Yea, not sure if it will go down but the interest in buying shares has dropped off... and with Fedel not able to buy we could be in a holding pattern.... most of the buying over the two big days, the 5 million shares came at the high end of the .01's (.017 and up) and the .02's (.0225 and up) So the sellers should be few and far between.

They posted their year end Financials on the OTC... its a healthy company, very little debt and they have very nice revenues....

I am sure these Finn's were not what the sudden volume surge was about...but they can explain what is coming.... they are ripe for a buy out IMO.

agree...there are no shares this simply moves a click or two in either direction on just 10K trades.... going to let the idiots drop it if thats what they want to do and then will buy more at the bottom.... we could have impatient holders from Friday thru Tuesday just deciding to move along... which is how it goes on the OTC as you know.

When you see that the TA confirmed that the OS is only 27.5 million shares, my guess is the Float is going to be less then 20 million....so your absolutely correct there is a lack of MM because there is a lack of shares that can be traded... as some are so fond of saying, not me I hate it, the Float is pretty much locked up here.

I use Etrade and I can both buy and sell and I can use Market or Limit order for this and all penny stocks.

I sent an email to Island Transfer, the TA for Bagger Dave's and asked if the OS listed on the OTC web site was correct... here is their reply and based on it if news hits this will move so fast no one will catch it.

The fact that there are now 3 mm's showing up at 03 and 05's tells me there are not many shares left to that level!

Perhaps because of a complaint from MM, who wants to get more shares, and I spoil his plans. But this is not fair! Or the management of BDVB is concerned that their shares are buying up very cheaply and they may soon lose control of the company! All this arguments. But it is worth thinking about!

And what I'm talking about you! Book value of $ 0.20 +. Can anyone check the limit order. Can you accommodate or not? My broker does not give the opportunity to buy. Only sell. This can be a very strong sign for moving up!
