That's weird...but I understand what you're saying.

I had eye surgery recently and felt hardly any pain afterwards except during the night.

I never did have any pain with my shoulder though.

The ironic thing about the whole incident was that I was the one with a torn rotator cuff when my husband played (pitched) pro ball for many years before we married! HE was the one who was supposed to have a problem, IMO...not ME!

doc said there was nothing i could do to hurt it....he went on to say whatever my threshold of pain will allow...

it dosent hurt to use my arm...it hurts when i sleep...

Hey Red...I had arthroscopic (sp) surgery on my rotator cuff a few years ago after I was injured in a car accident. FWIW, it was not painful in the least and after 4 weeks of therapy I was as good as new...and still am.

I lost touch with my other friend from New Jersey who had also adopted a couple of greyhounds...I hope they're doing as well as yours are. All of y'all should have a special star for being so kind to those animals.

I got a late start fixing my chili...it won't be ready for another 15-20 minutes. I gave H. a choice...regular chili or a chili pie aka frito pie. He wanted chili pie so, "naturally"...that's what he'll get. LOL
