Per their Mar 28th 2013 Sedar Audited Financials...
http://www.sedar.com/GetFile.do?lang=EN&docClass=5&issuerNo=00009227&fileName=/csfsprod/data140/filings/02037912/00000001/C%3A%5CSEDAR%5CFILINGS%5CSingle%5CArcher%5CFS032813.pdf
...from pg24, Archer appears to have used part of the proceeds of a Jan2013 private placement sale to pay-off an outstanding $600K+ loan & another one for $200K+ (see pgs25&26)
...from pg14, in Feb2013, Archer made the 1st of 3 installment payments to formally exercised their option to acquire a 100% interest in the Pardoe Lake Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan
...from pg25, the new tech they've "acquired the rights to purchase and use", is an additive for the extraction & recovery of bitumen & oil from tar sands...this one: http://www.epa.gov/oem/content/ncp/products/sandklene.htm ...further details can be seen in the this Mar6th Archer/Imperial Chemical bulletin: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/tsx-venture-exchange-daily-bulletins-195760331.html
...and from pg26, something I hadn't heard about before...in Dec 2012, Archer purchased prospective tar sands acreage (168acres) in Logan County, Kentucky from Mandeley Energy LLC. In Mar 2013, Archer 'leased' an additional 172acres of contiguous land from Mandeley & made an additional provisions for Mandeley to receive incidental royalties from the above transactions as well as upon delivery of "sales" to the US Gulf Coast.

To be expected...no chart goes straight-up...still looking good ;)
At this +.05/wk rate, we'll be there in 12wks, or less...maybe ;)
Either way , things keep looking better-&-better all the time...
wish my other plays were faring as well, but then, it only takes one ;)
closing price today is 0.395, =) I can't wait until we hit the dollar mark.
Good4U...that's what I like to hear ;)
Making me feel like I should have bought more back then. Already made a very nice profit.
25K @ .35 on TSX...plenty-sweet uptrend continues ;))
My mistake......in looking at your profile history , it looked as if you were still buying IGXT above .80 , before it slid back down.
Good-on-you for coming-out ahead...hope the same happens here...sounds like you're off to a good start...GL ;)
I just got into this hopefully it will do well. Already in green =)
I did ok for igxt, instead of selling at 0.9 which I should have but sold at 0.7 for a smaller profit.
Looks like you & me & 6 others on this board is all. Quite honestly , I'm pretty much locked-in to this play...I bought-in just before these guys re-opened the (now failed) offshore well in Texas , which I personally suspect was all a sophisticated scam they fell for. I bought-in @ .09cents pre-R/S ( = .90 post-split) & am mostly interested in getting my $$ back before making a decision to stay-on with these guys or cash-out.
Still , when & if we get up to .90 , I suspect I'll stay-on , primarlly because mngmt appears to be intelligent & well-qualified & have the initiative to make an honest hard-working go of it , one way or another. Mngmt has also impressed me with their unusual candor (for a pennystock) in explaining what goes on behind the scenes & most of all , the thinking behind it (incl the unfortunate & unexpected R/S)...all , without pumping or the usual hyped BS...very unusual indeed. No guarantees & they'll be the 1st ones to tell you that but still , I'm intrigued by the possibilities...you be your own judge & GL2U...hope you have better luck here than you did with IGTX
I guess it is just me and you on this board. What is your take on this company and its future.
Not sure but at this early stage in rebuilding alliances &/or partnerships , a vested-interest JV &/or (secured) venture capital influx doesn't seem beyond reason & at this stage , investors are quite naturally interested in maximizing they stake vs. gamble on preferential [ PP ] terms...either way , if this helps get us to where we want to be , it works4me......we'll see...GL2Us ;)
Hmmm should I be concerned of the 0.20/share private placement? That is awfully low.
Shareholder Update from APEUF President...FYI:
*To clear-up a few questions that have appeared on the TSX Stockhouse forum & a maliscious post made on this board recently , I sent Colin a request for clarification , quoting the content of the specific posts & he was kind enough to provide an informative response to all 3+ questions posed...as follows:
quote;
Hi _____ - of course I remember you and its nice to hear from you.
I will try to shed some light if I can - I will quote ur questions followed by answers for easier reading:
#1...Is there any truth to the info quoted in question #1 &/or would you care to comment on any recent developments[?]...particularly the part about oilsands tech & your non-working website...if you're allowed to.
A: We did indeed license a very promising tech that if successful could be a strong future direction for the company, with the opportunity to develop low capex, high yield production projects. Field testing is underway and we expect to know more about the true potential in a month or two. We are excited about this new process but of course need to be cautious in the due diligence phase.
The website is being rebuilt as we speak and I expect it to launch in a few weeks. I agree info has been hard to come by and I am working to remedy that as we go forward - the rebuilding process has been a difficult one and I am behind on a few things.
#2...Are we in the uranium business now ?
A: we acquired a uranium property in the interest of becoming a diversified energy company. Several of our close advisors have extensive uranium experience and we like the sector in the long term. How important uranium becomes to our future will be determined over the coming months (see point 1 above...).
#3....Is there any truth to the critical [ Bankruptcy ] claim/rumor made in question #3 ?
A. None at all - rebuilding has included cleaning up the books, which has included making sure Archer has no debtors of note and certainly none that can impact us going forward.
I hope that helps _____. Feel free to contact me at any time.
Regards / Colin
6K @.30---it would appear that rumors of Archers demise have been greatly exagerated...in-fact , outright 'lies'...LOL
'Source'?...just where did you get that info...near as I can see, we're still trading just fine @.28cents and according to 'this' post (from today) I found on the TSX blog, things are getting better all the time:
quote;
"I checked out SEDAR and noticed a NR from Feb 21st. They have apparently made a deal to license some unique oil sands extraction technology. Sounds quite promising and testing has been underway. I think the plan is to either use this technlogy on properties they have rights to or to offer this technology to firms looking for technologies to assist their personal efforts. As ARK does not have a working website getting news is like pulling teeth but it would appear that this is what they are doing."

According to the TSX, that 23M buy must have gone thru...the "shares out" line item now shows 23,152,810 w/a $2.55M market cap at the moment...quite a jump from the former (post-split) 3.7M O/S. Hope this is a sign of good times to come but so far all we've got is dillution & a sell just went thru for 90K @ .11
Next chapter ?
Hmmm...23M ask @ .16 on-deck...mngmt wants $3 1/2M+ for 'something'
& w/ only 3.7M in the O/S, the rest must be coming from the A/S...hmmm ?
A little activity lately...not much, but the volume & pps seem to be picking-up ever-so-slightly...
15K shares on the TSX at the .12cent bid today....it's 'something' anyway.....GL2 the few of us here ;))
Shareholder Advisory from the President of APEUF...
*In response to my inquiry, Colin (much to his credit) provided us with this response:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi David – I hope you are well. A reverse split does sting (you and I and everyone), but it gives us a chance to build the company again.
Reason for the reverse split is that we need to be able to finance the company for future projects. We have been trading between 1-2 cents for the last year, and have traded 20 million shares at these levels – any attempts to raise a significant amount of money at reasonable levels (say even at 10c) would effectively be blocked by people who have bought stock at 1 or 2 cents taking profits at 3-4-5 cents etc. “A 300% profit on a penny stock? SELL….!!!”
This means any significant raise would be hugely dilutive (if it is even possible), and any future valuation of the company would be heavily discounted for the same reason as mentioned above.
So – from here on we look ahead – new project – new structure – and a chance at success.
Regards / Colin
Yip; sure enough, I did my math wrong...
knew it was too good to be true...
should now be an O/S of 3,781,825
Thx4 the tip-off just the same Renee ;)
Stocks that forward or reverse split get the suffix D added to the ticker to alert new investors that a change has occured to the share structure.
I do not know the Outstanding Shares pre-split...just divide by ten, and divide your own share holdings by ten.
New symbol...APEUD...what's the 'D' stand for[?]...'Dumb' as hell ?
True but...........damn anyway ;(
One for 10 shouldn't be too bad. I've seen one for 1,000's and higher reverse splits which is a major ouch.
Damn ! Wasn't expecting 'that' with this 32m low of an O/S already...Damn-damn-damn !
Just hope there's 'something', 'anything', positive to come to have this make sense...at all...Damn !

Colin Bowkett profile...
putting a 'face' on things:
http://www.canadiannexus.com/bio/bio2.html
Canadian only...no Pinky's...
in that case you might want to take a look at a very interesting endeavor at TSX:RMX aka;NYSE.A RBY...you can find it on the iHub RBY board or probably on your Stockhouse board as well. If I can get enough of a grubstake in winnings off my other plays before years-end, I plan on putting a whole bunch into this one...no guarantees , just sayin' http://rubiconminerals.com/
I wish you success DDhawk.
I only trade Canadian stocks, so no pink sheets for me! :)
You can see what I'm trading on Stockhouse (pitbul13), by looking at which boards I post on. (Dont pay attention to my portfolio, i haven't touched that thing in ages!!)
Cheers!
Been doing o.k. Pitbul...w/the exception of making any $$ in the markets that is. Hope all is well on your end ;) I recall & regret your loss on this one...I chose to stick around cause I was already down heavy...didn't make much difference at that point. Haven't attempted to contact Colin since that last e-mail. He seems to be a pretty straight-arrow & in Googling his activities, he seems to be a pretty busy (& somewhat successful) guy as well...w/other concerns. Last I heard, he was still looking for some 'good' opportunities for Archer but near as I can tell, nothings come-up so far. On the other hand, the share structure remains constant & minimal & there has been some intermitant activity on the ARK TSX board...often trading in sizable quantities...enough to keep me interested anyway. In short (& as w/ most Pennystocks) I could be sitting on 'another' dead issue or on a legend-in-the-making for all I know. Oddly, I still feel better about this play than VRAL (which as I recall[?], you're into as well)...at least there's no heavy dilution here. Sure would like to hear of someone (anyone...incl you or me) I know from iHub hit it big...on whatever stock. I'm getting really gunshy on recommending stocks to anybody anymore but just for sh!ts-&-grins (no guarantees mind you) , you might want to take a look at my last two favorite plays...near as I can tell, these two [NBRI & QTMM ] are for real & hold a lot of promise (more than mere lotto plays anyway)...& I expect results before years-end...but that's JMHO...you be the judge. In any event, the best of fortunes to us my friend.
DDhawk! How have you been!!??
Have you spoken to Colin recently? are those guys still running the company? Looks like they've had no news since the abandonned well...
As for me, sold at a huge loss right after that news and never looked back. Was the right decision it seems!
