How alternate reporting works, posting annual and manager certification gives you 16 months before actual punishment.  They can wait til 2 weeks before next annual and file all old quarters they miss and new annual and manager cert and would be like nothing happened.

Think it's just lack of caring.  ATWT needed real operationa and they found Birch.  It already had quite a few shares out to retail, most of which are predatory traders, has a grip of toxic debt to one person, so imo they are gonna play quiet until they can actually use the stock, which would be after going sec reporting.  I do think they will also reverse split when they can.  They just don't care about pumping it so people can dump it.

In a town of 400,000 a 4 Billion dollar industrial production plant will bring thousands of jobs with each WAVE of development! We're talking about a facility larger than most towns in OK. This isn't a "Walmart Super Center", for Gods sake!! Just the site prep alone, architects, excavation, wells, electrical, external infrastructure....From day one there will need to be a significant uptick in housing & population support resource availablity. There will be entire companies formed just to support the development of this behemoth, let alone the maintenance of the thing!!
In Columbia Falls Montana, there was an entire town named "Aluminum City" north of Columbia Falls, built entirely to support the plant workers, and that plant (now closed and a Federal Clean up project), wasn't even 1/10th this size! 
This isn't a small project ladies and Gentelmen!!

Not calling management liars but its just common sense. Unaudited numbers mean squat in the investing world, you can put whatever you want down and sign it off. Ive seen added convertible debt in the millions and nothing can be done about it. Its just too lax of reporting requirements in these lower levels, I doubt they lost millions here they just washed the books dude.

Im not saying anyones investment here is in trouble. You always say that un audited filings are meaningless, pretty much insinuating they lie, you have a right to think that. My issue isn't with unaudited fins bc I trust these guys. My issue is with not maintaining pink current. It's not a big enough issue to sell but certainly big enough to complain about.

There is truth in what you said.  No filings, no sell off. That means this is rock bottom, BUT, also no excuse for it either. Not when the company is as big and established as they are.  Short of a buyout or takeover I can't imagine what would cause a company like the Birch Co to decide to end up as a delinquent filer. 
That being said I refuse to sell a share.

I'm in agreement with being disappointed about the filing situation. I'm willing to excuse a couple s Rees being loose with the transition. I do have high expectations for the fast resolution of the filing status as an additional momentum builder. If bad news didn't hurt it... can we please see what good news will do, ANGUS MARTIN!! The issue is no no late filing means pink limited status. No ifs ands or buts. Yeah they can get current again easily but its not something I wanna see in a company I have high hopes for.  Public companies report on time.

I appreciate the follow & recognition.... I'm placing my faith in Mr. Angus Martin. Oklahoma is providing $20K per person ($40K / couple) to move there. Angus has positioned "The Birch Co." well in residential, affordable, luxury, and Commercial with projects like, The Jolt Center (U of Tulsa business), The Grocery Box, The ACT house Tulsa, Eden Village tiny homes......He anchors their developments with "The Grocery Box" stores allowing his companies to work in unison.....This has got to be a substantial upgrade from the trash that was ATWETCH!! 
It's not very often that you get to be part of a reverse merger that uncovers a gem.... I sure hope this is the real deal!!
