Atlatsa Resources Corporation (Atlatsa) is a platinum production and exploration company. Atlatsa is engaged in mining, exploration and development of mineral deposits located in the Bushveld Igneous Complex (BIC), South Africa. Atlatsa holds interests in properties located in the Republic of South Africa in a geological province known as the Bushveld Complex. The Company operates through two segments: the Bokoni Mine and the Projects. Bokoni Mine includes the mining of platinum group metals (PGMs). Projects include the mining exploration in Kwanda exploration projects. The Company is focused on its exploration on a South African PGM project, the Platreef Project. The Bokoni Mine is located in the Sekhukhuneland District of the Limpopo Province of South Africa, approximately 80 kilometers southeast of Polokwane, the provincial capital city, and approximately 330 kilometers northeast of the city of Johannesburg. The Bokoni Mine is an operating mine located on the North-Eastern Limb of the BIC.
