I like the fact insiders don't hold shares here and there's a 60 plus % institutional hold. Low float, institutional hold, volume increases and this might just take off to new highs.

No news from VIH on when merger will occur, but IMO this is the time to bring BAKKT to market.

Got my Bakkt app up and running this week. The crypto trading is working, bought some BTC to try it out. They will have equities trading in the future. I believe this will rival Robinhood ... remember that ICE (the owners of Bakkt) also owns the New York Stock Exchange as well as many other exchanges.

Yes, the VIH Shareholders will own 8%, that is in the Investor Presentation.

Regarding the law firm, they issue that PR on every SPAC that files a deal that I am aware of.

The public stockholders of VPC will own 8% of the post-close Bakkt Holdings Inc.


The OS is 20.7
Warrants is about 6.6 million
So assuming the OS to be 27.3 million with exercised warrants.
$2.1 billion valuation
2,100,000,000 x .08 = 168,000,000
168,000,000 / 27,300,000 = $6.15 a share
