BLRS going to sub-penny(seems to be pinky scam)
Global Developments finds birds of a feather

Also Street Wire (U-BLRS) BioLife Remedies Inc
Also Street Wire (U-WHKA) World Hockey Association Corp (2)
by Mike Caswell
Global Developments Inc., a Vancouver company that invests in start-ups, has a seemingly diverse portfolio that includes a hockey league, a herbal version of Viagra and a company that claims to make fuel from algae, among others.
Headed by Vancouver lawyer John Briner, 29, Global touts itself as a provider of venture capital to start-ups. It is publicly traded itself, having a listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
Although their businesses are diverse, Global's investments also have some similarities, birds of a feather in some ways. For example, the pink sheets is often where they trade. The mighty pinks are often home to lively promotions.
One of Global's investee companies is World Hockey, which bought the rights to a defunct hockey league, the World Hockey Association, in 2005. Boasting NHL legend Bobby Hull as a director, the company set out to create an alternative league for players between 16 and 21.
Alas, the stock became mired with spam problems, and has plunged from a $2 high last year down to one lousy penny. Spammers started touting World Hockey in December, and the last blast of e-mails went out on Feb. 12.
The spam problem became serious enough that the pink sheets now refuses to carry quotes for the stock, and warns the public to examine it closely before investing. That could be difficult, because it has never issued any audited financial results or made any regulatory filings.
Probably not helping the stock, World Hockey and Global are fighting in court over a private placement. Global claims World Hockey violated a subscription agreement by issuing millions of shares, diluting away a 40-per-cent interest. World Hockey responded in a news release, saying it never had any anti-dilution agreement with Global.
World Hockey is not the only struggling Global pick. BioLife Remedies Inc., which claims to make a herbal version of Viagra, traded as high as $2.50 in January, but now sits at 32 cents. Global has been a shareholder since at least November.
Like World Hockey, there is little information available on BioLife. Its Vancouver office is staffed by a person who seems to have difficulty understanding English and it has no regulatory filings. It does have a flashy website, containing testimonials from purported users of its products.
BioLife is also a spam company. Junk mails touted the stock earlier this month with a grammar-challenged statement promising that it is "set to massive gains."
Another Global investment is PetroSun Inc., an oil and gas junior that develops biofuels. The company claims an acre of algae can be made to produce over 2,000 gallons of diesel equivalent per year, and it hopes to demonstrate this with a pilot project in Alabama.
Global has held an interest in PetroSun since at least November, when the stock was around $1. It is now at 53 cents.
Just like World Hockey and BioLife, PetroSun has attracted spam. Junk e-mails have touted the stock as recently as Feb. 1.
Global's other two publicly traded investments are Aurelio Resource Corp. and Trilliant Inc., both of which are junior miners. Trilliant is a very spotty trader, and last closed at 65 cents, near its 52-week high of 75 cents. Aurelio closed Tuesday at 96 cents, off a 52-week high of $1.43.
Global, when asked about the prospects for its investments, says they are rosy. BioLife's herbal products work, and PetroSun's biofuel looks promising, claims Global director Leighton Dean.
Mr. Dean concedes there could be some problems with World Hockey, but says he is unable to get into details because Global is suing the company.
He says Global has little to do with the day-to-day operations of many of its investments, so the success of the stocks is not entirely in his hands. Global closed at $1.74 Tuesday.
thanks for the tip...
Takeover, save your money on look at another stock. This one is on a rather shaky foundation. It is .35 cents now. Care to bet it will fall further? But nothing wrong to talk about the stock and DD it. GLTY
hey everyone, im new to the board, just figured i would do some dd, and talk some shop
LMAO! GDVM/Briner does it again! Illegal spam out the arse and the quotes by the pinksheets.com site are suspended.
BLRS losttheir quotes on pinksheets. geeee who saw that coming
Yeah I noticed this, boom a spike and then the stock just gets trounced day after day, there may be some light at the end of the tunnel at .001
I hope BLRS has a strong hand and can force GDVM the hell out of this before it is too late.
It's the same story everytime GDVM (Global Developments) touches something. They send out the illegal spam and dump their stock and then after the quotes get suspended at pinksheets.com, they short it from Panama.
This stock is finished now.

BioLife gets spam boost for Viagra-type product
BioLife Remedies Inc (U:BLRS)
Last Close 2/16/2007 $0.47
Monday February 19 2007 - Street Wire
by Mike Caswell
Chi-Agra is the latest Viagra-type treatment to show up in junk e-mails, claiming to be a natural boost for males having problems in the bedroom. Its developer is a homegrown Vancouver company, BioLife Remedies Inc., which is listed on the pink sheets, home to many lively stocks.
Spammers started issuing e-mails on the product and the stock Wednesday, touting Chi-Agra as poised to enter a $6-billion market, but it appears dubious and could even be toxic in high doses.
Chi-Agra costs $39.99 for a one-month supply and is made from Epimedium, a herb grown in Europe and Asia, according to BioLife's website. Legend has it a Chinese goat herder noticed increased sexual activity in his flock after they ate some, which earned it the nickname horny goat weed.
Its uses are many, if one listens to backers of traditional Chinese medicine. Supposedly it can treat asthma, bronchitis, cervical dysplasia, congestive heart failure, leukorrhea, leukopenia and even viral infections of the heart, according to herbalists.
In spite of its purported array of uses, Epimedium does not appear to have earned much recognition in Western medicine. Animal studies have shown that it can be toxic to the liver and kidneys in high doses and can cause a loss of muscle co-ordination, according to the website About Alternative Medicine.
"There isn't enough information on horny goat weed to safely recommend it for erectile dysfunction," the site says. It cites separate studies by three researchers, including one published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
A BioLife representative would not answer questions about the product. He advised checking the company's website, which addresses none of the concerns raised by About Alternative Medicine.
He denies the company has anything to do with the spam.
Just a month ago the company was called Emerson Oil & Gas Inc., an oil and gas junior that had nothing to do with herbal remedies. It was then touting a gas interest in Alberta. The stock went to 60 cents in 2004 as the company said commercial production from its properties could be around the corner.
It turned out generating revenue was harder than the company projected. "After a successful exploration and discovery ... the company has been informed by the operator that the decreased flow rates have gotten to a level that is now uneconomical," read a news release issued by the company's then president, David Harker, last September.
It appears Emerson never had any earnings or revenues. It only issued financial results once, in 2005, reporting an $11,000 (U.S.) loss. The stock fell to a three-cent low last month.
Now it has been reincarnated as a maker of herbal remedies, and is also Vancouver's newest spam stock.
The spam not only touts Chi-Agra, it tells readers to buy BioLife, which is "set to massive gains." The company sports a professional looking website, where surfers can read about the company's products, including its herbal help for men.
Its directors, Jack Guo and Terry Xie, do not appear to be known on Howe Street.
The company is one of several helping put Vancouver on the map as a major source of stock market spam. In a 2006 list of spam stocks compiled by the website Spamnation, B.C.-linked companies took nine of the top 10 spots.
The pink sheets website often refuses to display quotes for such companies, telling investors they can be the subject of fraudulent activity. It has not issued such a warning for BioLife.
BioLife gained 12 cents Friday, closing at 47 cents.

almost down to it's 12 mo. low.......what are they doing....dumping shares already????
Back to pre-split price of .006 soon? Sure went up and down fast. Seems to be a shady company. Not buying here
actually, it's worse.....at least EOGI was in the oil/gas sector....this is medical.....very mediocre, at best, this will probably go down the drain, too....
skipp.....i emailed jack guo @ BioLife....he promptly replied with a "canned answer"....
i emailed back and pressed him further as to what happened to the Emerson revenues from the other venture in Louisiana......and, i asked for a more detailed explanation of the deal.....
NO REPLY.....
Just my opinion!
Global Developments (GBDP), parent of BIOLIFE, made a fantastic WIN,WIN,WIN deal for everyone except us EOGI share holders!
The way I see it, Global Development.........
Bought or controlled "Emerson".
Moved/sold it's assets to another energy company in their control, or will create a new one.
"Sold" the now empty shell to "BIOLIFE" for a $250,000 "LOAN" with/10% interest and 24% of the re-named company.(SWEET)
"BIOLIFE" share holders got 1 for 1 shares of the new company.
"WE" got 250 for 1 shares, to make sure they keep "Control percentage" of the new stock!
This SCAM cost me a couple "Grand" $$$, BUT!!!
Thinking about all the details and coordination it took for this to all fall into place..I can't help respecting "THE PLAY"
Maybe we should look into investing in (GBDP), "the Controller" rather than the "Controlled"
Talked to TDW today. The merger is complete.
Should see a 250/1 reverse merge there calling it which
is the same as a reverse split within days. A bit disappointing but maybe we can regain some kind of positive
action with blrs.
QUOTES ARE STARTING TO SHOW UP ON
WEBSITES. UNBELIEVABLE IF THIS IS TRUE.
SHOWING .83 PPS (BLRS)
i had no luck with EOGI, so i emailed BLRS moments ago....let's wait for their response...
Thanks for the info. Any idea how long before
we see anything happening with blrs.
This is a GUESS....
I just emailed EOGI....it came back as invalid.....there is no web site.....that's gone.....I think EOGI is gone....and BLRS took the "shell" and the R/s is to lower the share count so they will raise the PPS and have the maximum room to dilute the stock and make money as they push it down....
so, let's see what happens....let's wait to see if they hype this and cause it to spike upwards....then we can be quite certain they will begin diluting....
i've had EOGI for a while....over a million shares at one time....now, about 800,000....
the well went "belly up".....so that "killed" EOGI...
but, i just don't get the reason for the BioLife thing.....
EOGI had other oil interests...what happened??? sold off?? is EOGI now a shell??? or is BLRS the shell (as it would seem)....
the whole deal is out of Canada....that's where the shady deals are made.....the company in Markam that specializes in selling and reversing into shells.....
I've been searching for info....but, have come up empty......maybe a call or email to EOGI, BLRS or the T/A might help clear things up....
I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY ACTION ON BLRS OVER THE LAST COUPLE
DAYS. I WAS CURIOUS TO FIND OUT INFO ON EOGI AND WAS DIRECTED
TO BLRS SYMBOL. ?????????????
what equation??? what fit???? and, if it is a "merger", why an R/s?????
Great information. I'm not sure where Emerson Oil and Gas
(eogi) fits into the equation.
