Yes, I did. As their last OTC Markets filing indicated, they have still not yet received a subpoena from the SEC, although they have requested one before they deliver documents.

That's all I'll say about this right now. We will have to let it play out.

No I am not in this at all. To shady of a past with many r/s. My largest position by far is TRT$ doing a lot of flipping and adding to TRT$. However I do have a lot of AEG$ but 75% is in TRT$. This board isnow dead. I was following this as it was tied in with AEG$ orginally but not sure what is happening.

No, some companies really struggle to do it right. But scam companies are just that. Scams. They cut corners, break the law, and profit from it.

This appears to be a scam, and with that, most likely is one of the scams on the OTC. I do not think this is one of the ones trying to do it with the right stuff.

It's certainly not the worst gamble you could take in the world with the ticker being down so far post-suspension, but it is a pretty risky one. Don't expect much to happen in terms of trading on AVNE until some news comes out about what their plans going forward are.

While there is a slight chance for extremely large gains, there's also the undeniably larger and real risk of losing whatever you put into this stock.
