haha funny thing is...BANT sued TWO former employees...lost BOTH times...and ended up owing BOTH six figures each time...can't make this up. Between the money judgments, settlements and attorney's fees, BANT burned through over $1M....not that bright of a CEO I guess.

WOW this company never fails to surprise! looks like the former CFO won a big money judgment against Bannon and the company in new york courts. I wonder if they paid it? Hello Stock_Barber.....Don't know if you are still watching things transpire, but you really, and truly have to wonder if the SEC really cares what goes on with the OTC Market. BANT trading sticks out like a sore thumb. No one with any brains buys millions of shares when there is NO BID available. That is one of the biggest red flags there is, telling you that there is trouble with the Stock. It's not rocket science on this one. Yet Millions of Shares are being bought. I have to believe now, he will be going forward with the Reverse Split, but in the meantime, he sucked in a lot of money from unsuspected buyers when the price went back up to .0002 . Then Mike's got the nerve to update his Shareholders Meeting information to "Spring of 2023". WHAT A JOKE!

It will never repeat. That was an anomaly. Covid money was crazy and robinhood was hot. I believe the mm's stopped the algorithms and shorted the top to make up for them getting burned on GME and those squeezes. Bant maybe will see a spike to .001. Hello.....Hope all is well with you. I show 11/14/22 as the deadline for BANT to post 3rd Quarter Financials, after their DEL AM filing. Otherwise their stock status goes from Current to Delinquent for out of date Financials. 45 Days almost here...I bet it's going to be a Whopper...;) I'm getting their RS will consequently be around that same time. I guess he thinks people haven't figured this one out yet...What do you think?
