I think you and I may have stumbled onto something here.

Thomas Thomsen is also Officer/Director of Canadian Aerospace Group International, Inc.(CASG).

ALSI and CASG were BOTH recently reinstated. CASG was reinstated on 6/24/09 one month after ALSI.

They both filed their Annual Reports on the same day this year.
