FORDGT, You may be right. When I get some money in my account I may try to buy some shares just to test the market. I am on the outside and like to play around with the system. If by chance I could pick up a 100k at the right price it could get interesting. Will let you know if any success. Am waiting on AURC or BCIT for some funds.

No news at all. They just want us to go away and sell our shares so that they can move the share price to the 5 dollar area without us.. LOL ++++ My advice put it in the safe and forget about it !!!! With out a trip to the manufacturing plant we may not be able to get any info about the progress of the parts manufacturing.. JMHO Remember airplane parts ARE EXPENSIVE and that's good for us /!!!

I didn't try to sell. I have been holding so long that I felt sure we had much more upside.
And I don't know if it is hard to buy at .0001 I haven't tried. The stock is a phone in to buy and sell to the best of my knowledge..

i can't find anywhere that they mention the stock itself after BK...any way to know they actually own the stock or is it a shell?

Commander Premier is a wholly owned subsidiary of ("Aviation General": AVGE.PK) Rumor here is that with the ability to manufacture FAA approved parts for Air craft the stock could fly to the 40 dollar range... Because airplane parts are expensive and with this approval in March 2007 the few shares that are available are very tightly held.. When I bought my shares in 2003 the float was about 1 million shares and

Aviation General, Incorporated ("Aviation General": AVGE.PK) announced that the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of its sole wholly owned subsidiary, Commander Aircraft Company (www.commanderair.com), has been converted to a Chapter 7 filing by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware on Friday, January 14, 2005. All business operations of the company have ceased indefinitely. The Court has appointed a Trustee to preside over the preservation, disposition, and sale of the company’s assets.

Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation was formed by over 50 owners of Commander aircraft in the spring of 2005. CPAC was formed to submit a bid to buy the assets of defunct Commander Aircraft Corporation from CAC’s bankruptcy trustee and produce new Commander aircraft and support the worldwide Commander aircraft fleet. My acct shows the current share price to be 5.58 because that was the last trade price a few days ago. But, shares are thinly traded.
