I use to trade this stock in like 2017 when it was a penny stock and there was supposed to be some merger with another company that never went through and i eventually sold all my shares at a loss and haven't looked back at it till now, what's new with this one? Still a pump and dump bitcoin stock that goes up when bitcoin goes up?

Yeah, I initiated the transfer with then,TD Ameritrade, now Schwab. They completed the transfer on their end but it never made it to Upstream. I’m kind of stuck in limbo at this point, not sure how it’ll play out, but thanks for the info

I reached out to my broker with UBS but he tells me they need to receive a request from an outside agency
But BTCS says to contact your broker to initiate the transfer
I gave up

That whole bit is pretty shady. I get this whole outfit is built on crypto, but we need them to actually create USD value in their normal traded shares like any other functional company.

That means there is no value at all if not transferring to upstream account. If you have sizable number of shares for this, would it be worth doing it instead of letting it sit in a current account with no value?

Well, finally talked to my Broker as he has to make the initial transfer. He was clueless but looking into it
But my concern is Boustead Securities. Researching them and finding legal issues
I have burned by a criminal crypto exchange before, Uphold, and the background info on this one concerns me
Not sure if I will proceed at this point.
