I'm glad to have flipped BW Three Times already (last Friday evening, yesterday, and today) for some Quick gains from $0.33 to $0.4 ~ $0.36xx! Hopefully tomorrow I could flip again by buying at $0.33 then selling at $0.35 ~ $0.36 since $0.33 seems an Unbreakable Temporary support...

It seems last Thursday's $0.1944 might form a New Bottom support unless we heard some bad news again!

I got lucky and was holding for a squeeze prior to the halt. I was worried bad news was coming, but then saw the new funding was @ .30 so held for the scared squeeze. Personally, I won't touch this again seeing that Tutes own now @ .30 and can wait out the normal penny flipper. It will most likely dwindle down to .15 even without shorts do their thing.

Totally only 8,250,900 shares were shorted as of March 29, 2019! So it seems all of them were already covered last Friday (20M shares Huge volume day) which was why BW could bounce Over Double its price Within just a Single day! Which is also why the price crashed down to $0.33 in the After-Hour session of the Same day! Let's see if it will hit again tomorrow?

Hopefully it won't crash back to its New Bottom $0.1944 again in the coming week...

This is a Serious Crime To Manipulate the price down through a public article from a tortuous website to our stock? Why a so-called Soon-To-Be-ZERO stock could bounce 116.05% Within just a Single day ---- from yesterday's New Bottom $0.1944 to today's New Top $0.42?

We all should report both the author and sick website to FBI and SEC! That junk website should be completely shut down by USA government!

I don't think the price crash was due to either Huge shorting or Heavy debts!

Anyway even after today's very good news BW still opened at $0.20 which is just $0.0056 higher than yesterday's low $0.1944! Some website even shows today's New 52-week low at $0.18!

$BW Babcock & Wilcox (NYSE:BW) -17.9% premarket after its Q4 loss of $0.95/share comes in far below analyst consensus of a $0.06/share loss, and revenues also missed estimates despite rising 7.4% Y/Y.

BW says Q4 revenues for the Power segment fell 5% Y/Y to $209M, mainly due to lower activities on new-build utility and environmental projects and lower sales of industrial steam generation systems.

BW provides FY 2018 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $75M-$95M, and sees FY 2018 sales $1.5B-$1.7B vs. $1.56B consensus.

The company also says it entered into another amendment to its first-lien revolving credit facility and received a commitment letter to backstop a $182M rights offering of common stock, priced at $3/share.
