Also, there is supposed to be a shareholders meeting March 25. Being the eternal optimist on this company, I am hoping they are saving any news for that time....keeping in mind that their sales went from 1800 to second quarter to 78000+ the third quarter, I am assuming that we will continue to see growth in that figure for the fourth.

Based on those charts, it seems pretty obvious when BTOR dumped shares onto the market. Look at those spikes above 10 million volume.
Themistocles:
I'm not at all surprised at the current share price. They made a major blunder by announcing a backlog of over 1 mil in sales, and not delivering SH*T. All the pieces are in place to start selling product, but BTOR has not come out with a meaningful PR in quite some time, and I'm a little concerned about this. The true test will come with their annual report in April, along with the 1st quarter results. I will hold until then. I anticipate enough sales + revenue to bring this stock to at least the .05 price range by year end.
Just my opinion, of course.
Good Luck.

Hi Terri:
Yes, I agree that Airwalk is a great name. It wasn't my only reason for holding, but it certainly was one of the major factors. Since you mentioned it, I was happy to see the change in staff as well, but shouldn't the stock price have at least gone up somewhat? A year ago, it was .03, went through some rough transitions, and sank to a penny, which is understandable.
Have you heard anything promising aside from the change of staff? I do know there will be a meeting on March 25, but aside from that, I haven't heard a thing.
Thanks for your reply,
Themistocles

Themistocles: I'm a long time investor in BTOR as well, and have painfully watched the share price bomb. I am still optimistic that they will pull their heads out of their AZZES and start selling product. How the hell can you lose with a proven and well known product such as Airwalk. Airwalk is my only reason for holding. They have some sharp minds running this Co, and was shocked at their screw-up with sales numbers. I believe they are now back on course with ther recent staff hires/firings and we will be pleasantly surprised with the upcoming numbers. Good luck,
Terri
This is my first time on this message board. I invested in BTOR about a year ago, so when I first came here, I read the posts from last February to today.
I almost found it ironic to see how the attitudes changed when they did, because over the past year, my attitudes paralleled these changes. Presently, I am not optimistic about this company. I sent e-mails to investor relations at Bluetorch, and have not received a response from them since September 2004. The stock price has plummeted
far below what it should be, and from my understanding, they just bought more shares.
It's going to be a very rough ride the next few months. Let's just hope the boat stays afloat. I'm not too hopeful, though.
Sales should show an improvement. Their 11-19-04 press release mentioned sales of $78,000+ in the third quarter....I am assuming we will see a increase from that level for the fourth quarter.....

These are the dates for the yearly statements from Bluetorch for the last 3 years. Based on their history, it appears obvious that the end of March is the earliest realistic assumption for the yearly report to come out.
When Can we expect the annual report? We didn't get it until, (i believe) until the month of April, last year.
Yup, if they don't ask for an extension. But, the quarterlies don't usually tell us more than we already know, except for sales, if there are any.
I would really like BTOR to come out with some real news.
Do have a g'day.
Aussie
we should get a 10-Q sometime in the next week, maby by the end of the week....
Want to bet there is no news at all this week?
Hope I am wrong.
Have a g'day.
Aussie
This company obviously isn't distributing any of their product on the East Coast. Hopefully, it will get its tail moving and selling them somewhere and in volume.
Have a g'day.
Aussie
Thanks. You would hope that they find a better way to finance their growth.....assuming they are selling product....it sure doesn't make sense to sell shares and the current price...
See what I mean. Another 50 million shares sold in the last 3 months. Here's the answer to my own question:
As of 2-2-05 Bluetorch shares outstanding were 405,025,034 shares.
Thank you

People's opinions about stock do change...
Yes they do. Especially if a Sales Contract is announced soon!!
I Like the volume!
People's opinions about stock do change. I am not claiming bankruptcy for BTOR like JMeister. I am simply trying to inform people that it "appears" that management has dumped more shares onto the market. And that is it my opinion that this occurred during the uprise in price at the end of last year. And I'd be willing to bet that people (the 2-3 left) that are currently optimistic about this stock on this board didn't even know that BTOR filed paperwork with the SEC regarding sales of more securities.
My opinion on this stock right now: Wait til the end of Feb or mid March before you decide to buy. Then hope that the company puts out nice 4th quarter sales results (at least beat 3rd quarter). My guess is they will hype the sales (like they did for 3Q) and the stock will move upward. But until then, I believe that it is better to sit back and watch. Because until then, it is likely that this stock will keep loosing value, especially IF the company is diluting the stock.
So do yourself a favor, and make that call to the transfer agent. I'd bet there are no longer 350+ million shares, more like 400+ million now. Maybe if I get bored this week I will make the call myself. I'll let you know.
jhawk...Never alluded to whether or not I agreed or disagreed. That concept was immaterial. I was only pointing out the difference in your own postings. With that in mind, why on earth would there be an apology from moi? Did not attack you or accuse you. I in fact left that to your own conscience. My info, however, is not incorrect, as they are your true exact words, not mine.
As for BTOR, I have but a poultry amount invested in it. It matters not to me if it hits the proverbial moon.
Do have a g'day.
Aussie
Aussie, I do not care about this stock for myself, but I do follow it because some of my co-workers invested in it last year along with me.
I hope for your sake and theirs, that I am wrong. If you believe my comments to be incorrect about BTOR dumping more shares, please do yourself and others on this board a favor and call the stock transfer agent and find out how many shares there are.
If my info is incorrect, I will appologize. If I am correct, I would expect the same appology from you.

Anyone who listens to this guy talk about the doom and gloom of BTOR is walking right into his trap. Believe me, if he thought this company was as bad as he says, he wouldn't be investing in it. He just wants you to dump your shares so he can pick them up, and make 5-7% selling them back to someone else.
Nuff said.
Have a g'day.
Aussie
Hope all you BTOR longs are doing you DD. If so, you will notice on Jan. 13, the company dumped more shares onto the market. And guess what, since the stock keeps going lower and lower, that means more shares have to be dumped to pay the bills.
Let's say they need $200,000 for the quarter. At $0.0025 per share that comes out to 80 million shares. My guess is they dumped the shares during the spike at the end of 2004. If so, be glad they got more money per share than they would today. Maybe less dilution.
How much money will they need this quarter? And next?
How many more shares will be dumped?
Anyone here called the stock transfer company to find out how many shares there are now? Spend 5 cents a minute to find out the truth.

Watched the winter games and noticed that BTOR missed a golden opportunity to showcase and advertise their products. Saw Quicksilver and a few others and just wished BTOR would have had something there. Especially, since they do have a winter line.
If any of you come across any adds please post about them.
Have a g'day and a great Sunday.

Nothing on the news front and no information worth the while from other boards.
Keep looking for info to pass on.

jgill...Thanks. I know from reading PRs that the West coast was their first and main target. I live on the East Coast and just keep checking in the hopes of seeing it.
Added a member mark for you.

Someone on RB said they saw the airwalk product in Big5 Sporting Goods stores in Fremont, California. Haven't heard anything else other than what they put in the PR on the website.
You have a very urgent need for a positive attitude.
And, you, in past post claim to have made money off of this stock that you bitterly attack. Hmmm?
Year's end? I imagine you'll still be here.

It really needs to die already, enough Bruce, enough lies!
I haven't seen a BTOR product in any stores yet, has anyone? And, in the malls, there is a good couple of stores that cater to the teen clientele. They have other brands; but, not BTOR.
Do have a g'day, Mates.

Add me to the list....I agree that this company should perform nicely over the next 12 months.....
btorlong...I'm with you. Patience hopefully will pay off. Thinking of getting a few more hundred dollars worth as I, as you, do expect it to run up a little and will want to take advantage of it.
Do have a g'day.

Airwalk will revive this sick puppy. 4-6 mil in sales by end of year will bring this stock to .05 - .10 PPS. My strong opinion. Patience is key for longs.
Having said that, we are definitely due for a PR to answers some questions:
1. Effects of Planet X Television Promotion?
2. National key accounts?
3. 4th quarter sales?
4. First quarter of 2005 Orders?
5. Sales breakdown of all portfolio brands?
6. International distributorship of all brands (minus Airwalk)?
7. Sales/Revenue effect of Island Tribe acquisition?
Yes, I'm sure it is. There are however several forms of it. Care to expound upon which one it is with good information and facts?
Have a g'day Mate.

Get Use To It, (BTOR) Demise Shining Strong!
I know it's down and many don't have much or any hope in it, yet I still have a feeling it may someday get legs. Hope so. Good luck.

Jeff, Thank you,, you are a man of your word.
Bruce could learn from you,, but he has no hope,, he is brain dead.
BTOR is a garbage stock. We know that. Anyone here looking for a real stock, check out PHMF. Don't buy it. Totally DD it. These folks, unlike btor, have real, live clients with a pulse using their product, technology. Their clients have even heard of them! Run a Yahoo search for Phantom Fiber and check it out. This is not a pump. I was in BTOR and was disillusioned as well.
Would I be better off buying stock in that company??
Bruce has spent a year doing....what????????
NADA Phuckin THING.

Yes I saw the same thing as you. Somebody typed in one too few zero.
If you want to read my opinion about this stock see my post:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=4692854
Note: I do not intend to buy back anytime soon as my posting may have suggested.
My opinion is that the only people who own this right now are day traders and people who are VERY long.
**Estimated earnings for 2005 - $4-6 million
**Last known share count - over 350 million
**If BTOR makes $6 million and profits 15% and doesn't issue any more shares your value (not including a P/E ratio) is $0.0026 per share in 1 year
**Add a P/E of 20 and you have $0.0052/share
I sold my shares at $0.0082. If you "feel good about this one" read this board and see if anyone else feels the same. Good luck. Currently own AITX and VLXC. One appears a solid buy, the other a risky one.
so do you have it showing up on your charts that way too.are you in on this stock i just bought in a couple of days ago im down a bit but i feel good about this one.
Seems to be obvious that someone typed in .048 instead of .0048. Pretty stupid move on their part. Just lost over 90% of their money.
anyone notice the intraday spike on this one.just curious looks like it spiked up on my charts to above .03 cents.maybe its just a problem with prophet net. any info into this would be appreciated.thanx
Happy New Year....ALL..been a wild year with BTOR
The 5 penny dream has been shatttttered as we sit at 10% of that. Bruce....What the F*** have you done????
Where the HELL are the sales....any sales. I can sell F***in circles around your clowns and I have only been in sales 6 years. Get a real sales force and give them some incentive to push OUR product. BOZO BRUCIE.
