10-K to get current, rev posting first quarter 10-Q to prove the genius in charge isn’t full of crap. Anything less, this will sit for months until CG monetizes the asset and posts revenue.

$AHRO the one item that we were down to has been rectified and reconciled. For confirmations need to be signed and we should be good to go tomorrow afternoon to file with the printer and start coding the xbrl. So it will be published more than likely on Monday or Tuesday if I can

Q1 will show revenue for the one and 1/2 months they started the program with Worldlink. They did not get pid until March Beach Boy! CG = Genius

With that, if Q1 doesn’t show revenue, what then? With a 90 day net payment schedule, should see revenue unless someone has a cover your ass excuse why we should expect nothing on the Q1 when posted.

$AHRO Agree! RE: We have made tremendous strides in all four subsidiaries on a fundamental basis and in the case of one particular subsidiary we recently started generating revenue with sales growing each consecutive month since its launch in November of 2023.

We will also be paring down the remaining debt over the next six months, making our balance sheet much stronger and contemporaneously getting an “independent” valuation analysis on our purchase of Goliath Motion Pictures back in 2023. Once completed it is our opinion that we could potentially add over $5 million to the Company’s balance sheet.

He is a genius. PERIOD. He was not responsible for taking care of the accounting for the 10-K . The accountant was. He was responsible for reconciling the sample list given to him mby the accountant. He did that 2 months ago. The problem was the inaccuracies in the "roll forwards"on the debt and equity schedules. That falls right on the accountants lap not his. In addition he miscalculated the derivate liability schedules. So in essence they had to go back into the 2022 financials and work forward mfrom there.

You can place blame wherever you want but unless you understand accounting especially public accounting this is meaningless to 99% of OTC investors. I am more bullish today than I have ever been. CG =Genius

Beleive the tweets J. The guy is all over it and made serious changes so the never happens again. Like he said there will be no more room for extensions after 1st quarter 2024. "We are around the corner from becoming a very credible OTC company and all our filings going forward from 2nd qtr on will be filed without extensions."

He is now surrounded with a great accountant, astute auditor and a company that is about to break out from development stage to a revenue producing company that could be profitable in the coming quarters.

Wondering if he will file an NT for the Q when he is already 6 weeks late on the K. Filing the K and then being more than 5 days late on the Q will still land us EM. All CG has to do is get the auditor to fudge financials indicating Goliath is worth millions, RS, and uplist to NASDAQ.

Then, people can short AHRO into further oblivion because let's face it, it doesn't actually make or sell anything. Bagholders can pray the float gets shorted over 100% and then hopefully catch a similar spike like HOLO.

To get the process started, CG's just gotta figure out how to turn the printer on and click send.
