ameritrade said they don't have the new certs yet so i can't trade it until they do and they couldn't tell me when that would happen. from what i hear it's usually a few days but nothing u can do. hopefully we don't tank before then :)

Just saw that trade...This feels like it wants to break that recent spike from a couple weeks ago. Kayaking is my second love, surfing is #1.....Whitewater to just river floating, kayaking is a great activity(45 & you can still see my abs)

Yeah.. appears to be one buyer willing to take out shares at the ask. They picked up 250k.. hard to believe they wouldn't want to be a bit more patient as I am sure they could have gotten them at a better price. Maybe they are lead to believe news is forthcoming.. who knows.

It was interesting to see the MM's pull off the ask going into the open and it opened strong. A new MM hit the ask (WECK M D. Weckstein & Co., Inc.) which appeared to initiate selling. Looks like it should start recovering here soon.. Still thinking one should hold on at least until the next news release which I would expect soon... but who knows.

Mobiclear used to trade on the pinks at $7.50 Looks like they opted for a reverse merger with BICN to obtain the OTCBB listing and eventually pursue a higher exchange. According to the 500k financing they should be good financially for the next 2 quarters, and they appear to think they will be able to generate cashflow within that timeframe.

Initially I was here looking for some small gains, but I think I may stick around until at least the next news release as it may quickly pick up steam. Of course to each their own..

Bit odd.. I see ARCA was sitting with the best bid at the ask and no shares were going through. I see SBSH, HDSN and JEFF have pulled well off the ask, and they had been accumulating the past few weeks. Must be something around the bend. I would think accumulation for next week.

Interesting to note two new MM's on the bid, ARCA/PHDC compared to the past week or two. ARCA showing a large bid.

The company needs to get their filing completed which I presume is a formality in the works. It would be funny if it was orchestrated to try and shake loose shares before news.

Surf.. all part of the game. I'm sure it will bounce around a bit leading into news. considering it was walked back to .008 I'm sure there are some waiting to liquidate a few shares.

Since the shift in management, and given the company's product and potential I would think the SP is worth at least a couple pennies. No dobut the co. would be fighting against the track record of former management.

It appears to be accumulation in preparation for news. I still contend this could be a .20+ stock provided they come through with a deal with an Asian bank. Hard to say if I will still be around by then, but none the less this accumulation is for some reason.

BICO, Inc. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1972 as Coratomic, Inc. Before closing down all operations in February, 2003, the Company's primary business was the development of new devices and technologies, which included environmental and medical products. On March 18, 2003 the Company filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. You share count is from Aug 9th, a few days later there was 1:1500 RS as per the filing:

As a subsequent event, on August 11, 2006 the Company implemented a reverse
split of its commons stock issued and outstanding as of that date at a ratio of
1 for 1,500 shares. 38,070,343,181 shares outstanding was the basis used for the
reverse split. Partial shares were rounded up to the nearest whole share. The
Company's stock symbol was also changed from BIKO to the new symbol BICN, with
the Company's shares continuing to trade on the NASDAQ bulletin board over the
counter market.

This woudl reduce the share count to 25M or so I believe. I believe restricted shares were then issued to Mobiclear managament but I haven't looked into it much yet.

Exactly.. I thought I was going to take a loss and move on but the more I started looking at the company the more I believe shares are trading at a discount.

If you announe a memorandum of understanding with a large Asian banking institution and can pass a $1-2 monthly fee onto the end user with mobiclear collecting a portion of that we are talking some big $. I'm sure there are several million creditcard holders out there.

As for trading it appears there is some support/interest building in the .008-.009 range. I have noted SBSH/NITE accumulating.. VFIN/AUTO selling some larger lots at the bid.

I would almost expecting the filing and news early next week. Guess we'll wait and see.. accumulation into the close is what I'll be watching for.

The same story as you, saw on one of my scans and thought it had some potential. It is not holding up as well as I hoped it would. I flipped it last week when it jumped nearly 100% from the bottom, but looks like I'm a longer term holder now.

I have been around for just a week or so. I have been trading in and out of a few. BICN appeared oversold and ready to make a run. I did some quick DD on fundamentals, innovative product with patents, great fee schedule which could produce impressive monthly income, new management's involvement with Ericson, news pending as per the last few NR's, etc..

I have yet to decide whether I am here for the long or shortterm. None the less the share price I expect should recover nicely in the not too distant future.
