first MLSE machine almost complete, Here is a picture of it on Todd's Twitter page:

Well this has been a crazy ride. As of yesterday there was 30K shares @.70 on the ask but it now appears to have been wiped away. The churn at 50 cents has been remarkable, but, I am guessing it is over, we'll see. I'd like to see this trade consistently over a buck.
Thx, I heard that also but it wasn't a firm June...left some room for slippage IMO...and that makes it 6-7 months after the December possibility we were left with.
With the objective to move to the next level market or better, the obvious need to get financing for these huge machines given that they would seem to have the capital cost up front, not a lot of cash in the till, and certainly no instant ROI from the systems when they get to the field, and that DPW suggests they own as much as 74% what the heck is keeping them from an audit(s) of a company moving from really nothing to a serious business?
DPW is complex...AVLP should be a piece of cake in comparison.
Some days I get confused. But if the machine works as advertised they/we are setting on an enormous potential.
June was re-iterated in passing during the conference call yesterday, so we'll have to see. Still not clear to me if all the data has been given to the auditors or if they are doing a lot of work on the filings or some combination.
actually during the more recent dpw/avlp conf call it was mentioned beginning of june but yes before that we were told end of last year
since this call tomorrow is dpw 2017 yearly results focused we may not get an update unless maybe a lot of people ask and i may be the only one asking LOL ... patience
Have you heard anything that relates to a filing during our lifetime? Promised on the CC last year before end of the year and .....tic-toc....nada still months later
Have you heard anything that relates to a filing during our lifetime? Promised on the CC last year before end of the year and .....tic-toc....nada still months later
Added another 5500 shares today @.52. If DPW takes off I'll sell some to increase my position in AVLP, as if it isn't already big enough. But right now AVLP is the deal in my opinion as its a pure play in MLSE technology
wow, what a dump of shares today, not expected at all. Its at times like this that one needs to take advantage of bargains that are presented to oneself, and that's precisely what I have done, picking up 19.5K shares 50 or 55 cents/share. What a friggin steal. The company is delivering its first unit and this is how the company gets valued, I simply don't believe it, but I will not look a gift horse in the mouth and not do something about it.
I encourage anyone with the funds to take advantage of this opportunity if indeed it still exists tomorrow. Take Action!
http://mtixinternational.com is now online for our viewing pleasure, woo-hoo!
Brand new video series, the first video is almost 9 minutes, check it out.
People have no idea what is going on here.
8-K just filed with the MTI-X presentation, man the potential for this business is unlimited. Hopefully the patents last long enough for them to capture the market before competitors get involved, as I imagine the potential competition drooling over this.
Now I want to know about the filings and the pipeline, hopefully they'll discuss this in the webinar.

It is in the text of the PR I previously but I noticed that the link highlight didn't take on the copy. I expect they will also do an 8K but not sure when.
Should be very informative.
Hope this helps
How does one take part in the webcast?
AVLP - Remember a webcast related to AVLP and its MTIX asset is scheduled for Thursday, March 15 - hosted by a major partner and investor DWP. The MTIX system sounds fantastic and its a good chance to learn about it in more depth I hope.
PR announcing it on 2/27 follows:
DPW Holdings Reschedules Investor Webcast to March 15, 2018
GlobeNewswire•February 27, 2018

MTIX has developed a cost effective and environmentally friendly material synthesis technology featuring a virtual dry process and breakthrough technology for textile applications utilizing the MLSE® system that uses a combination of high voltage, high frequency electrical discharge plasma and laser energy to imbue textiles with desirable technical characteristics.
“We are looking forward to once again engaging with our shareholders, investors and the public. We believe our webcast format provides a great value to both the Company and its shareholders. It is our hope that through our webcasts, our shareholders, investors and the public can learn about each subsidiary and strategic investment, and begin to appreciate the intrinsic value they each provide. It is with this spirit, we look forward to this webcast rescheduled for March 15, 2018,” said Milton “Todd” Ault, III, the CEO and Chairman of the Company. Ault added, “We anticipate this webcast focusing on MTIX will be very interesting and we will be happy to address questions from both the participants as well as those questions sent to DPW prior to the webcast. We are very pleased with our progress as we march forward to our goal of delivering the first finished units this year to MTIX, Ltd. In March of 2017, we announced the $50M purchase order from MTIX. Our current investment in Avalanche International, although made over time, was due to our appreciation of the sustainable and disruptive add-value proposition of the MLSE® technology and the impact it will have on the textile industry worldwide. I suggest those interested in the future of DPW to participate in the webcast.”

I have just sent in my Qs for the Call, including exactly what you mentioned, where are those filings that were committed to. They can't say they have a 100% record on delivering what they promise, ON TIME. Not being critical here, just laying out the facts, you know, like CNN - facts matter.
I also asked for a count of the total outstanding, the float, and the fully diluted count, and if any further shares could be in the offering.
As of today I am just shy of 200K shares and so I wanted to figure out what part of the pie I owned, but I think there's more out there than I might realize, but trying to figure it out from filings, is, well, not sure it's possible. I know the current counts of 5 or 6 million you can find on web sites clearly is not right with all the shares due to just the original MTIX owners, let alone others.
I hope someone reminds them that the AVLP crowd needs to learn of the Webinar on 2/21. Maybe they can get the CFO to tell us what happened to the filings that he stated on the conference call would be made before end of the year.
Gonna be interesting to get a real down and dirty understanding of what Avalanche is doing, going....
AVLP could be very under valued with so few shares in the float.
Today DPW press released that they will be holding a Webinar on Feb 21. Unfortunately there is no corresponding announcement from AVLP themselves for those that follow OTC stocks, but oh well.

In the meantime I couldnt help myself to be the buyer of 5900 shares @$1.25 today. Amazing that with that announcement I am one of two buys of the stock for the entire day, crazy stuff.
Well no filings to round out the year. That is disappointing, not b/c I don't believe they are coming, they are coming, but that they didn't deliver on what they committed to.
Nonetheless, I have been a buying at $1.50 range a few times this last month, which goes against my rules of buying something that has rallied a lot without a decent pullback, but $1.50 is far enough from 2 bucks to rationalize the buys, knowing clear well what I am buying.
which is completely ironic and complementary to another play I am in ... A china play that relies on energy produced by coal and natural gas. the company converted most of its energy needs to natural gas over a two year tooling period and kept current on filings the whole way thru, were expected to have huge revenues in second half of this year and what happens, the chinese govt cracks down and requires they not use ANY coal which they were still using a little, and so they need to retool again, very discouraging .... but it points to the fact that the country is very serious about the environmental cleanup and wala, here is AVLP to solve their issues. So what hurts me in one stock is a huge boon for the other, go figure.
I hear they can sell these machines in China for 12 million. Very profitable
OK the stock has quadrupled since we last interacted, while DPW has gone up 10x and has been by far the best investment of my life, a dream come true, though I got the timing wrong - DPW has made the big move sooner, but AVLP is following but is no longer "cheap" even though I think the upside to like $3 is a given. Recall I even offered to back up any investment you may make in AVLP, in part, I was so confident, which I have never offered to anyone, not even family members.
Do you think that AVLP and DPW are still scams? They're not scams, they're real companies my man, they're real. MTIX is REAL, period, you could go to the U.K to see for yourself. It is going to revolutionize the textile industry to eliminate more pollution than what we could even imagine, and the best part is that you can still get aboard, though the big money to be made was when this was trading for pennies, though I wouldn't blame anyone for not buying back then, it was a real mess and full of risk.
Still been large buys occuring. Bodes well for higher prices in my opinion!
well no filings yet, a bit disappointing, not concerned, just disappointing. Also, for those people in restrictive accounts (i.e. my 401K), purchases can not be made until they are up to date on their filings, which limits the buying potential, though I suspect most are trading in non retirement accounts.
Anyway, DPW has had some fun in the sun, and it's getting time for AVLP to have the same.
could this zoom to $5, sure it could, once people realize what's here, which most simply don't
I'm hearing good things! There has been a 30k share bid the last couple of days
this is starting to get fun ...
If I need to help push up to 2 bucks I will, thanks to DPW, but we'll get there, and I now think that it will be sooner than later.
I've been banging on this board for what, two+ years, and seen this sink from the buck range to 6 cents and then back again, but taking on a new form if you like. Just think, they tried vape and suhr guitars, both failures, restaurant capital group **may** be working out, but it is certainly not a killer (that I am aware of), and finally MTIX which is the Unicorn of DPW as Todd has called it.
That said, the clock is ticking, I want to see a couple filings by end of this month, I'd like to see all of them but that's not realistic, just get me a couple more for now.
100X multiplier?
The only the only that changes when you go up is the size needed to show on Level II...
I've removed my shares, maybe lack of prudency, but I have never hit the grand slam and I seek to do that with this stock.
Earlier I said 10k by 10k, I meant 100 shares x 100 shares (I couldnt remember if this stock had a 100x multiplier for the bid/ask numbers and I realize now it does not), which was probably the market makers
ok, well, let them do what they want, they deserve to take some profit (hope its profit but it could be loss if going back many years) after such a long wait. I have about 5K shares on in the queue just to be prudent but if it doesn't fill I'm fine with that, short term or long this will do very well.
Early on a 50k share offer at 1.50 and a 35k at 1.25
Sorry not following you, who's offering out that many shares? I see 10k x 10k right now for AVLP.
Why offer out 50k-35k shares on a stock with little trading vol and no bids!!
wow nice jump today. And this is with financials way behind and no machines built yet. Just imagine what will happen here when things go into full action/production. We could easily see a $5 stock in time. keep telling myself, gotta be patient
thanks my man very happy about all of this. Nobody can say we haven't been telling people about this for a year plus, non-cesantly on this board and people have had ample time to get in. My best purchase was 30K shares at 6 cents when nobody would touch this stock. lol
Yes I was the one that actually asked that question on the conference call, and it is recorded:
http://www.digitalpowercorp.com/investor-earnings-conference-11-20-2017-audio-replay/
The answer as I take it is that most fillings will be done by end of year, which seems challenging to me, but that's what they (Todd/Will) said so I go with it, give or take.
Good luck to you as well!
PST2, relatively a big day and the same quiet board.
Heard CFO say he expected filings released this year...wonder if that was some or all....did anyone pick up the specific reply - it followed a question?
You must be feeling very good today with both games in your double header going well! Continued GL.
zagdad
I agree! I'm accumulating all I can here.....
During the DPW conference call it was confirmed that we should see great progress in AVLP filings by end of year which is pretty close, so that is exciting and may bring more attention here. For one, in my 401K account i am restricted from buying AVLP until they are current in filings (can sell, just cant buy)
amazing how DPW trades all out record volume this week while AVLP gets almost no attention, absolutely amazing. Granted the hoopla for DPW is probably over the crypto crap, but does MTIX not count towards anything? In time it will become obvious to all.
new 2 year high today, not a bad thing. While it would be tempting to take a tiny bit off the table, I think this has a long ways to go. At the same time, if I were a new buyer, I would hold my bid at 50 cents or below. DPW may very well be the buyer here, we'll find out the next time they decide to report on their purchases.

Trying to maintain patience as we wait for filings. I simply don't understand why it takes so long to get these out but anyway, nothing much we can do about that. There must be so many moving parts to this thing, or maybe its an expense thing, I just don't know. Keep the faith, we'll get there.
the share price is holding its own between 50 - 60 cents which is good.
Now the latest 8-k is interesting, showing that DPW has been buying lots of shares of AVLP in the open market over a period of time (314K SHARES, typo - the 8-k incorrectly states this as $314K at the bottom of the table), hmm... as well essentially DPW has been lending money to AVLP bigtime in form of conversion notes that have just been adjusted to .50/share, and now a credit facility of 5 million, no doubt for the production of MTI-X machines, likely on a larger scale than just a few of them, in my opinion. So they lend money to AVLP who will then essentially pay back to DPW since DPW will be building the machines for them (see many previous PRs/8-Ks from DPW outlining this). Does sound a bit circular but let's give this a little bit of time to percolate and come to fruition. That may be one of the intended purposes of the Digital Power Lending arm of DPW - to be able to lend money to AVLP *** and whomever else if it comes to that ***?
So, assuming full conversion, DPW will end up owning 75% of AVLP, but that's not including the convertible shares owned by the previous owners of MTI-X (Pravin Mistry and associates), so it would be less than that.
So while our shares will clearly dilute, including to the original owners of MTI-X from which AVLP purchased them, that may be just fine when looking at the big picture of MTI-X/s growth plan which certainly has to be more than "a few" MTI-X machines. I mean they're looking to take this across the entire globe in the textile industry, and why not? This could be so huge beyond what any of us can possibly grasp, at least I hope so, as I have not gone thru all this trouble to acquire shares just for a 10x return on investment, I'd like to see a lot more.
So, owning DPW who will benefit greatly thru this deal, not just from a revenue and profit perspective of producing the machines for AVLP, but also thru an ownership in AVLP shares, should prove to be very fruitful.
Hopefully I am not too far off the mark in the aforementioned analysis, as I am clearly a hacker when it comes to understanding this crap.
So ....where have you been these past couple of years? Maybe you have lost track of things?
zagdad
If you don't know those other companies, then you have no idea who Ault is because everything else is PR BS. You don't have to do a deep search to see the fraud lawsuits, FINRA suspension and failures that truly make up his real career.
You have made this same type of post on all of those other stocks the result has always been the same. Definition of insanity.
Lets be clear here, while I dont know much about those other companies, except for XCLK which clearly has been a disaster, Ault has been successful in the non-penny companies, you already know his resume, and DPW is not exactly a penny stock, it's been around for 50 years - you think they would sell interest to him to just drive it into the ground? I also understand that he has attempted to make right with any investors that have lost money with him in previous companies.
You have not stated how much you lost, if anything, or if you were on the short side of some of those stocks and became rich shorting them, I have no idea, but I will assume no to the latter and not sure about the former (but if yes, then you should definitely reach out and demand some resolution).
But back to AVLP which this board is about. As Zagdad just said this is not one to miss, I mean just look at those friggin MT_-X machines - that's not a pipe dream, some test bed, some theory, some prototype, no, that's very real and in fact what's even more fascinating is that the technology has been around for a while but now it's going to be productized, bigtime. I am hoping to know more about how big this will be in the near future, after which I may not be posting here anymore, I don't know yet, but you obviously are not convincible, so I will just leave it as that and I respect your opinion.
By the way, Alzamend I don't believe is dead either, I just saw a SEC filing for 4 million from a Wall street firm to fund them. Granted these biotechs, anything can happen, but AVLP/MTI-X, look out, look up.
Good luck to you.
Muck, I hear this could be the big one and don't want to miss it! I think you're just in time, although a few months ago would have been better
Looks like you been gone from IHub for nearly two years - what's that about? You okay?
zagdad

Is this the 50th Ault venture you have promoted? Haven't you been burnt toasty already? No different than those past stocks like Biogeron, Corestream Energy, ZLUS, IPEX, XCLX and others?
