He is a genius. PERIOD. He was not responsible for taking care of the accounting for the 10-K . The accountant was. He was responsible for reconciling the sample list given to him mby the accountant. He did that 2 months ago. The problem was the inaccuracies in the "roll forwards"on the debt and equity schedules. That falls right on the accountants lap not his. In addition he miscalculated the derivate liability schedules. So in essence they had to go back into the 2022 financials and work forward mfrom there.

You can place blame wherever you want but unless you understand accounting especially public accounting this is meaningless to 99% of OTC investors. I am more bullish today than I have ever been. CG =Genius

He is now surrounded with a great accountant, astute auditor and a company that is about to break out from development stage to a revenue producing company that could be profitable in the coming quarters.

All CG has to do is get the auditor to fudge financials indicating Goliath is worth millions, RS, and uplist to NASDAQ.

Then, people can short AHRO into further oblivion because let's face it, it doesn't actually make or sell anything. Bagholders can pray the float gets shorted over 100% and then hopefully catch a similar spike like HOLO.

There’s nothing funny about being almost 45 days late on an annual when AHRO is days away from being late on Q1. That’s subjective opinion. I don’t care about the asset, I care about revenue. It’s of no value unless monitized. We will see Q1 and into Q2 if any revenue was generated by the purchasing of this asset.

No the asset will be evaluated by a third party and when that is completed by end of July I am told it will be placed on the BS by the company and agreed to by the auditor. The library far exceeds the value they paid for it.
