Both Michael and Corey Gelmon are SCAM artists. Just know who you get in bed with is all I am saying. History is a good tell-tell sometimes of the future. These guys have a ton of history in penny scams is all I am saying.

PCLI was another John Jarvis/Claude Eldridge connected shell.

AVTI and PFMS both had a very dirty connection to Corey Ribotsky.

Michael Gelmon and Cory Gelmon are both very close to Corey Ribotsky. Together the three of them formed the NIR Group.

Together in June of 2010, Michael Gelmon, Cory Gelmon, Corey Ribotsky, and Eagle Ridge Capital Corp (an entity controlled by Michael and Cory Gelmon) formed a Cayman Islands based entity called Haverstock Offshore Manager, LLC to use for the type of toxic financing deals that kill publicly traded companies.

AVTI is operating under Cory Gelmon who is connected to NIR.

Currently Gelmon is attempting to convert a debt from AVTI by saying they are doing a JV with a shoe manufacturer that had one type of shoe to sell and hasn't had any other shoes since 2007.

They filed the PR's in an 8-K(Astounding I know) and misspelled the company they are doing a JV with. Shoes were to be shipped at first to stores in August and now it's been delayed twice to November 15th.

Several shareholders have contacted all stores and none have heard of those shoes.

Gelmon is there to simply convert the debt and walk away leaving many people holding bags of useless shares.

Company is Pink Sheet Caveat Emptor(Go figure)

Gelmon has lied to shareholders over the phone but won't put it in writing.

One of Gelmon's other stocks..CYSG..has been suspended for lack of filing. I have no doubt this one will be halted soon as well.

Hope to see it happen to minimize damages to current shareholders.

I'm hoping that's the goal here. This shell has value and many will be hunting it. I wouldn't be surprised if someone is negotiating the sale of it as we speak.

Many MJ and crypto currency companies are seeking shells to go public, this would make an ideal candidate for them. I'm holding my shares for now. I think it will do well in the near future.

Filing 15-12G. A lot of people jump on a title when they file a 15-12G, but why? In my mind, those companies are just starting the process of buying their shell, if they are even thinking in that direction.
Instead, I'm looking at the 15-12G filers a few years ago. The negotiating wheels merge very slowly, so I imagine that a projectile can be in play for several years before the final document is archived.

Hey guys AVTI was picked by pwnnylandUSA.com earlier in the week. That's a good sign, many defunct tickers are currently moving. This one is up trending and currently has a 56% buy rating on bar chart. Look for the chart to continue ascending this week. We are unto something here I think. IMO?
