net/tools/tools.asp?
who's Fernandez?
anybody know whats going on i see a few fillings with the sec does that mean things are happening??
how did you buy it in 30000 blocks?
Not as of yet.
Trading Direct only allows 30,000 at a time at a cost of $10.95 per trade. At that rate, I would end up spending about $60+ to sell.
I've tried to contact them directly but, with no luck still.
If they tell me they can't even do a full sell, over the phone, then I will just hold onto them.
do you have a sell order in??
another SEC filling
http://pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=5705187
things are happening!!
Manny,
I may have to re-think the sell @ that range. According to my brokerage, I can only buy/sell in 30,000 share blocks. For each sale, I would be charged $10. And at this rate, I would have to place 7 sell orders.
I'll have to contact them directly to find out if there is a way around that. Until then.....
Note: Trading Direct reserves the right to reject any MARKET orders for stocks trading under $1.00 per share. Please place LIMIT orders for these securities.
Also, odd-lot orders over 30,000 shares are not accepted by the system, and there is a 1 million share limit per order.
Mannyman,
227894 @ .0009??
I realize that is only 1 ten thousandth shy of what it has been seated at...forever but, I don't really want to lose anymore than I have to. Between selling and re-investing into another I'll already be losing a bit more.
Fernandez, do you still hold BKMP?
Well, after reading that it pretty much says that nothing is happening and probably will not happen. Somewhat the same issue I faced with SVMI(SaVi Media).
I'll get back to you on the price.
Thanks.
Not sure. I've been trying to find something out about the company's stats but, the company seems to have vanished.
Now www.barclayroad.com is just some link for other links. Surely that is not what this has been reduced to.
And, I don't know how to find the 10Q info. I've checked a couple dozen sites to no avail.
Little help? This may determine what I'd sell at.
Thanks.
Heavily considering selling 227,894 shares.
Anybody interested?
Is it too early to say,
"I'm so sorry I ever bought in to this stock."??
Or, should I just say,
"Man...what an idiot!!"??
whats the matter Herbert - low on funds??
I wish you could also...lol
Wish I could
I will if you will...
Place a buy order on Monday and then you can tell us all!
Is this still trading. Anyone know anything
Herbert - too TIMID to SHOW YOUR FACE here on Ihub now??
You are right...
It appears that the CEO has driven this company into the ground and eroded SH value into nothing. I guess its something that penny stock shareholders have to accept - CEO incompetence. A quick glance at the charts and historical quotes reveals that about this company.

Board: mannyman
I would like to apologize to mannyman for assuming he is Herbert Becker. I have no proof the he is Herbert Becker.
So long as he is getting attention for his stock, I could care less.
All penny stock ceo's are the same. They are all trying to chase down the dollar to start or run the pinky.
Can you point to a pinky ceo that you like or trust?
Manny, she ripped him apart. He is nothing but an attention getter! But you know that, don't you! Heck, according to your post on MGWB, you have met him, at a shareholder meeting in FL, so why don't you tell us aout HERBERT!
Yeah, it was a good bit. Would have been better if he plugged the company more, dont you think?
You are so FOS!
yes, I saw it. I liked the way she ummmm...gave it to him! lol
I really liked her!
Cant say I have seen all the news and PR, thanks for the heads up.
The court tv blurb was promoted on Court TV. I dont know if it was PR'd by Barclay.
Did you see it?
My fault, posted it on wrong board. :) Sorry. Oh one more thing Manny, how come you always talk about how successful Mr.Becker is, when if anyone does a search on the web, all I see is a list of companies that he has been involeved in, some partners I'm sure he doesn't want anyone to mention, why do you gloat so much on him?
Globalmedia
Trans Continental Entertainment- (now that story, wow)
ICraveTV.biz- (is it still up and running on Entervision) ???
Mr. Becker bid on Jim Henson studios- (I'm guessing that didn't work out either)
worldtvlive.com (how's that going?) Seriously, isn't magicweb involved with that?
So Manny, you state on the BKMP board you go to TFN offices, you know when Becker is there, and you know Becker, what I would like to know is how exactly you know Becker?
Oh, and not to mention how you knew about Becker's appearances on Court TV and the other channel when it was never pr'ed.
Who removed that post? It directly ties whoever Steve from MGWB/MGWE is to Barclay Road, it is not off topic? Steve meyers is mentioned in this article manny himself posted.

How is O.J. Simpson feeling after making bail for his robbery arrest in Las Vegas?
"Great. He hates being incarcerated. He loves golfing and loves hanging out." - Steve Meyers, head of investor relations for Montreal's Barclay Road Inc. Barclay Road hopes to add this latest chapter to How I Did It, O.J.'s hypothetical confession they aim to publish early next year.

Well then, to audit $20,000 should take, oh, I don't know, 30 minutes? My 2 audits included upwards of $52 million in revenues.
Guess so! Wonder who the stockholder was that loaned them 35,000? Just read that. I just read this on the MGWE board, wonder if this is the same Steve from Barclay Road also? Must be.

No, never been any sort of merger talk. I think that MGWB will be so big in a short period of time that they will have no need or use for GTE. Which is a real pity.
I was at the GTE shm and it was a really sad event.
I do not know how I got sucked into GTE but I think it will soon leave AMEX and head south to BB or PK.
Many of us at the GTE shm met with and spoke with Dr Becker. He is a really good guy, honest and straight forward. I am glad he is here. Seems to be a lot going on with MGWB which he obviously cannot talk about.
MGWB is on its way and I am glad to be part of it as a shareholder
Am I reading this correctly? They have $20,000 in revenues?

I have no friggin idea, ask Manny, he seems to have contact with Mr.Becker and the TA quite a bit.
I just went through 2 audits for the company I work for....took 4 days in the office, and maybe another 2 weeks to put the report together.
What is Barclays revenue base? For comparison purposes.
Seems to be, they hired them back in DECEMBER 2006. How long does it usually take to do an audit?
