Not worth much to sell.....the pain has already been taken.....so any future canvas slamming won't really amount to much in my case. I'll go from affording the iPhone X to a 1960's dial telephone.
Stock is just consolidating now and getting ready before a move upward. Hedge funds might try to steal some shares lower but with the science still solid this stock with low float is going to move Higher One of These Days. Patience people patience.
Could it be possible for ADXS to apply for conditional FDA approval based on GOG P2 results, while running P3 for cervical.
21th Century Cure ACT and new FDA Rules could make it possible and ADXS might be in talks with FDA... how many lives can be saved?
beg to disagree Tex
Excellent, Gantor. I was more or less thinking the same thing. When they are moving it up prior to a takedown it goes up easily, because they want it to go up so they can short from a higher level. In contrast, when they are actually buying/covering they prevent or minimize the rise, to the extent possible, because then they DON'T want it to go up.
Warning: Take this for what it's worth, which might be nothing. And no guarantees on the future direction of the PPS
But when I mentioned stealth buying (or covering) yesterday, the first 45 minutes this morning (so far at least) is a microcosm of what I was talking about.
Buys have outpaced Sells so far today by about a 3 to 1 margin. In fact about 90% of the selling volume was immediately at the open to try and crash the PPS down before the buying started. Yet we are up only .01.
Why is that potentially significant and what might it tell us?
For 2 1/2 years here, the PPS has been completely controlled by some fund or group of funds who decided where they want the price of ADXS. They wanted it down and they have accomplished that.
Whenever they are trying to bait buyers they tend to use days like today to try and run up the price to suck in traders. Low volume but relatively big jumps in the PPS.
For example they did this the week leading up to 9/11, the Quarter End. They took the price up from the real base at $5.80 to $6.30ish up to $7.42 on relatively light volume. In hindsight we can see this was because they wanted the price higher so that when they attacked the stock starting on 9/11 they could make the crash look more dramatic. $7.42 was a much better starting point for shock and awe...even if $7.42 was really a "fake" starting point.
Since the end of September, it appears things have reversed. There is more buying than selling, significantly so on some days. Yet (so far at least) the PPS appears to be being supressed and not allowed to run they way they let it run when it serves their purpose.
Again, this week is just a single snapshot in time. There are no real or firm conclusions one should draw. Just an observation that may or may not mean anything.
Thought there is a rule that one needs to buy back the same stock after 30 days when sold it. It means that someone will buy back at the beginning of Nov.
ARE YOU SELLING BEFORE IT HAPPRNS OR ARE HAVE YOU ALREADY?
Tap tap tap tap tap........next dilutive offering is gonna feel like a final choke-hold on the canvas.
Lol.
MID OCTOBER SHORT NUMBERS
I think they might release the SP before the next short numbers come out. The company will kick some news out that they say caused the shorts to cover when in fact they were covered before the news. It’ll be a good of hiding the fact that shorts already had knowledge of what was about to happen. JMO
Interesting link to LM stats in food and environment.

There are several strains of listeria; but my understanding is that only monocytogenes is a pathogen:

That’s exactly what we need, an MMA submission, ha ha!
we are screwed and falling behind other company with every delay, and the longer we are down hear burning cash we will be forced to do something
Interesting and heart-warming story. There is no price on life. If it's your kid you sell your house and everything you own to save him/her. I would. Hopefully immunotherapy will move quickly to save innocent kids and people. That's one reason I'm wanting ADXS to move quickly. I noticed the video named other companies but unfortunately ADXS was not among them. That's how far under the radar we are.
Thanks James. Seems to be talking mostly about the very expensive CAR-T treatments. Glad that our vaccine is low cost and thus far has had a great safety profile. If Efficacy ends up being equal; one would speculate that low cost and safety will win out in the end.
COME ON LOMBARDO SHOW US THE MONEY $$$$$$$ ADXS
Easy, I think you're right. The key is that Lombardo has to do a deal or deals. I agree with Gantor's hypothesis that they may release the pps soon, with the proper catalyst. Taking dilution off the table while waiting for an EMA decision should cause a shift in sentiment.
I believe once we get MMA submission and we start seeing a lower cash burn monthly I really think the shorts will realize that we aren't going to dilute for a long while the share price creeps up! AXAL is our shining star that needs to be pushed to approval in 2018 in the EU. Once that happens I think you will see us being in a good position for a buyout as long as AXAL continues to do really well in the trials going on! We're getting so close and manipulation is at a all time high that something has to give! We're getting all kinds of small hedge funds buying in now causing shorts more problems as they want to keep share price suppressed . Im here till do or die . I'm adding down here and my wife is about to kill me! She's so mad at me for investing in ADXS and my kids aren't happy either. I sure hope I'm right about ADXS because my whole family is in looking for a nice cash out.
Nice, James. The cost of NEO and other personalized treatments also implies that there is room in the market for the "base" treatments such as AXAL, PSA, HOT, etc., even if NEO succeeds. Especially in the large markets like China and India.
Yeah chinese and hindus are not north americans their standards are not comparable
China and India have huge population issues to deal with. I dont see an infamous deed being attributed to the advancement of women's health (which could result in better reproduction) in those areas...even if there is a demand. Imo, that's not our market.
I'd tend to trust the legal system of Taiwan over that of the PRP
China and India are huge markets for cervical cancer drugs because of their huge populations and totally inadequate screening
More proof that the company was operating like boat caught in a stormy sea - only that the storm was the company's own making. Who knows how many more times they are going to stumble and tumble before tapping out and taking us all down.
Interesting video, NEO treatment if successful could bring in big bucks.

fxxking idiot sign with a taiwan island company with 20million people VS 1.4billion in china. china is the number one market in the world for most everything.all the big pharma making billions of dollar in china.
How does that saying go... If if's ands and buts were candy and nuts we're all going to have a merry Christmas!
When did DOC ever say that the China and India deals were give aways because they weren't worth much? That sounds like a supposition. They are huge markets, regardless of the reimbursement rates, and if EMA approval were to lead to approval in those countries it would be worth alot of market cap. The more logical reason for those deals was that ADXS didn't have the money to fund trials at that point. ADXS was not exactly in a position of power.
Gajj, O'Connor gave away India and China rights for nothing upfront and very little on the back end except royalties, and it's been radio silent from those two partners for the last three years. The rationale for giving away those markets was the our most lucrative markets are U.S. and Europe, because while India and China are large markets their monetary value from a revenue/reimbursement standpoint is relatively small. Get your facts right before posting "$$$billions"
Don't forget a bronze statue at THE BEST PLACE TO WORK IN NJ ;) ADXS
+China, + India. $$$billions
I suspect the same.
There is no way to know for sure what happens from here, but this week there appears to have been some stealth buying in volume, but the PPS has never been allowed to really move up.
If the theories about the hedge funds are true...that they shorted this from $22ish down to $4, and might now be positioning for a flip to run this back up...if that's true, they could be waiting for some significant positive announcement or deal from ADXS to trigger the launch.
That's the pattern we saw in CALA, with (coincidence or not) some of the same hedge funds involved in ownership. Saw it in PBYI as well.
If we see something similar here as what happened with CALA recently, assuming ADXS under Lombardo is capable of delivering something positive, when that announcement gets made we could see ADXS get run back to $14 to $19 on real news.
If the theory about the Big Short is wrong, well then I don't know what's going to happen.
I believe its almost four months since PETX submitted
nice but licking on two would double the price ...
NAZ at all time highs and we sukin hind tit
If Adage covered a large short position, that is a very very bullish sign
If Lombardo pulls this one off, he has my vote for Time Magazine's "MAN OF THE YEAR" award. And maybe throw in a "Nobel Peace Prize in MEDICINE" for the greatest turnaround in the history of Biotechs.
Right on FBG all things have a time where important decisions need to be executed in a timely manner where the outcome of the decision is to benefit all involved for the present and the future ! Lombardo was the missing piece to the ADXS puzzle , he will use his lifetime skills combined with the options he has to give the shareholders the best outcome possible ;) after DO treated himself and stuck the rusty knife in shareholders backs Lombardo is going to have to make a silk purse out of a sows ear !!! My hats off to the old man for even taking on such a challenge ! ADXS
No doubt Sandman, ADXS is a turnaround story given the near-carcuss state O'Connor left the stock. I like Lombardo's mergers & acquisitions background. Hopefully, he steps up and strikes a large deal(s) followed by an outright sale of the company. ADXS' efforts to run itself as an independent company is getting long in the tooth, as shareholder value has eroded literally across the past 10 years. Put the company on the auction block, which will benefit patients by putting the pipeline in expert hands, and maybe shareholders will have a shot at breaking even and making a modest ROI as opposed to the alternative of kicking the can down the road further with more dilution at a low price that will erode shareholder value more.
Hope the old man is using his time wisely ! The ADXS hour glass is running out of sand and before that happens ole Lumbardo better have deals inked and the check deposited !!! TIME IS OF THE ESSANCE ADXS
That is why I phrased it in the alternative. I didn't say it was fact.
It's not clear, Gantor. Morningstar only reports share amounts.
Thanks, but that doesn't explain the 245k purchase reported.
gee, isn't this speculation? I thought you said we shouldn't be guessing that Adage shorts earlier today. my the weather is sure changeable around here.
At what price? Did they exercise any warrants?
LOL and we can probably have the ticker symbol ADXS on our foreheads to scare the kids on Halloween, or may be they will laugh at us for being invested in ADXS.
I'll take $20 as well. Who knows where we would be at this moment if we had decent management.
