3.7B shares isn't a lot in terms of size for a run... I've seen bigger share structures run. Let's see what $BANT/HOWCO can deliver next.
TD Ameritrade shows 3.7 Billion Outstanding Shares. There is only one way to get the share count down, and Bannon is an expert on Reverse Splits...I see worsening problems on the horizon for the Common Shareholder.....
Not if Bannon keep up his daily share printing and dumping...
Good morning $BANT... Can the 4s hold?
.0004 He's going to take it right down to nothing, while still giving us these wonderful PR's......
$BANT 5s still going, albeit slowly...
Michael Bannon, Bantec's Chairman and CEO stated: "For the first time we are looking to have Howco sell our product to the U.S. Department of Defense. This will add a new revenue stream to Howco's existing business of acting as a middleman for government sales. We engaged with a drone development company, a NATO company, to investigate the costs and logistics involved in manufacturing battery and fuel operating drones that will deliver explosive devices to eliminate enemy combatants and armed military vehicles. The drones will likely be called the Bantec Hunter and Bantec Hunter Max. Both, when developed, will be able to be used for surveillance and reconnaissance or a one-time kamikaze style mission. We are also investigating the permits and licenses necessary for Howco to enter this market. In light of the current political climate, we believe this has the potential of generating additional sales for Howco in 2022 and beyond."
Definitely HUGE potential...

$BANT 5s increasing on the ASK...
BANT doesn't sell drones... they sell DREAMS... and SHARES!
BANT 6s hit this morning
There is high earnings growth potential in the BANT plan to market attack-drones for national defense applications. We have recently seen how effective such devices can be from the news of the war in Ukraine. Clearly this is an up and coming area for military products with a bright future.

$BANT 6s hit this morning... keeping an eye on the BID and ASK to see what happens next.
BANT holding steady on News this week.
LMAO!
Good one!
Bannon might actually steal your idea!
But Bannon's PR about "investigating" having Howco selling Bantec's totally fictitious never-designed never-manufactured non-existent drones directly to the US government was such a nice attempt to get retail to sponge up more of his diluted shares, which are the only product Bannon has ever manufactured or sold directly.
Mostly I can't wait for the inevitable "Bantec Sanitizing Anti-Monkey Pox Robot (trademark pending)" PR we should be getting by pre-market Monday. That could jack up the price a couple of ticks and facilitate him dumping another couple hundred million shares if volume comes in. I can see it now... "Bantec, a reseller of sanitizing robots we've never sold, is proud to announce that imaginary clinical studies show high hypothetical efficacy of our nonexistent sanitizing robots against monkey pox, covid-19, and other airborne viruses we don't have the capacity to understand. Link to animated hypothetical demonstration video below. CEO Bannon says, 'Here at Bantec, we pride ourselves on being one step ahead of the next global crisis, which we're wholly unable to help with, and for which no one would ever contact us for assistance. We are in talks to potentially investigate the feasibility of modifying our fictional anti-covid robots we never manufactured, owned, or resold (but which appear on our website and press releases) to contend with this new threat of monkey pox. We believe there is every possibility that were we to design, manufacture, and sell such units which don't exist and will never exist, it would translate favorably to our bottom line and generate significant revenue (from all the diluted shares we would dump on PR day)."
Yes, this new 52 week low is quite sad. $BANT had shown progress with HOWCO.
It's a shame....this stock is bleeding out .0004 all time low.....
$BANT holding steady on News this week...needs more eyes on it, with bigger contracts.

I'm looking into a Ferrari, but it's not going to happen. Somehow, I can't visualize seeing DroneUSA mentioned on CNN....Might be good for Trump however. He wants to bomb Mexico.....
The only thing BANT sells profitably is shares...

Great post! Plus1!
** BANKRUPTCY" Coming....Bant just loves the game of Cornhole.
Liabilities up, net loss up, share count up, accrued interest owed up, accounts payable identical (they paid off nothing from that column), revenue down, gross profit down. With BANT, you can always count on losses increasing right alongside the number of outstanding shares. Even with their unceasing dilution, nothing ever improves on the top line or bottom line. They'd have to burn through 30B more shares at this price to pay their bills, but they don't use dilution to lower their liabilities: they use it to line Bannon's pocket and the pockets of his toxic lender friends.
Yes, that is clearly fact... $BANT
That is SO BAD... it is almost hard to believe!
BANT is continuing to land new orders for its drone tech business and importantly, from repeat customers. No customer re-orders from the same supplier unless they are confident and satisfied with the product's performance.
Bantec's Drone USA Receives Purchase Orders for Drone Parts from Repeat Customers
May 3, 2022 (PR Newswire)
Bantec, Inc. (OTCPINK: BANT) ("Bantec" or the "Company"), Bantec, Inc., a product and services company, announces that its subsidiary Drone USA received purchase orders to supply drone parts to repeat customers.
Michael Bannon, Bantec's Chairman and CEO stated: "We see police and fire departments starting to embrace and add drone technology to their crime fighting arsenals. Three years ago, I presented the idea of adding drone technology to a group of police chiefs. Most were not interested. This reluctant sentiment is beginning to dissipate. Drones add efficiency and make dangerous situations safer. Typically, we see departments with one or two technically savvy individuals having some drone knowledge and experience. Their higher ups are allowing these individuals to setup and run drone programs. Many have reached out to us for guidance. As the police and fire drone market grows, we believe creating a drone franchise makes good business sense and will increase revenue in 2022 and beyond.
About Drone USA
Drone USA offers full-service drone consulting, from helping you purchase the right UAVs and accessories, to getting you trained, practiced, and licensed. Whether you're a private security team, police force, or government department, our huge selection of drone technology and training programs will ensure that your team flies smarter, safer, and with the precision of seasoned drone pilots.

$BANT 5s BID building to 150M...nice way to start the week.
No joke - even a paid promoter (the only kind who would pretend to have something positive to say about BANT) shouldn't hitch his wagon to this stock unless he's getting paid REALLY well. And even then, is it really worth the risk of getting tangled up in a stock promotion/financial fraud investigation by the SEC? Bannon's made it this far only because the SEC lacks the personnel and resources to go after every share selling scam, and he's really lucky he wasn't swept up when they were investigating covid-related stock scams, but it's all fun and games until the SEC comes knocking (or no-knocking as the case may be).
