$BANT In This Weeks News as Bantec's Howco Distributing Receives Its First P.O. to Supply Military Vehicle Kit Parts a Department of Defense Military Contractor https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bantecs-howco-distributing-receives-first-150000795.html?soc_src=social-sh&soc_trk=tw&tsrc=twtr via @Yahoo
Bant is Working on Nothing BANNON ROT
$BANT trading almost 16x its 10-day average volume in the last hour of the day... UP 35%!
Michael Bannon, Bantec's Chairman and CEO stated: "We are pleased to announce that our subsidiary Howco sold vehicle military kit parts to a Department of Defense Military Contractor. This is Howco's first sale of this kind. Our customer holds a long-term contract with the U.S. Department of Defense. Their DOD contract requires that the parts be exclusively purchased from an OEM Military distributor – which we are. We anticipate that this will the first of many sales as Howco expands into this new, lucrative area.
Is it really "lucrative" if Howco is always wildly unprofitable due to their tiny margins on resold goods along with their enormous sales/general/admin costs? It doesn't matter how many orders they get - they'll never be profitable and just accrue more and more debt every year. BANT owes over $4M in interest alone on their debt, which totals more than $16M. And their horrific financial condition is barely ameliorated by income from all the shares they dilute every year. Because Howco is so unprofitable, the only reason to issue press releases about Howco contracts is to pump the stock to dilute more shares. If they were being transparent, the PR would include the fact that Howco will continue to lose money hand over fist, while its PRs are always accompanied by dilution directly from BANT and from toxic conversions.
So please be careful about generating excitement about BANT press releases, because while they occasionally pop their stock price, allowing those who bought at the bottom to turn a quick profit, BANT press releases are always for the purpose of generating volume to absorb more diluted shares. Next time the OS is updated, this will surely be reflected. It's no accident BANT's OS hasn't been updated since Feb. 14th at OTC Markets. OS as of Feb. 14 is 3,037,949,472. It will be significantly larger next time they update that figure.
Looking great on $BANT News!

Very positive news from BANT today on a new military contract order for the company's Howco division. Only high quality and dependable companies land military supply contracts because the equipment is for the most demanding applications and lives may depend on its performance. Great to see BANT being validated in this way.

Has anyone ever heard the saying, "Never put all your eggs in 1 BANT basket"? LMAO!!!
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. You'll make it back on other plays. Good luck!
I was a bagholder of Bant
2021 Jan bought 1M share at 0.015
Up to 0.1, hold
It drop to 0.01 few months later, bought other 1M share
And it drop to 0.0047 later, bought other 2M share
Drop to 0.0037,bought other 2M
Drop to 0.002,bought other 4M
Drop to 0.001,bought other 5M
After the news of 3B dilution, i lost all the hope, and sold all of it(15M) share at 0.0012.
What i want to say is,dont belive on this kind of shit stock.
1.xM revenue,600K ceo salary,it is very crazy.
Dont buy Bant, never believe those fake PR.
What is the surprising part?
Ouch, new 52 week low on low volume...below the offering price. $BANT
Incredible....Going down to nothing.....
Very interesting post... Things that make you go hmmmm.
Why would "closing their offering," which would entail massive dilution, lead to an "off to the races" scenario? BANT diluted 77,947,887 shares just between February 11th (last reporting) and February 14th (last OS update at OTC Markets) - a remarkable feat considering the 11th was a Friday and the 14th was a Monday. They must have diluted 77M shares via that offering over the weekend for that to occur, since there was only negligible volume on the 11th and 14th. Those shares will be dumped and dumped anytime the price gets over .0006, maybe even lower depending on what actual price they were sold at.
quarterly: https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15556313&guid=_uHwkHAwPHbMdth
OTC markets profile: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BANT/security
It's safe to deduce that nearly every share bought is a diluted share. All retail with any sense saw the writing on the wall a long time ago.
$BANT is going to close its offering, release News and then we're off to the races...
Ha. Toxic dilutionnnn
Look at the 7s BID...44M!
Huge accumulation. Ready for the next leg up! $BANT
Especially since there isn't one!
Maybe $BANT can't say anything about the contract per negotiations...
This kind of PR never have any information about the amount of contract
10k contract?
100k contract?
1M contract?
No information again
$BANT
